“I ordered SNOW toothpaste back in June 2021. My account was charged for the full amount.
Finally, after calling SNOW to find it is backordered. Received the toothpaste on Saturday 07.17.21 please know I received 3 tubes of SNOW toothpaste that are EXPIRED 06/2021!”
“I would of given it a higher score but I had 2 pens that were half empty or completely empty as in dry. The gold one and a silver pen. I wish I would of had a full pen to enjoy the benefits of this product”
“I’m not as thrilled about it as I was expecting! After I use it I think they look good, but doesn’t stay. I also don’t like it heating up in my mouth.
As far as customer service? Not impressed. They forgot the toothpaste I ordered and I emailed them. I just wanted a refund for the toothpaste instead they said they would ship it to me and I still have gotten it about a month now. I emailed again now they said it’s back ordered! Just give me the dam refund!! Left a bad taste in my mouth 👎”
“I think the product is good. I can’t get the LED to stay on when used with any device, no matter if it’s completely charged. And the pens are frustrating to me, turn turn turn, nothing comes out, then it all comes out. Seems wasteful. And it’s also hard for me to tell how much product I have on my teeth. Not sure if others have these issues too?”
“A bit disappointing. I have been using for 3 weeks now, as directed. I see improvement but not as good as I expected. I get better results with Crest white strips.”

“Delivery took 4 weeks, arrived after Xmas. This was bought as a Xmas gift. I kept receiving promotional emails offering discounts on the item I had bought. Presentation very good.”
“I feel like after 15 days of using Snow, my results are just okay. I haven’t really noticed improvement in whiteness of my teeth, but I have noticed that a lot of the stains have gone away. Here’s to hoping whiteness improves with time”
“I went thru the first box with one gold and 3 silvers. My teeth stay white for a few hours, but when I get up in the morning they are as yellow as always, I don't believe your picture adds that show before and after views from deep yellow to snowy white. I have received the 4 gold and 4 silver applicators and will continue to apply them over the following months, but I'm not convinced that your product is anything more than makeup, like lipstick, that just covers up the surface, but doesn't actually stain yellow teeth white.”
“Product is easy to use and so far has shown some improvement although far from dramatic change after 16 treatments.
The initial purchase only comes with one gold serum and it seems that that is what you need most when first starting. I did purchase some more and will see how much additional improvement can be obtained with this. Dont know why they don't include more gold serum with the initial purchase”
“I've used SNOW for 4 days in a row for 30 min each time. I see a LITTLE change but not a ton yet. Hoping after using it a couple weeks I'll see more of a change. :)”
