I purchased an E gift card for my son for his bday , and I am surprised it takes so long to receive it. I think it’s took two days after he and myself calling to check up on it. He loves your store and specifically asked for a card from there but the delivery of said card is a tad slow. I think it should be an instant, if not the same day. Thank you

Just for your information, I did not make a purchase with you company with my credit card. My credit card number was stolen. I would assume that if a purchase was made in person that no one bother to asked for ID. This thief made several purchases at you locations.

Didn’t e-card the stores did not know how to use it and it was pretty embarrassing. Every time we tried to use it they would make a big deal out of it.

While I’m happy with my product I’m very disappointed and feel taken advantage of with the cost of shipping! I found the store through a Google Shopping search and was charged $25 to for shipping. When I still had not received any shipping notifications a week later I went to the website and found that shipping was $13. I called to inquire about my order and was told they had to look into the status. Several hours later I finally received notification that my item shipped! Would that had happened if I hadn’t called! If I’m paying OVER the advertised rate I would’ve expected faster service and delivery that didn’t rely on ME calling to remind them of my order!

Order placed May 9th. Got shopping notice on May 10th. Its now May 28th and still have not received the package. It's been redirected since May 15th.

Absolutely terrible. They market a different pair of shoes than the ones they send you. Their customer service sucks. They blame you for the coloring appearing different in person not on the fact they send you a completely different shoe. They also refuse to accept responsibility. Could not suggest this company less.

I paid quite a bit extra for the expedited shipping but did not get the package in an expedited fashion. It took them over 48 hours to even ship it. Bummer. It was a gift and I missed the opportunity to give it.

In the purchase of my first HOKA, & fist time purchasing from Tyler’s TX., I will never purchase from Tyler’s TX again. I received my HOKA & returned the next day, & was charged ‘restocking’.

We purchased one shirt in store and request a o order a another, as it wasn't available in the size we needed in-store. Instead of receiving the shirt we ordered, we received the same shirt we purchased in store. I've contacted Racquet and Jog in Tyler twice in an attempt to get directions to begin a return, but the manager is never in when I call, and no one has returned my call. I don't live in Tyler, so I need mail order directions, and our 30 day return time period is up soon. Incredibly poor customer service, especially given the money we spend. I'm going to have to waste a half day driving back to return a shirt that we didn't order.

Customer service was very nice but I got a compeltely wrong order. I ordered a pair of on running shoes and got wrong color and wrong model. I don’t live in the states so I will have to keep the ones I received. But I really would have wanted the original shoes I ordered.

I love shopping in Tyler’s stores, so I ordered a pair of $150 shoes online. Big mistake. Ordered a 8.5. They sent a 9.5. Now I have to go through all of the trouble to print out a return label, get them mailed back, and wait on the right size. This definitely turned me away from ordering here again.

No contact from email about order and had to go into the physical store and repurchase all items being out over 280 dollars which is totally unacceptable especially during the Putin price hike. Likely will never use the online store again and go into the physical in Dallas Texas which the employees where soooo caring and understanding.
