TrustPilot is removing all negative reviews as they are paid by companies with critical negative feedback. Whats even worse they have automated the process by their web software that automatically removes all negative feedback and only leaves the positive reviews to satisfy their paying companies.

It's a total scam, a rip off, for the features your expected to pay over £2000 else you just want basic reviews. As mentioned save your hard earned cash and look forward more to Google etc

Honest Trustpilot review. Has there ever been a worse company, since the dawn of civilised business? The fact that their name includes the word "trust" is just the bleakest, darkest comedy. Our company has a glowing reputation born out over a decade of massively hard graft from literally hundreds of people. One completely deranged non-customer enquired about our services, and our support team politely and promptly assisted him. End of story, or so we thought. Next an absolute flurry of slanderous, defamatory reviews start appearing on various websites, including Trustpilot. Bear in mind - the offending reviewer is Not Even a Customer. Repeat: Not. Even. A. Paying. Legit. Customer. He is simply a madman who in another era would probably be locked up from an early age, wandered in off the internet, received some polite support, and decided for reasons best known to himself to slander the company. Anyone visiting this page knows the rest: Trustpilot do not give a monkeys. It is all "free speech" and "between you and the customer" (he's not a customer), TP are merely "a platform". It's all complete rubbish, their fees as many others have observed are extortionate and it's so great watching them lose more and more of their market share to the far more ethical, professional and well-balanced competitors. Peter Holten Mühlmann, the CEO of Trustpilot, must either be crazier than our reviewer or basically evil if he thinks he can keep getting away with letting honest companies be slandered and defamed in this way by non-genuine reviewers. We are consulting with our lawyers and unless the offending review is removed will be taking action against Trustpilot here in the UK. Their UK address for anyone reading this is: 5th Floor, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, London, United Kingdom, EC3R 7AG. You can get all the key names of personnel involved in the Trustpilot scam off companies house. Take legal action against the Trustpilot scam! Enough is enough. Disgusting.

Wrote a good positive review for Hermes but they emailed me to say I had been flagged up as not genuine! I am 69 years old, have no reason to write an ungenuine review, just wanted to say thankyou to Hermes and my regular delivery man for being so reliable during the last year while I had to shield due to health problems

Trustpilot is a platform for scam… Trustpilot is a platform for scam reviewers to harm reputable UK business. It also allows for online fraudsters to leave negative feedback & reviews. This platform needs to be STOPPED! It allows unverified reviews & if reputable, honest businesses request removal there is a wall of silence from Trustpilot. I wonder if Trustpilot are in on the scam? As some businesses no doubt sign up to Trustpilot's overated & expensive platform, in a hope to receive honest, verified positive reviews. TIP : Sign up to Google reviews - it's FREE & all reviewers are verified. Trustpilot - I'm coming for you!

TRUST PILOT IS SELLING ITS SHARES ON STOCK MARKET, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE A FAKE REVIEWS SITE IS VALUED AT ANYTHING EXCEPT ZERO. TRUST PILOT MAKES MONEY FROM BIG COMPANIES BY HIDING OR NOT ALLOWING BAD REVIEWS TO APPEAR ON THEIR SITE FOR THOSE CLIENTS WHO PAY THEM FOR THAT. ITS BASICALLY ANOTHER FAKE REVIES SITE, SURLY IT HAS NO VALUE BECAUSE LIES, TREACHERY AND CUNINGNESS HAVE NO VALUE EXCEPT TO THEVES. BECAUSE OF LOCKDOWN PEOPLE WENT ONLINE BUT ITS OVER BECAUSE LOCKDOWN IS OVER. THEY ARE LISTING ON STOCK MARKET, BE CAREFUL IN INVESTING IN A FAKE REVIEWS COMPANY BECAUSE ITS PRICE WILL FALL AS LOCKDOWNS AROUND THE WORLD ARE LIFTED, SHAREZ WILL CRASH ONCE ITS REVEALED THEY ARE TRUELY A FAKE REVIEWS COMPANY. ANYONE WHO TRIED TO REVIEW WILL KNOW HOW CUNNING TRUST PILOT IS AND HOW IT PROMOTES PAYING COMPANIES REVIEWS AND WILL HIDE OR SOMTIMES DOESNT EVEN ALLOW BAD REVIEWS TO BE WRITTEN FOR SOME COMPNAMIES, ( THE PAYING ONES)

TRUSTPILOT EXTORT MONEY FROM SMALL COMPANIES AND ENCOURAGE NEGATIVE REVIEWS while allowing thousands of fake reviews on all bigger businesses. Small business owner be warned. Even if you pay them 2400 a year its not enough for the greedy pigs to give your account any attention. Anyone can leave a negative fake review - when asked for proof this wasnt provided an the basta d s left it on claiming they received it but wont share with the business. Multiple defamatory reviews left on the site and they will do nothing about it just sit and take your money for doing nothing. LYING CHEATING SCOUNDRELS DESERVE TO BE INVESTIGATED. They want yiu to pay 500+pm to do anything. Look at the multiple fake reviews for scam site bark.com

I believe that Trustpilot are sharing fake reviews because they prevent you from leaving transparent reviews for companies that pay them for their services. I’ve had a couple of my 1-star reviews removed by them that fall within guidelines. Also read a number of accounts from other users / ex-users that Trustpilot are not to be trusted for this very reason. As a result I’ve deleted my account as have other members of my network. So, Trustpilot is not to be trusted.

Why would anyone trust Trustpilot when making a purchase decision? Trustpilot enables companies that pay them a fee to delete legit negative reviews but displays obvious bogus reviews. If you 'pay' Trustpilot you can do anything you want.

There was one company where they had well over a thousand reviews and nearly a 5 star rating. Later, I read and found out through first had experience that the company was a scam. Like as scammy as scam gets. As in they just have a website front and don't even keep the product in stock, they take your order, your money, then you never hear from them again. I tried to leave a review but the review link was broken. I contacted trustpilot about the broken link and never got a response back. I read through the reviews some more and they're talking about products the site has never sold and sprinkled w/ some negative reviews made to make the reviewer sound dumb and them the upstanding business. This is fishy as all hell and I feel pretty confident trustpilot is in on the dishonesty. I think they're paid off by this company to keep that link broken so the company has total control of the reviews which they have a link displayed prominently on the companies website.

This company allows their "paid-up" claimed profiles to delete negative reviews while allowing obvious "fake" paid for positive reviews to remain up. Google and Bing need to de-index this company from search results as the content on this site is mostly deceptive to readers.

Made a review on trust pilot on several occasions.. each time removed due to it being 1 star for a company called Morgan Clark insurance claim specialists who lost my blind mother half her insurance claim! Quite simple the company’s pay trip advisor to get a good image but in reality on many occasions they remove genuine negative reviews to aid abet and procure shady activity by there clients it’s that simple!!

Keeps removing my legit reviews of bad companies. Just as corrupt at the other corrupt companies. They clearly can’t handle the criticism.
