“Wanted a pair of Millwaukee PVC pipe cutters impossable to find in the uk. TW sold them online but I phoned to make sure the were in stock. Think it was Richard I spoke to said he had none in stock but was expecting them in soon. He said he would call me when then came in and he did. 3 days later i have my pipe cutters. I will use again and recommend to others.”

“I have never used these guys before, they only appeared on my radar after I had a look at their prices and found them to be VERY competitive against some of the bigger guys. I ordered a 50 litre SIP compressor, it was delivered next day, the box looked mint, compressor is great and I will definitely use these guys again and rec. their service to others.”

“Looked for ages on www for a top sight measure (because my mate trod on two in a week) - that's a measure where you can measure into a rebate, a doorframe, a window frame or whatever and read off the exact measurement on the top of the measure without having to add the usual 60cm or 2". Found the Hultafors Fisco video-flex VF3M at last on this site - magic after several days of neurosis thinking no one made them any more. Why doesn't everyone use these? So much easier. Well done twwholesale. shall come back when I need something else a bit obscure - or ordinary.”

“You can only truly judge a supplier when things go wrong, and how they respond to the problem. In my case the currier was less than impressive as they can be some times (or is that most of the time) but when I called TW Wholesale to tell them the currier was been a pain. They were amazing in sorting it very swiftly, so fast in fact it was outstanding customer service.”

“I tried to get a replacement T handle for my garden fork,a spear&jackson never bend,this was given too me by my grandparents as a 21 birthday presants.I had got one to replace it 2 months ago but,first try at spikeing one of my lawns it snapped,the firm was not there any more(****).I tried several other web sites,no guarante,of quality until i spoke to some one at this company(not a sales person) who assured me that the handle was ash,was good quality and guaranted for 12 months.Orderd,paid,and arrived next day could not be better THANK YOU!!!!! (OLD HANDLE LASTED44 YEARS)”

“Postage was fast as the item was delivered the next day. The choice of tools was good, including the specialised tool I needed. The website was difficult to look at and the checkout process was dire. There is no provision made for overseas customers who want to purchase tools or gifts for UK residents, unacceptable in this online shopping age.”
