“I've enjoyed the services very much. I appreciate most everything about this service. That said, I was unable to view a screening report. Isn't that what people are largely paying for when they apply? I feel as though I've gotten an incomplete picture of my applicants and had to take an unnecessary risk because the site isn't working properly. I did receive great customer service on the issue but the resolution wasn't optimal. Even with this issue, the site is amazing. The state-relevant forms, easy organization of properties, ease of getting payments are all great but the application is the gateway and it needs to work properly at all times.”

“I’ve used this app for about 4 months and it’s really helped this 1st time landlord! The ease of using the app is great. Having a lease pre- made, pre- screening suggestions, and having everything in 1 place are my favorite things about it.”

“As a first-time user (of any property management software), when I had questions, or when I made a mistake, the help staff on chat and on the phone were amazingly helpful. I never experienced the need to have my question referred to another person. Done right the first time. And the package of interrelated topics and forms.....outstanding! I worked the system "your way" from the beginning and my current tenants are gems and have already signed a lease extension for another year.”
