“I didn't know to use the gold serum first, so the first week I did that with no visable difference.. At that point I went online and found more instructions. (not much instruction comes with the kit). So I tried to use the gold serum and nothing was coming out of it. I called and your customer service said they would send me a new tube. It never came so I called again and they ordered it again and I received it. I had originally ordered an extra set of serums so I started using that gold tube. I've been using it now for 21 days. I am starting to notice a difference but they certainly are NOT white. There have been times that I don't think anything is coming out of the tube. When I try it on my finger it is completely dry. So I try a different tube then a few days later I try the first one and it is working again. I really wanted white teeth now that I have had them straightened. I took care of my kids teeth before worrying about my own.”
“Bought the whitening powder. Works well. Pleasant taste (mostly tasteless over toothpaste flavor). Container design leaves things to be desired (messy e.g., powder all over the sink). Overall, will buy again.”

The reason I took off one star is bc I purchased one of their march limited edition toothpaste and it was so small compared to the other ones I bought. I was disapointed they didn't advertise this was travel size. “Used the toothpaste/powder combo twice a day AFTER brushing with normal fluoride toothpaste every day for 30 days. After that time period I have to admit the very tips of my teeth were a bit whiter, however, after the 30 days, I skipped the whitening combo for ONE single day and my teeth were back to their normal off-white single color. So, do the products whiten teeth? Possibly, but does the expense and time using the product outweigh a normal $1 tube of toothpaste?”
“It seems to be okay so far. For the first several uses I thought I was getn the whitening on my teeth only to realize that I wasn't. There should be instructions on how to use the actual whitening tubes. I had to YouTube it and it said to twist the opposite side of cap for the whitening to come down. Hopefully I see a serious change Now that I'm actually applying the whitening to my teeth.”
