“Trustpilot CANNOT be Trusted! I posted a review for SingleCare - indicated that SingleCare charges high prices for their services compared to others like GoodRX. My review indicated that I have done research every time I need to fill a prescription (I do not have health insurance) and that GoodRX always has the best prices. I was given a SingleCare card and a GoodRX card from my physician. Whenever I need a prescription filled I hand both cards to the pharmacist and ask for the lowest price. GoodRX is always the lowest and in fact a huge difference. After I posted my review on TrustPilot, SingleCare said that I wasn't a customer, they wanted my email address and wanted to verify that I used their service for filling prescriptions or my review would be pulled from TrustPilot. Of course I didn't use SingleCare because as I stated their cost is higher than GoodRX. SingleCare cannot handle the fact that I gave them a negative review. TrustPilot is now removing my review from their website. This is NOT fair.”

“Trustpilot, is a PR organization for businesses, that pay them enough to destroy other businesses (competitors), reputation and cause integrity issues. If your review will not have a negative impact on a competing company, it will be removed or you will have an issue posting. Be careful using Trustpilot.”

“I complained about a company to Trustpilot. They came back to me asking me to prove my experience with documents otherwise they would remove my review. This would skew their review ratings. Very disappointed and shocked. I thought you could trust them and they were there to support the consumer. See below the email I got from them. Dear **** Thanks for reviewing www.parcel2go.com on Trustpilot. www.parcel2go.com has reported your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience. “Leeds city council visit my home as everyone else's and ask if I have a tv and broadband do I have a mobile phone can I use the Internet on it can somebody tell me what this has to do with my tenancy agreement they are now working for the dhss especially against disabled people this is an invasion of my human and civil also rights to privacy refuse them entry from now on this is harassment and discrimination thank you”

“Trustpilot is not a joke. I wrote a bad review (one star) for TotalAV, the most bad company and antivirus software ever. They removed my review because they couldn't check if I really bought TotalAV. I send to trustpilot all they asked, order number, invoice, etc. The review removed anyway. I wrote a new one, wihtin 5 minutes it was removed. Trustpilot is just another joke to trick consumers!!!!”

“My last 2 reviews were instantly removed with no indication why. I checked their guidelines, and I don't see any justification for removing my review. I suspect they sell companies a good average review by automatically deleting negative reviews. I no longer trust any reviews posted on Trustpilot.”

“Henley Cars.. What more can I say 5* start to finish. As soon as I walked In staff were very friendly and welcoming. I have to say car Salesman Jeff was amazing all the way through kept in contact with me and answered all my queries professionally. I would 100% recommend Henley Cars.”

“Trustpilot is the most useless online review website. Simply put, it is the place where people can share their frustration. Most of the time, the reviews have a feel of "revenge" and most of the time the customer was a "difficult" one to deal with. Avoir Trustpilot to make your mind about a product or service.”

“Trustpilot is not the website that used to be long time ago when they were impartial and you could trust the reviews. They now obey to the company that sponsors them and if they will require them to remove a bad review they will follow the instructions no matter what. I have left a bad review about an experience I've had when I registered for a job search website that published some fake salaries for some jobs they have only to make you pay the premium but the jobs don't exist. Anyhow Trustpilot have been requested to remove my review and since then I went back and forward with them asking me to change my review in a way that doesn't make that company look bad. You'll be shocked to see the requests I have received from them. Even to this date my review is still not published. It is line one of those dictatorships where you are not allowed to say anything bad about the brave leader but just good things.”

“First I was unable to access my account and when I sought support they informed me that it was 'user error' and not theirs. So I was locked out of my account for two months Then this week I received an email from the compliance team informing me that due to fraudulent behaviour, which could not be proved, they were going to open my account. So I took this opportunity to share a bad experience I had with British Gas and am still having. I rated the company a one. Submitted the review and received email saying it would be published. Then receive an email later from said Compliance team informing me that my review was being removed due to the pattern of my fraudulent review. Bottom line you are a liar and this did not happen. I have challenged the Compliance team and they keep sending me the same email, as starting to think the Compliance team is one robot spitting out the same rubbish. I have complained quite strongly telling them that I am no liar and as a company they are completely untrustworthy.”
