“Had a bad online shopping experience, I received an sms at 10am 01/06/2023 to collect my order at Truworths Kenilworth spent my money took an Uber got there explained that I lost my ID I paid cash for the purchase showed the the sms couldn’t be help because I don’t have an ID WTF…. “I went to Truworth Highveld mall on Sunday the 16th and when purchasing they swiped my card only for them to say they are offline and they said the money that went out on my account will reverse and it didn't and when I go to the bank the bank said Truworths has to refund me and I went there again they told me to send the bank statement and I did and still am not receiving my money and it's being 6 days now. I never experienced such bad service 😕”
“I have been a loyal customer for more than 20years. My payments are always on time and I always it off in 2 or 3 months although my account is over 9 months. On 27th March I wanted to purchase something at Truworths Zevenwacht only to be informed that my account has been blocked. I was so shocked because this has never happened before. I asked them why this was happening and their answer was " it happens sometimes".They then wanted to call the Head Office but I was in a hurry so I said no.
