“I ordered t shirt from here and the picture was printed too dark, so I messaged customer service and got a reply within a day saying they will reprint it and send it out express delivery so it got here before Christmas and it did! I am so happy with the service as this was all down free or charge and I’m so thankful! Also the T-shirt’s are great quality too, highly recommend!”

“I ordered a personalised cushion on December 21st and paid £7 delivery to ensure it got here by Christmas. It was delivered 2 days later in the 23rd. I opened it and it was a winnie the pooh cushion. Not a personalised photo cushion. It woukdnt have been an issue if the photographs weren't of my 2 children and unborn baby scan photo. I called them and a lady named Jo said there's nothing she can do and couldn't trace back to the person who mixed the orders up so now some random person is in possession of photographs of my 3 children. This I find very worrying and stressful. Not only is this a data protection breach but also a very concerning process whereby the packer can not be traced nor can the order which contained my cushion. Very appalling service. Avoid at all costs. Also the trading standards are involved and this will go as far as it can.”

“I ordered two mugs and both arrived with substandard print quality. On both, the lines were fuzzy/blurry, and on the other, the perfectly circular shape my image was contained within was squashed to form an ellipse shape (and no, it's not an optical illusion). I have resorted to looking into investing in my own sublimation/heat press equipment so I have better control of product quality. The tee shirt I bought looked like it had been kicked around the factory floor before being packaged up as it was covered in brown dirt and fluff. Really disappointing as I had heard great things about the T Shirt Studio.”

“I purchased a personalised baseball cap for a Christmas gift. Fantastic service with quick delivery and it was really well packaged. Really pleased with the quality of the cap and couldn’t be happier with the personalised embroidery. Very, very impressed especially for the price. I won’t hesitate to order items again in the future. Would definitely recommend.”

“Absolutely perfect. Accidentally ordered the wrong personalisation on one of the T-shirt’s, emailed to get it changed, they responded very quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful to get the print amended. The quality of the T-shirt’s are fantastic as well as the print quality. Having just clicked on the first website that came up when searching, I’m glad I did! I will definitely return! Thank you”
