“I went to Truworth Highveld mall on Sunday the 16th and when purchasing they swiped my card only for them to say they are offline and they said the money that went out on my account will reverse and it didn't and when I go to the bank the bank said Truworths has to refund me and I went there again they told me to send the bank statement and I did and still am not receiving my money and it's being 6 days now. I never experienced such bad service 😕”
“I have been a loyal customer for more than 20years. My payments are always on time and I always it off in 2 or 3 months although my account is over 9 months. On 27th March I wanted to purchase something at Truworths Zevenwacht only to be informed that my account has been blocked. I was so shocked because this has never happened before. I asked them why this was happening and their answer was " it happens sometimes".They then wanted to call the Head Office but I was in a hurry so I said no. My concern comes in with head office services and the distribution centre that sends out stock to the stores!!. You guys limit these stores potential by being able to display options and even though they receive so much boxes daily And they pack out in a nick of time but the stock options available ars still limited or the items are the same as the season from before. I think customers from Upington will enjoy buying local than always having the option to rather order online as the items you need is alway not available in the region!!
So send better options and stop limiting Truworths store potential!!!!”

“A very bad experience at Limpopo mall truworths. I bought a trouser at middleburg only that the trouser doesn’t fit me well. I went to the nearby truworths which is At Limpopo mall. Immediately they noticed that the trouser was not bought from their store they started giving excuses until they told me straight that I must take the trouser back to middleburg, imagine. I then went to siyabuswa truworths they gave me a great service there, thanks to them.”
