Trustpilot is a fake review site, which is why all bad companies pay to be on there. Hermes for instance, they loads hundreds of fake reviews a day, so they don't have a 1 star rating. All trash compainies use Trustlesspilot. Trust..joke. Pilot...you'd crash mate!

Our company was seeking ways to get reviews, the HONEST kind. This site wanted like 5k a month to post positive reviews and TRICK the public. Like narcissism, dishonesty is normal and acceptable in the internet age.

I do not do business with any company that uses Trustpilot, in fact I run a mile. Let’s see how long this stays on before deleted

This is a review I wrote on trustpilot regarding utterly dreadful service from eco-vape.co.uk. The review was there for months and then last week eco vape complain because they say I'm lying that their website is full of 5 star reviews left by their own staff. Anyone that has eyes can look their website and see the reviews left by their own staff, shilling I believe. Then they say I'm lying about their products, if I don't like their products I was sold or think they're too expensive, surely that's a part of a review of my experience with them. It's a joke, they even have staff reviews on trustpilot, meant to be against trustpilot rules, but still they're allowed. We're currently investigating whether this review is in line with Trustpilot's User Guidelines. Learn more about our rules here. Eco Vape's reason for reporting The review makes the false accusations that our reviews are written by staff and describes our products in a defamatory way. Updated 2 days ago Reviewer contacted Never again do I trust them I bought a Vaptio Super Bat 220W kit from you on the 27th September. I didn't even have it 3 days when I had to email you to tell you it had gave me a short circuit message when I put it on. I received no answer to my first two emails and it was only when I left bad feedback on Trustpilot that suddenly I did get an answer. I was then told by your customer service representative that it would be fine and that it was common to see a short circuit message. I thought at the time that this answer was utter nonsense because I own 11 other mods and in all the years I've had them, I haven't once received a short circuit message on any of them. I felt at the time I was being brushed off. I was also told it would probably be that the coil or tank was loose or too tight, this is also nonsense as I know what I'm doing when putting coils in a tank or a tank on a mod. Against my better judgement I thought I would trust your customer service and that it would be a one off. I have only used the mod lightly since then, I'm still on the second coil that came with the kit, that would surely tell you that I haven't used it a lot. Now this past week and a half, I have been getting the short circuit message more and more frequently, to the point of it's saying short circuit 3 or 4 times a day. You're still going to tell me this is normal I assume Sir? All you did was brush me off and knowingly sold me a mod with a fault. Not even one month of light usage and that's what my hard earned money got me from you. I really didn't want the hassle of having to return it, but I always felt I was lied to and should have insisted on a replacement. Now that will obviously be too late to do and your customer service really did well to lie to me that it was a one off and wormed out of replacing an obviously faulty mod. Not once in years of owning 11 other mods have I ever seen a short circuit message before the kit I bought from you. That will be the last order you ever get from me, that I can promise you. I should have known better than to trust a company that has a website full of 5 star reviews left by your own staff who are obviously not going to say anything bad, and any bad reviews I did put on the site never did appear.Thank you very much for how you treated me, to say I'm not happy is the biggest understatement going. I hope you're proud of your company. Your leave a message function on your website also doesn't work, I've tried for over an hour to leave a message on it. Hardware is really expensive too, anything they sell can be bought for a lot cheaper elsewhere, especially batteries, you can buy two for less than they sell one. Liquids, a lot of them taste really good, but so many are sweetener laden, coil destroying gunk. If you get the clearer ones they're ok, but so many are orange/red coloured and wear out a coil after 10ml when I can use one coil to go through 60ml of other brands. Loads of way better liquids out there costing a lot less. All in all, won't be back, like too many vape shops/websites, they have that attitude like they're doing you a favour by serving you and selling you stuff, they should realise they would be out of a job without their customers. Also too busy telling you how fantastic they are in emails than to actually deal properly with problems

Left a completely honest review about eco vape UK. They sold me a faulty mod, did their very best to get out of replacing it. I have an honest opinion of all that happened, eco vape complained saying I lied that reviews on their website were left by their own staff. If anybody wants to look at their website they will see the reviews left by their staff. They also have two reviews on trustpilot left by their own staff, which is meant to be against trustpilot rules, but still they get allowed to be there even though mine gets deleted. I also left an honest opinion on the price of their products being expensive, their liquids being garbage, but it seems because eco vape don't like hearing the truth, my review gets taken away. Eco vape was the worst experience I've had in 5 years of buying vaping products online, and my review left was all about every detail of their service and products. But gets taken away because they say I'm a liar. This from a company that offered me discount to remove my bad review, total disgrace. Trustpilot is a great idea in theory, but when it lets companies with dodgy ways of working have bad reviews taken away, I wonder what is the point

This is what Trustpilot states:- What is Trustpilot? Trustpilot is a review community. We help consumers everywhere find companies they can trust. Kindly live up to your statements please. Trustpilot ignores genuine complainant and fails to investigate honestly Firstly Trustpilot despite giving them legal information decided to remove my complaint which has data on it that is publically available on Companies House registry and on the Internet in general. At no time has Trustpilot come back in touch with me at all to further matters and have in fact made matters worse assuming I am a competitor which I am NOT as they are well aware of so why are they removing a GENUINE REVIEW? I have issued a Court summons against Middleton Hill due to its nefarious activities. Trustpilot has seen additional evidence from Canon stating that Middleton and Pro-Camera are NOT Canon dealerships yet they ignore genuine correspondence from the “Horses Mouth” as it were Trustpilot on Sat 29/12/18 07:52 states:- Thanks for contacting Trustpilot’s Compliance Team. We’ve now received your email entitled ‘Regarding: Your review of pro-camera.co.uk: Can you help? - Ticket #1870616 FW: Your request for service with Canon 1-85897089509 - Do not remove T...’. Our Compliance Team will review it and send you a response as soon as they can. However, due to the number of emails we receive, this could take several days - so please be patient! THEY NEVER BOTHERED AT ALL AND NEVER REPLIED. They just removed an honest review. This is not the activity of a genuine representative of Trustpilot or as is inferred Trustpilot sides on the companies that pay them a fee? On the 12th December 2018 I rang 01283 704333 and spoke to a gentleman, at Pro-Camera/Middleton Hill Limited regarding a Canon camera. I was told it was not a Grey Import but a UK model and it was stated as so on their web site. They trade from an office block but their actual company is Middleton Hill Limited, Hazeldine, 45 High Street, Repton DE65 6GF 01283 704333 Company Number 09942502 Public information on companies house. I received the camera on the morning 13th December 2018 and the despatch side of the matter was great. On unwrapping the outer box which rattled which it should not do so at all as it was a fragile Canon camera! Once the inner equipment box was exposed it was realised it was a GREY import so the company lied to me personally as well as on the website, deceitful and deception springs to mind. This was the second in 3 days, clearly a lot of this is going on. The box originally contained a lens as pictured on the box but the outer box had been doctored to show Body Only. I unwrapped the camera to expose the Serial No. and entered it into the Canon Serial number checker. The following was received confirming it WAS a GREY IMPORT which was STATED also on the order form that it WAS NOT REQUIRED. Canon Site:- Not found in our records...* The product with the serial number that you provided was not originally intended by Canon for sale in the European Economic Area; we therefore advise you to contact the seller from whom you originally purchased this product. Please check the "Where to Buy" section on our website to find a local retailer to source a Canon product intended for sale in your region. If you remain unsure about the origin of your Canon Imaging product, simply send the model name and serial number to canon-europe.com. Canon has advised me in writing which Trustpilot has a copy of and is fully aware of that the camera was for the Singapore/Korea/Malaysia market and is a Grey Market product. They have advised that NO free repairs would be carried out by them at all. They have further advised that Pro-Camera/Middleton Hill Limited are NOT Canon agents at all. Trustpilot has seen this in writing from Canon. The employee of the company was fully aware that I DID NOT WANT this item yet went ahead and sent it causing with intent deliberate aggravation, inconvenience and distress. Consumer Direct have been informed of this matter causing yet more inconvenience. Advice NOT a good company to deal with as members of staff cannot be relied on to be honest with you despite being deliberately misled by the advert on their web site stating it was a UK model. Canon have been contacted and now awaiting written confirmation that the camera is not only NOT a UK model it is NOT even supposed to be in the UK. Possibly Asian Market. As Canon have advised they would NEVER service under guarantee period and if so all repairs would be chargeable which is the reason I chose a supposed UK model which this is not what I wanted at all. I forgot to say that I am NOT a competitor at all as Trustpilot knows and a somewhat disturbing and threatening email from Pro-Camera/Middleton Hill Limited has been received from them. They further state that Canon will provide service repairs during the first year when after speaking to Canon they will NOT do so at all without making a charge as it is a NON EU or UK model. The matter is now with the courts. The fact that Trustpilot has so far prevented an honest review is somewhat disturbing as in this case they are siding with a company that has defrauded a customer!

I was SCAMMED for 9BTC by optionsrefund and I needed help... I lost all my bitcoin to them I can't believe how stupid I was.It happened quickly I was not thinking clearly...I posted about it on Trustpilot and they removed it within 6 hours I was hoping to get help from people who can advise how to get my money back, that was my plan but recently I became desperate so I started looking for fast solution. Few people told me that is not possible to get my btc back, but I heard there are people that can do it by using different techniques. I left Trustpilot answers and started googling for different kind of opportunities, several hours later I received an email from unknown person *(viapreferred@gmail.com)* and he told me he can help me get my btc back in no time on the same day. He said his name was Parker we talked for almost 30 minutes, he asked how much bitcoin I have lost, he seemed normal and I had a good feeling about him and this whole thing and then I decided to take a small risk and I sent him 0,8btc I thought losing 0.8 will not hurt me much because I have 9+ and a good job so I would keep on living at that point I thought there is 50/50 chances for him to get my bitcoin and after I sent btc he used it for what he wanted to use it for which I don't know till today and he sent btc back to me then he said "don't worry you will see that I am honest guy, if I wasn't you would never heard from me again" I thought the same so this gave me some sense of security. twenty minutes later I saw another new transaction on blockchain.com it was for 2btc and he emailed me saying "See, I am a man of my word ;)" then confirmations started happening and I got 4 bitcoin and I knew he was legit I was super excited I couldn't sleep all night he left did not reply my emails.then tomorrow he contacted me again saying he had to leave to do a huge deal he had to double 100 btc for an investor from Dubai You must be thinking that I am stupid idiot, but believe me when I say I am not stupid at all these people are very dangerous, they control your mind and when you "wake up" old you is back saying what have I done! Several people already contacted me claiming they were scammed by this same person the exact same way and lost all their btc. So if you have been thinking and asking yourself if there's a way to retrieve lost btc "What do I do now please help!?" was my cry until I saw Parker's contact he traced and helped me to recover my funds and I will be forever thankful to him. I promised to testify to his great work and good heart on every medium I have opportunity cause I don't know what my life would be right now without getting my funds back

in my opinion trust pilot only operate to make money from a company who are cheating consumers, and make helping them looks good. 100s of negative review are being removed and most positive feedback its comes from retailers themselves by the invitation, that is easy to understand how it works too,

Trustpilot is a scam, for each slightly negative review, there are 100 fake positive reviews, all critical reviews get removed. I wrote a review for TopResume on their website and it was removed because it doesn't comply with their policies. TopResume is a scam, that charges between $200 and $300 to "improve" your resume. The "improved resume" seems like something written by a high school student for an assignment. There was not a notification why they removed my review or what sort of policies it breached. After they removed it, many positive reviews were written by their same TopResume employees with their same kind of English language structure errors and cheesy sentences I found in the resume they provided me: "Outstandingly valuable!!" "TopResume Writing Talent is Top-Shelf." "I am very pleased with the feedback of free initial review" "Human Touch" "EXTREMELY HAPPY!" Never using this website ever again, I can see they have sold-off to the companies which produce the services and products being reviewed, very dodgy and dishonest.

Removed my negative reviews for deliveroo for being "fake". I've also noticed many of the negative reviews get removed after several days. Clearly they are more interested in money from companies than getting objective feedback from consumers.

Trustpilot removes peoples reviews to favour and helps companies who pay them to leave only good reviews, they will not allow people to leave bad reviews about companies they have used who provide poor customer service or are just bad companies who rip people off.

Trustpilot only want biased opinions, they will not allow me to post my reviews in my own words, they keep asking me to edit my reviews, preferring to side with companies, even though they are based on true poor customer service experiences with companies I have used, also allowing companies to make false untrue comments about their customers, I tried to call Trustpilot but there was no answer, so I could not even speak to someone to try and resolve matters, preferring to send unhelpful emails instead, constantly saying that they have not published my review, even though I did not use any abusive language, only saying telling the truth, and what is the point of Trustpilot reviews, if they keep asking customers to edit comments in favour of the other party who pay them to remove anything they don't like? This is unfair, if a company are bad, I should be able to put my experiences in my own words, and not be filtered by Trustpilot editors, which is biased and not comments in my words, but instead by Trustpilot who won't allow me to leave my comments but prefers instead to edit biased opinions by someone in the Trustpilot team who won't answer phone calls.

It saids a lot when their own review ratings reflect how terrible this company and its services are on its own platform. I however do commend them for not following in Yelp's footsteps by giving themselves a high rating through manipulation.

Don't try to sign up. They will only accept Facebook or Google contacts. They claim you sign up via an email account - but you can't. Clearly they are into data collecting. Also their reviews are so out of alignment with review companies it would appear that they are selective in what allow us to see. Avoid.

This review of trustpilot is genuine alright and a warning to others that you can't even trust trustpilot. I wrote a frank and honest trustpilot review over a Breville cooker sold by AMAZON. Amazon did not like it.......So they pulled. Looks like AMAZON IS PULLING TUSTPILOTS STRINGS AND TRUSTPILOT IS DANCING TO AMAZON's TUNE and NOT PROVIDING THE PUBLIC SERVICE THAT IT CLAIMS TO DO!
