do not trust this website - they look after the companies - companies can write as many good reviews as they like - they can complain and bribe all the bad reviews - its a complete joke not surprised this REVIEW company had a REVIEW score of 1 star

I had just posted an honest review of Beall’s Florida approx. 5 hours ago, and as soon as I finalized it, it was NEVER posted. This is NOT right. The review was as accurate as could be, according to my opinion. No bad language or slang was used. I don’t know what to think of Trust Pilot now. Obviously, some sort of games are being played with this company.

I am very disappointed but Trustpilot siding with bad companies rather than stay Neutral and honest so the public can really benefit from customers and not fake parties writing fake review to mislead the public. Do not use them till they become honest and Neutral. You are the customers' tool and instead you are bought by the companies. Shame on you Trustpilot

Biased in favour of businesses who play the control card in preference to democratic freedoms. Trust pilot seem to be controlled by the business factor on here. Take far too long to investigate unjustified complaints, if they ever do. very poor

Bad reviews are mostly removed by the paying customer ( company you are reviewing ) reporting a review and having it instantly removed.

Trust pilot is heavily geared towards helping business promote positive reviews (both real and fake) and hiding the more honest, 1 - 3 star reviews. Each review can only be "Verified" by the business. Of course some businesses use this as a tool to purposely not verify the negative reviews. They then can flag them and, because they are not "Verified" by the business, TrustPilot has up to ten days before they can review the negative post. This post is hidden from view the entire time.

They are biased. I posted a negative review of Fantastic Cleaners. They weren't fantastic. Trust Pilot took it down and asked to to prove I was a customer. I provided my booking reference and dates. They still wouldn't post asking for email correspondence. I don't want to waste half an hour doing this and neither does anyone else. Consequently virtually all negative reviews are removed. Trust Pilot is worthless.

Reviewed a company who soot orders for 25k worth of phones then suddenly closed the business and told everyone no refunds, seek compensation from paypal. This review was repeatedly removed for merely stating the facts, even referring to active links online that confirmed my story the staff repeatedly pulled my review because the owner was trying to cover any discussion of what he did on trustpilot, ebay forums and a shopping site forum hotukdeals. No matter how much I sanitised the review I was told terms were violated - but they refusaed tot ell me what part of my review was problematic. It is a review platform that is tilted in favour of business rather than being balanced, basic conflict of interest, business pay to use trustpilot, and to "manage" their reviews. Basically its a corrupt review site that lets reviewers buy their way out of their bad practice, or even criminal activity.

Genuine reviews are removed despite obviously not breaking rules being excessive or using inappropriate language or false statements. I've removed all my genuine reviews. I no longer trust Trustpilot it's company its reviews it's existence seems to be a soundbite for individuals mostly to let of steam or to sine helpful individuals who have had a good to great experience. I'm going back to basics recommendations from friends and colleagues and good old intuitions.

Seem to be taking down reviews that are genuine. Gone right down in my estimations sadly. I always found them so useful. Alas, I will need to find another way of verifying companies.

In other words trust pilot take your reviews off even if you write a genuine one about a company that's not fit for purpose. From reading just a handful of these reviews,it shows trust pilot is inextricably unpopular ,disingenuous, supports company's who scam other's and they don't show any honesty or credible integrity for the consumer ,whatever there reasonings. The Danish company won't stay in business forever if these complaints keep emerging

I had reached out to Trustpilot a couple yrs ago to see what they could offer. What prompted my reach out was that we had lost star ratings in Google. I explained that to Matt, our salesman and we had a phone conference in April 2015. My gut told me this was not a good situation, after speaking with Matt. These are manipulated reviews that this company was pushing, and it didn't feel right. He was pushy, using scare tactics, and telling me how much business we were losing, etc. We were growing when we contacted them...we wanted an extra push. I respectfully declined their services and he continued to push me, and emailed examples of star ratings and how we would benefit from them, as though we hadn't had a conversation about this already. I was put off that he didn't even remember that was the point of my reaching out to begin with. He pushed and pushed. I finally got him off my tail in April, and a few months later, I rec'd an email from someone named Jennifer (September 2015) who offered to help us do better with click through rates. I ignored it. Then Jilleian came along in December with ANOTHER email, trying to solicit our business, to which I asked AGAIN to be taken off their list. She pressed the issue (telling me she knew I talked to Matt months prior and,"I can also see that you may be experiencing the same challenges around getting folks to your site and having them convert there. I also see that you do not have much social proof around the quality of your products and services which may be the cause of that.") and I asked AGAIN for her to please stop contacting me. I then heard from Lauren in Jan 2017, and I got angry. I asked her to please stop contacting me for once and for all and listed the three people ahead of her I'd also asked to leave me alone and finally, they stopped. If they are so good....why do they have to hound people who want nothing to do with them? And why are there so many negative reviews at BBB now? I even found this headline about them: "Fake five-star reviews being bought and sold online" - BBC News We have been growing by leaps and bounds steadily! To have people try to "scare" us by lying about our stats to trick us into using their services is such a turn off. As I said to Lauren in my final email: "The last thing in the world we want to do is sign up with Trustpilot and it becomes more evident with each email we receive, after asking to be removed from all lists...." I am grateful I didn't fall into any traps with them. Terrible, predatory company.

People basically use this platform to leave negative feedback to their own competition. The company does not show adequate concern for their customers and passes you around from rep to rep without telling you. Do not rely on their fake review service!!!!
