“Exceptional customer service. I bought a present for my brother. I pre bought done 7 months in advance. A manufacturing fault no one could have spotted and it was resolved seamlessly in minutes. Most other bigger companies would I feel have dismissed it but I felt valued as a customer.”

“Ordered a custom letterman/varsity jacket. The jacket is so soft and the quality is great. I got the embroidery so can't speak for the printed logos but the embroidery on my logo was great! My jacket was dispatched a week after ordered and arrived 2 days after dispatch. Can't fault it.”

“From ordering to delivery, these guys are great. The prices are really reasonable and their customer service is great. They emailed me very soon after ordering, giving advice regarding my image and how to make it better. I thought this was really helpful and showed a real care for the customer and for delivering the best quality items. The items arrived earlier than was stated, which was a pleasant surprise and they are absolutely brilliant! The items (3 tote bags and 2 t-shirts), are of amazing quality and look great. So much better than we expected. Thanks so much. Would HIGHLY recommend.”
