“My daughters were in line to enter the store. So they entered. I have realised that I have the card for payment and the lady that works at the gateway branch in Durban refused me entry. She was extremely unruly and is not professional at all. An Indian lady is an employee at Typo at the Gateway branch. I do not know her name but she has a red line on her forehead. She refused me entry to go see to my daughters and pay for whatever they want. She was rude to me and the people that were around witnessed that she is extremely rude to customers. She even went further to tell her co-workers not to serve my daughters.
My daughters love typo but the service is beyond pathetic.”

I tried to cancel an order 5 minutes after I realised that I ordered the wrong thing after being assured twice by Zoeh and Taleta, who believe they did their customer service duty, that it will be cancelled. But I still received the product. Livid with the appalling service. Thank you to Bryson for doing your job, you understood the problem and went above and beyond to help me. “I was wanting to purchase several A3 framed Iconic prints which had been reduced to $5 (showing as still available for that price at some stores). I did an hour round trip to one of the stores showing stock available (Indooroopilly Brisbane) to purchase. The lady who served me said she did have plenty in store but had just put them out the back this morning and was sending them to the DFO store so couldn’t sell any to me!!!! (since when is stock control/transfers more important than the customer in front of you wanting to purchase from you??) I have since rung a store closer to me (Brookside) and they confirmed that they have plenty of stock but they are $39! Apparently they don’t have to sell them at the online advertised price but I can get them for that price through Click & Collect (and collect them around 7th July according to your online information). Does the Cotton On group actually care about customers - it certainly doesn’t appear to.”
“Went into the Frankston Store with my 12 daughter. She had $10 pocket money and wanted to buy a new laptop case.
We ended up at this $10 table. After spending 10 minutes I the store amd trying to decide she found one, only to go up to the counter for this young girl to ask for $15.
I told her it was on the $10 table and she then told me it was $15 and that they were allowed to advertise this way.
