“Blocked me on facebook and they allow businesses to sign up pretending to be users and post reviews of that business yet I can only report one fake user at a time.”

“Having read these reviews it just reinforces my suspicions about them. I truthfully reviewed a dreadful situation with a driver from a courier company here in UK and every one was removed on the pretext that their software had detected a false review. Obviously I’m real , my review was real . I won’t waste my time using them again and suggest other people follow suit.”

“Trustpilot are clearly weighted in favour of their paying clients.. Following a recent review posted by me, the retailer challenge it - then Truspilot put the onus on me to provide evidence - within 3 days!! When I try to reply to the email, as instructed, to send evidence, I get an automated email directing me to their generic customer services page. So I dont think my evidence was sent. I have given up and suspect the review will be removed. Conclusion CANNOT TRUST TRUST PILOT”

“If you are black, asain or mixed race? Do NOT bother putting up a review via trust pilot. They are a bunch of RACISTS. They only allow reviews from WHITE people. Trust me.”

“Crooked untrustworthy company. They allow bad reviews to be removed if the a company disagrees with your review. Most reviews are left by customers immediately after they join somewhere and the company salesman will get a bonus if they receive a 5 star review. If you want to leave reviews use sites like this or Google as they aren't crooked like trustpilot. Hopefully one day people will realise this company has their own agenda.”

“Helpful and understanding person patient I had a really helpful chap on phone with jacob from WEBHACKERVILLE,he helped me with all I wasnt sure of about my spouse, and talked over everything with me answered all my stupid questions things. I wasn’t sure about all I didn’t understand. And she set me up with a remote access from my end which enabled me get all informations I needed to see from my spouse's social media apps. WWW. WEBHACKERVILLE. COM”

“Teletext holiday you cheating money grabbing LIERS I’ve been waiting months for my refund I have been told every month since October that I will be getting it it’s now January and I still have not received anything I just get automated computer replies saying our team are working on it when you call you’re on hold for over an hour before you get through then they put you on hold while they look at your notes that can be for almost 45 minutes and then they cut you off please please do not book holiday with this company it has been nothing but a total nightmare also the reviews with TT numbers are the real ones any that say invite or fake Tt794091”

“Trustpilot will damage your brand, it allows fake reviews and has very dodgy business practices including trying to use threats to defraud you. As a small business you will harm your company by using Trustpilot. Every year they change the plan you are on just before renewal and put the prices up, forcing you to spend more to receive the same functions you just had. it's a scam that sees you losing money and also having to defend yourself from fake reviews. Not good for a small business owner.”

“The site removes negative reviews at the request of the company's owners. I am in the middle of a complaint with a furniture warranty company. That company complained to Trust Pilot that I wasn't a genuine customer. Despite evidence, Trust Pilot believed the warranty company and removed my review. Usefulness none trustworthy reviews ! My original claim is now with Insurance Ombudsman .... thats how genuine it was.”

“Trustpilot used to be a trustworthy site but not anymore. They systematically suppress negative reviews about their paying customers which explains why some companies with high trustpilot rating (4.6 and more) struggle to score more than 2 on other sites.”

“The site removes negative reviews at the request of the company's owners. And if you still use the paid services of the site Trustpilot.com they will write you more good reviews. fake portal, which is not worth paying attention to. a rating of zero stars. one star, that's a lot for them.”

“They clearly allow fake reviews, you can tell by groups of 5* reviews groups of 1* reviews (the real reviews) , often in weird and broken English.”
