“TrustPilot is malicious with their marketing calls and emails. Plus, I found many of their own reviews about their comapny to be fake. My work as easily recieved calls from more than 10 of their sales staff.”

“Yell.com reported my review. I contacted trustpilot via email they replied over 3 weeks later (yet my review was suspended within 1 week) I was asked to supply documentation however the complaint was about a phone call so only documentation i had was a screenshot of the calls they made to me. Apparently not good enough as they cant verify the call! Not giving me confidence that reviews by consumers are a priority and keeping the clients happy is top priority! Why bother reviewing!? I wont be in future, not with trust pilot anyway!”

“I was forced to go through trust pilot in order to review another company, dresslily, and they removed my review twice because I no longer have the order details and because I did not create am account through dresslily, my order number was not saved through their site, obviously, but I also no longer have the email. So because of this, I'm not genuine with my review. Their guidelines make it to where you can't put a negative review in on your own terms and it should be on customers terms since we are the ones spending our money. I'm disappointed in them and would not recommend them.”

“Trust Pilot cannot be trusted. I had legitimate customers who posted their reviews of my service. I'm only a small business so only just about get by. Despite having five star reviews they would only start me on a 3.5 rating which they reluctantly increased to 4 stars when i emailed to ask why? All reviews were by genuine customers who were delighted with the personal pet care service i had provided. They then removed two legitimate reviews hassling the customers who were prepared to show evidence but they never re loaded the reviews. When I raised concern they shut me down and removed all my reviews. Would never recommend them and will never write a review through them would not give even 1 star but cannot write a review on less. Most dissatisfied.”

“Shame they had posted all of my good to great reviews, but the reviews companies are not happy with they can remove themselves with the idea that Trustpilot will then adjudicate and if no rules have been broken will post. This does not happen either due to a massive backlog or just no action being taken any bad reviews can and are removed by the "sales" company and then never reviewed and reposted by trust pilot. In conclusion if all you would like to read are good reviews only TrustPilot is for you. if you want an honest (unfortunately) sometime unfiltered review find a blog and do not use trustpilot!!!”

“Left a review on trust pilot thinking that they were a neutral source. I reviewed a fraudulent property trainer scamming a lot of people. The business owner reported the trust pilot review as fake so I sent in my proof of booking and trust pilot now say that my booking confirmation for one of his events is not proof that I'm a customer. Trust pilot clearly have some agenda of their own. Disappointed in their dishonest behaviour.”

“How can you trust a company which repeats any honest criticism of another company. Trust pilot are only interested in the paying corporate customers and so it will never be a true reflection on a company when al you can see are good reviews”

“Dishonest Pilot more like. They don’t like you leaving negative reviews about companies so how can you trust a site such as this when doing your due diligence on an organisation. It’s all about the money for these people not about being honest.”

“This company forcefully removed a con company get I wrote a bad review about. I specifically requested trust pilot to see my proof of purchases with the company I was reviewing but they took my review off line because the other company I suspect pays them. Trust pilot is NOT a reliable source for reviews”

“So TrustPilot only seem to be interested in supporting their paying corporate customers. Gone are the days of balanced reviews and even when you provide documentation of being a customer for who you have left a review for, they hate you leaving negative reviews for customers. The irony of this is not lost.”

“I review with honest and fair criticism my reviews have been removed because the company I'm reviewing has convently lost my account. I have proof of my last review which is in question for Vova. If you can to check these futher then I can provide you with at least once purchase. But convently I dont know how to. I will however keep up writing these reviews.”

“Fejksida! Betalar man inte Trustpilot så tar de bort alla bra omdömen och behåller de dåliga. Som egen företagare är detta ett extremt stort problem då Trustpilot ändå är ett forum många kollar på för att se vad folk tycker. Vanliga dödliga har ingen som helst koll på att Trustpilot är en "betalsida" där ju mer man betalar dom ju bättre betyg får man. De kör med maffiametoder och som sagt varför ska jag betala för att få en ärlig bild av omdömen?!?! Är så fly förbannad på detta!”

“A website (now called kissly.net) stole all my books. I wrote a review stating so and had it removed. I argued with trustpilot for months. They decided as I wasn't a paid customer of kissly I could not write a negative review. Why the $#*! would an author who's had their books stolen want to buy a book from them so they can write a review? Here's one of the responses; We appreciate you taking the time to review kisslibrary.com. However, kisslibrary.com has reported your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience with them. Trustpilot allows anyone who's had a genuine buying or service experience to leave a review. Our User Guidelines state that consumers can write a review if they have purchased a product/service, have placed an order, or can otherwise document their use of the company's service.
