“Hi Ivy its Barry, So yes I did report to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, BBC Watchdog, Companies House and PayPal didnt think about my MP but may well do! Good suggestion. For me I like to consider myself quite rounded and TP are merely assiting the scammers scam and I for one want fairness!! Stay safe”

“THRUSHPILOT are a whimpering dog of a platform that claims so much regarding what they represent, why don't you consider being an honest platform instead of being a platform that in reality is a three legged donkey awash with denial and the inability to represent fact, the fact's should be your core, which Trustpilot have decided to ignore, for reasons only known to one's that think they are making the good decisions regarding how this platform should be, I consider Trustpilot needs a mega shake up. I have had my account blocked for complaining about a poor company and have been unable to voice my concerns due your decision that contravenes every aspect that Trustpilot claims to represent”

“i HAVE TRYING FOR 4 DAYS TO LEAVE A POOR REVIEW FOR A COMPANY WHO DIDN'T SEND ME MY PAID FOR ITEM. WHO ARE NOW KEEPING MY MONEY FOR ANOTHER 14 DAYS. TRUST PILOT KEEP REMOVING MY JUSTIFIED REVIEWS. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE CONTACTED THERE COMPLIANCE TEAM TWICE AND SPOKE TWICE ON LINE. I BOUGHT THIS ITEM TRUSTING COMMENTS ON TRUST PILOT AND NOW I KNOW HOW THE PHYSIOLOGY OF HOW THE REVIEWS WORK. THEY ARE ALSO NOT TO BE TRUSTED. ALL THEY ARE HEAR TO DO IS ADVERTISE COMPANIES AND PROFITING FROM THAT ADVERTISING. AS A CONSUMER DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ON REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Left a negative review for fitness superstore of NOT honouring their extended warranty, Trust pilot removes the review and asks for correspondence and evidence. What a joke. I gave them the original receipt and emails. This undermines the integrity for Trustpilot. Well Done”

“I've been doing research about Trustpilot and a big name paper had found about this individual who was getting paid for good reviews, and not only that he paid to go on planes etc! So it would seem to me the reviews you make can only be good! So called site and the company etc is paying Trustpilot to remove negative reviews!!”

“I was deceived by an online retailer who purposely mis sold me and then tried to charge me more money for a service I had paid for. I wrote a review to warn others. Trust pilot then requested proof that I had contracted with the vendor in question. I sent proof. Then trust pilot took my review offline. Saying some legal nonsense. I was a victim of a internet company that lied to me and trust pilot did not help. Disgusting.”

“I highlighted a scam company but more concerning the volume of Good reviews created by fake reviewers. I followed the breadcrumbs and noted in these fake reviews they are more often or not pictures copied from Google images or some such - but more worrying they review other companies that also have people reviewing them as a scam company - Trust Pilot compliance team seem uninterested but the result my poor review got pulled immediately whilst the good reviews stay.... the scam company are being helped by Trustpilot in my view”

“I've reported spam emails to Gmail/Google via Trustpilot and no reply! Clearly Google is stopping any bad reviews! And there number to phone is in America so called?? Or they couldn't care less!! And to Google comes up with screenshot!! How strange it never works! So I can't send a screenshot! So clearly get your act together!! You pathetic parasites!!”

“I reported about lovething.co.uk on Trustpilot and there scam! Neither did they reply! A case number which was useless! Told to get in contact with my provider! Even checked with my mobile network! And knew nothing about this! Lovething.co.uk should be closed down for good!!!”

“Origin broadband have loads of 5* reviews, most of which must be fake as not long ago they had nothing but poor ratings, after being with Origin broadband I have to say that they are the worst company I have ever dealt with by far outstandly bad,. I no longer trust trustpilot reviews of any company.”

“As with Trustpilot why don't you reply from site ie job search engine or from a large group of a certain pharmacy group I was told it breached there guidelines and policy. Via Trustpilot even had a reply from a store came back with a name seems to be from the Coop but the customer service doesn't know this person! So who is being totally honest??”

“With reviews of Google/Gmail spam via Trustpilot never had a reply from them! And so called number to call Google etc! From Great Britain not interested even given a case number but isn't worth bothering with! Then contacted problem page direct nothing! Send screenshot wouldn't work so again a big name doesn't care in anyway! More than likely passing on my email address to sell so they make something, but makes people spam box email full crap!”

“Shockingly people trust reviews posted to trustpilot but you simply can’t. The moment a company takes offence to honest feedback they can have the review removed. This means you cannot use trustpilot to form an opinion to use a company or not as it is completely biased!”

“Left a review to help other customers avoid a badly made product. Trust pilot continues to remove review and ask for me to prove I purchased the product. This became more irritating as dealing wit the product itself. They seem to be shills for companies on their site.”

“Trustpilot only likes good reviews and not negative. Real reviews of bad company etc you don't like to hear! Making you to be a good review site, I beg to differ. In all reviews sites it's in there interest only to have good ones! I don't trust Trustpilot and other reviews sites.”

“If only I could rank it zero. As a developer their support is a total waste of time. After 3 weeks of communication back and forth sending details of logs (plus having to create new tickets to follow up as replies almost always fail to get tagged with original so are lost in the ether) they finally respond with a link to their default documentation when clearly they have a problem at a security level for supporting advanced cryptography. I've worked at companies with some poor support but Trustpilot are just about the most useless. Closing tickets without resolution and not allowing you to reopen it is obviously missing the management team. We work with some global brands and advise all future client to use an alternative and we're happy to help integrate with any other reviewer.”
