I placed an order on 10/29, order #170284. I ordered size 7. You shipped size 6. I received the wrong size shoes within a week. I tried at least 10 times to call your customer service during the stated business hours on your message I receive when calling. No matter when I called, the message gives me “normal” business hours but no one ever answers the phone. I left a message with all my information. I received an email reply a few days later on 11/07 letting me know you received my voice message, apologized for the error, sent me a shipping label to return the wrong size, and said the correct size would be sent to me. The email was sent to me on 11/07. The wrong size shoes were returned on 11/08. I have received no further communication to let me know if the wrong size was received or when the correct size will be sent back out to me. Today is 11/18, well past the week it took for the original wrong size to get to me. Today I replied to the email I received with the shipping label on 11/07 asking for an update. Not a good customer experience and very poor communication. One of your survey questions asked should be if the order was correct, and if no, was the error resolved timely. Our 14 yr old granddaughter found a shirt she wanted and gave us a picture - she didn’t know where to find it. I found it at Tyler’s! Quick delivery and she is very happy!

Service was fast my hats were here in no time, however I have two hats of different color same style that fit me great. But these two hats are super small, like it's a youth size. I will be sending them back. So 5 stars on service, but hats are abnormal small.

Sandals came all stuffed in two separate bags, not attached to one another at all and sizes strewn between both bags. I had to individually match soles to make sure that each pair was accurate. This was a bulk buy of many different sizes of a very expensive product. To receive it in such a manner was disheartening as another pair I had to buy from the company itself came in a box, with sandals attached to one another.
