I lost all my savings with iq options . I invested £95,000 and they refused to allow me withdraw both my initial deposit and accrued interest. I have reached out to a recovery expert hack101 @ tutanota.com... to help me recover the money back from them and it is really progressing. I have been able to recover over £59,000 and I hope I will get the rest of the money in few months

Very bad company to deal with. They hound you to pay one of their subscription fees and add warnings to your account when you refuse and use a third party app to display YOUR OWN reviews. Then they eventually shut your account down and you are not allowed to take YOUR OWN reviews with you. If they didn't charge such extortionate fees then maybe more people would pay them.

Had a company use harvested emails to bulk ask for a 5 star review for a company, I had never done any business with them or heard of them prior to this. Reported to Trustpilot, nothing done, reported again still citing the original email with headers from the domain of the company spamming for reviews, nothing done again. Checked their page on Trustpilot, anytime someone bashed them for it, they claimed to have no idea who the person was and Trustpilot removed the post. Yet, for the same people praising the idea of bulk spamming for reviews they left those 5 star reviews in place. If all a company has to do is deny any knowledge of the party complaining then it's a garbage system. Don't put any trust in Trustpilot and if you want to imply credibility for your own business don't use them either as at least for me it implies they have something to hide.

Negative but honest review about a crypto scam company removed twice, whilst numerous positive and clearly fake reviews Remain. As Trust Pilot we’re the key selling tool for this company selling their business and getting me to invest a lot of money which has now been proven to be a scam, I echo other reviews leading me to believe they are facilitating these companies. Don’t trust their reviews….

This site is a waist of time. They allow viewers that have made a purchase on Ebay to attack that sellers own website just because the seller did not like the out come on Ebay. Trustpilot was even sent the screen shot of the email from the buyer calling me a f*****g time wasting b***h which they have been reported to the police for and Trustpilot is still allowing them to attack my website. Ebay is nothing to do with my website at all so why are they allow this type of behaviour

The disgusting excuses for human beings that make up the so called Content Integrity team are deliberately aiding and abetting abetting criminal companies like Kwiff and their employees like Celine to steal customers money and censoring reviews that expose said theft to the public

DO NOT TRUST !! If a company receives a bad review on Trustpilot they are able to send you a whole bunch of questions which easily take 20 minutes to reply all, or more, to "verify" that is not a fake review, AND IF YOU DON'T REPLY TO EVERYTHING THEY WILL REMOVE YOUR REVIEW FROM THEIR SITE. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! THIS HAS HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES TO ME I DON'T BOTHER WRITTING OR READING ON TRUSTPILOT! SCAM

Scammers they take down reviews if the company asks them too! You have a bad experience with a company you let others know then trustpilot removes it for no reason

I was a member of Trustpilot for some years. Leaving aside the frequent bugs on the site, many of which were never fixed, the way the site is managed is appalling. One well-known UK computer building company is renowned for threatening people who post bad reviews. People post low rated reviews and a few days later, they are often gone. I posted a 3*** review and was threatened by them with legal action. Trustpilot claim they take this behaviour very seriously, yet when I reported this company and provided solid evidence of their unlawful behaviour in the form of emails and documents, Trustpilot did nothing. They couldn't even be bothered to reply aside from an automated email saying my information had been received. A few months later, I posted an unrelated review - very balanced and factual with no bad language or anything controversial - and two hours later received an email from Trustpilot saying my account has been suspended and, "As part of our efforts to ensure that all Trustpilot reviews are genuine, we have customized software that detects unusual activity on our platform. In this case, our software has flagged that at least one of your reviews is likely to be spam. We take this very seriously." So there you have it. When Trustpilot-registered businesses (who pay a fee to be on there - I wonder if that has any bearing on the matter) indulge in reprehensible and unlawful behaviour, Trustpilot do nothing. But when you post a perfectly ordinary review Trustpilot takes this 'very seriously' and ban you without even contacting you first. Zero integrity, a really terrible bunch of people.

I have had an account with Trustpilot for at least 15 years and have written good reviews about companies and bad reviews about companies. Recently they wrote to me telling me my account had been deleted as I am "a spammer". I can only assume this was because I wrote three negative reviews about a services provider company which I paid to have a "club card membership" with and which they are continually not providing the service I paid for. I have left many reviews with Google and keep receiving emails stating my reviews are "useful to 10,000 customers". I can only assume Trustpilot is being bribed by some companies that they feel they can delete my totally legitimate review.

Trustpilot is a scam and a haven for scammers, rouge traders and criminals. They knowingly and willingly help criminals and scammers abuse their system, which makes Trustpilot criminals as well. They will remove any negative feedback on demand no matter who you are, as long as you are paying for their premium service and will happily allow all fake positive reviews. They have done this to me many many times. I have even sent them hard evidence of a known criminal after they deleted my review, which came directly from Trading standards, confirming he was prosecuted and sent to prison. Not to mention multiple news stories documenting this persons sentencing and criminal activities. yet they ignored the evidence and continued to allow him to abuse their system and remove negative review for him.

Are you a business thinking of signing up for Trustpilot? Be aware that they increase the price massively every year. This year's trick was particularly underhand - they limited the number of review invites that you could send out (we've been with them for years and it was always unlimited) and forced you to pay an extra £75 PER MONTH (discounted from a ficticous £150 apparently) in order to allow unlimited invites again. Service is useless without this feature so its just a blatant rip-off. I'd stick with Google reviews unless you have a large budget! (almost £3500 per year!). When you try to cancel, they threaten you with putting you back to contract rates for a year which is actually double that! - What a horrendous firm to deal with - disgraceful and cynical profiteering within long-standing customers. I'm appalled and happy to provide the email chain evidence of everything claimed above!
