“Ordered the PRL Cobra Race intake was shipped super fast. Fantastic quality. Accidentally clicked the street MAF on order so shipped it back and they sent the RACE MAF no problem. Got it quick and installed before the weekend. A1 sauce! 10/10 💯”

“I purchased the ktuner + tsp stage 1 and had a slight issue uploading the tune, tsp promptly responded surprisingly quick and I was able to fix my issue same day! Amazing customer service.”

“Previously had a V1.2, just upgraded to the V2 huge difference. Love saving several tunes without needing laptop in car. As for TSP Stage One+. The tune is incredible, basically Stage 1 with extra 15 HP and no shift notchiness at all.”

“I learned of TSP shortly after buying my 10th gen Hatchback and been coming back for purchases since. Great shopping experience, they have just about everything, and Daniel is awesome to work with on the customer service side of things. Will continue to be a loyal customer because they have great selection, quick shipping, great customer service, and give back to veterans and 1st responders.”

“The BEST customer service HANDS DOWN! After ordering my part, I realized I had selected and paid for Express shipping, when my purchase already qualified me for free shipping (and based on previous purchases, I already knew how lightning fast their shipping/handling is). So, I went ahead and messaged their customer service to cancel my purchase, so that I can re-order. Within minutes, I received a phone call (which I couldn't answer due to being at work). Right after, I received a text from Daniel giving me the heads up that he was calling from TSP in regards to my inquiry. Shortly after, he emailed me informing me that he could simply refund the shipping cost, without cancelling the whole order, so that I wouldn't get hit wit the 5% processing fee for the return. Never have I ever had a better experience, better or faster communication with an online merchant! He even emailed me right after with shipping updates, and I received my part in two days!!! Packaging was spot on too.”
