“I went for the mid package. worth every penny. I was on rightmove and zoopla, which is were everybody looks first. I averaged 1 viewing a week for 7/8 weeks and then accepted an offer. the team were there all the way through, always answered the phone and emails even if sometimes I thought they were getting fed up of me giving them hassle. I will be using turtle again when I sell another house.”

“From start to finish, Turtle Homes have been excellent. My only regret is that I didn't come across Turtle Homes sooner. For 7 months my home was on the market with a well known high street Estate Agent. I had one viewing in all that time and the customer service was shockingly poor for the £3000!! plus they were expecting from me on completion of sale. The difference when starting with Turtle Homes was immense. The customer service is excellent. Each person I had contact with at Turtle Homes, was kind, courteous , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had at least one viewing a week and was kept up to date every step of the way. When an offer was made and the sale was going through, if I had any queries they responded the same day. High Street Estate agents beware! Turtle homes are not only far superior in every way, but the low cost is an amazing price considering the outstanding service received. Thank you Turtle Homes! I have and will continue to spread the word to family and friends. Miss Jenny Abrams”

“Setting up the appointment to view the property at Water Road in Reading went well; staff at Turtlehomes were polite and responsive. However, on the day, I was held up with traffic and called the office to let them know I would be a little late but I was on my way. The man I spoke with said the office closed at 2pm on Saturday and he had no access to property information to be able to call and let the vendor know. This left me thinking that I wouldn't use Turtlehomes to sell my property as weekends are the busiest times for viewings and the service that was available didn't put me in good light with the vendor. I don't like to be late and did what I could to let them know but staff at Turtlehomes were unable to pass on the message - poor show!”

“I could not recommend Turtle Homes more highly. From start to finish their efficiency and professionalism has been outstanding. A particular mention must go to Laura and Gareth who both helped keep ourselves , our buyers and the solicitors fully informed throughout the process. The placement on the property websites went very smoothly and their price could certainly not be bettered. The Turtle Homes website is also one of the clearest I found. I have already recommended them to a number of people. Sold house in Bristol August 2015.”

“Turtle Home have been both a pleasure to deal with and fantastic value for money. My partner and I decided to use Turtle Homes to sell our property because we wanted to market our property at a low cost that still provided the service we needed. Our friends and family were skeptical of online estate agents and the nature of an up front cost however we persevered as we felt sure that Turtle Homes was right for us. We weren't nervous about the online only aspect as that is how we search for houses ourselves. We went the £425 package which meant Turtle Homes would do all the marketing, book appointments, negotiate the sale etc. I remember contacting Turtle Homes to check the price was full and final and there were no hidden costs. It seemed such an amazing price, things are not usually to good to be true. To my delight, yes the price was as stated with no hidden costs and included all the services I needed. After appointing Turtle Homes we had the photographer and our brochure created really quickly. Gareth coordinated with me to ensure I was happy with its contents and allowed me to have my input. I had so many compliments on the brochure from friends and family saying what a good job they'd done and they had really shown our home at its best, Exactly the response you would hope for. Laura looked after our appointments and negotiated our sale, she did a fantastic job. The communication with everyone at Turtle Homes was friendly, fast and efficient. I don't think I ever waited longer than half an hour to get a response to my emails which is an outstanding service. It went so smoothly and we sold our house within days. The buyers of our property even commented on the great customer service they had received from Turtle Homes with regard to the speed of communication and the negotiate process, this is obviously comforting to know as a seller. I could't recommend Turtle Homes enough for its value for money and customer service. We are delighted we took what some might think as a leap of faith into the online estate agency world and saved ourselves hundreds of pounds whilst getting a top notch service.”

“Turtle homes were excellent, very professional from start to finish, Laura was excellent and very helpful, nothing was too much and she always did what she said she would. Our house went on the market on Friday of a bank holiday weekend and was under offer by the Tuesday morning.”

“This was the first time we had used an on line estate agent, and we are very happy with turtle homes, we have dealt with Gareth for most of the time and found him very helpful and always there when needed, if we ever move in future we would definitely choose turtle homes, and will recommend to family and friends. “Excellent experience with Turtle Homes. We selected the no sale no fee option. We received two offers on our house within three weeks of the house being put on Rightmove. I think we would have paid much more had we put our home up for sale using local estate agents. It took a while for the sale to go through due to delays with solicitors but Laura at Turtle Homes provided a lot of support for us in progressing the sale and liaising between the two sides. Overall, very good experience and would use Turtle Homes again.”

“The house had a good layout and tidy. Didn't realise I'd looked at the house next door! The garden was nice. With it being a new house the thing that let me down was the amount of cupboard space in the kitchen but also the parking.”

Dear Mrs Davies, thank you for your comments. This is the first bad review that we have received. We take all reviews very seriously so I have thoroughly checked our email and phone logs and interviewed the staff involved. My understanding of the situation is that we called and emailed you to confirm the viewing within two hours of your request. Unfortunately though, our email confirmation ended up in your junk items rather than your inbox. I'm guessing that your work email address has a very strict firewall. I'm sorry that you had to call another two times for us to work out what the issue was, but i don't feel that their was any more that we could do in this instance.
