TW Tool Superstore sent the wrong item, and then they were not able to replace with the right item. Second and probably last time I buy in this store

I have still not received my product ordered on the 9/7/21 when I track it the product has still not arrived at the Hermes depot.

Did not receive item was emailed to say delivered and and signed for by me while I was in work this was not the case an I was told by the company I needed proof I didn’t sign for item Ridiculous contacted delivery company to get confirmation of what’s going on with no reply

Very bad quality I've done 3 cuts in copper pipe and the disc just gone. Disappointed. Not worth a penny..

Order turned up damaged, sent email to attempt to swap item for new undamaged item.. no reply. 22 pound on a bent finishing spat that I cannot use and no answer from company. Would not recommend

My item said it was delivered and signed for when no one was at the property. After calling tw in regards it has come to the rigmarole of having to prove through my work that I wasn't home and didn't sign for the item. Tw told me they were stuck in the middle and didn't want to be out of pocket . As it stands the I the customer am out of pocket . I have a signed letter and will be sending it to TW now. Not very impressed and reluctant to order again 🙄

Hi Nicholas, please give us a call as we would be more than happy to issue you a replacement sponge float. Very misleading. Bought cordless planer that was advertised as coming with a free battery. Only reason I bought it. Came without battery and having checked the small print the offer expired in January. Now they have the cheek to ask me to review the planer with free battery!!

Hi Tom, It seems you may have mis-read the information available for the promotion; it’s still live and you’re able to claim your battery. Just head over to this website link and you should be good to go: https://www.bosch-professional.com/gb/en/pro360/prodeals/. As described in the product description, the free battery comes directly from Bosch once you register your power tool on their website. Just use the link above. I'm sending back the Marshalltown seem to be flatter now? No bevel what so ever and this leads to lines all over the place. Bad trowel going back to my ox.

Got it eventually as dealer didn’t write full address on parcel so didn’t get delivered and went back to couriers depot, then I had to spend time ringing up and sorting it out which is a bit annoying as wanted it in hurry that’s why ordered it from this company, shame but there you go so not great experience.

The missing connector has nothing to do with the gas CYLINDER, as you keep repeating and not understanding. Its the outlet as I keep repeating millions of times ( well I exaggerate slightly but you get the picture). Then they have the audacity to make out as if I've been wrong and unreasonable. Technically inept box shifters.... They asked if I could remove this review as "It has been dealt with"!! bludy cheek

Hi George, as we explained to you on the phone numerous times, the connector is not supplied because it's typically supplied as standard from any reputable dealer that supplies canisters. Also, as previously advised, we are more than happy to issue you a full refund if you return your product. We appreciate you have experienced some form of inconvenience, but your review does not reflect the service you received from us and we would appreciate it if you changed your review to reflect the true service you experienced. TW aren't here to 'box shift' - we're here to supply a professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. We have hundreds, even thousands of happy customers and their reviews and local comments about the company reflect that. Unfortunately the trowel was sent unboxed in a bag, no bubble wrap or anything? The trowel is bent and has a massive nic in it ! I wouldn't ever order anything from you again !

Hi Jack, Sorry to read this – this is completely out of character for our service as we at least bubble wrap almost everything we send out. The only things we don’t bubble wrap are items that are already pre-patched in cardboard. That being said, this is not what we expect our customers to receive and I’d be more than happy to have a replacement product sent out to you.
