I will not order from Uber Eats! You get your order and Driver might say you return it to CHARGE $25.00! MORE THAN MY ORDER COST! AND YOU DONT KNOW UNTIL 2DAYS LATER FROM YOUR BANK. I CHAT WITH SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AND THEY COULDNT FIX THE PROBLEM BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN 2DAYS AFTER! I the last time I looked at my receipt it was okay but then when I noticed my checking account was charge more. You don't know this until two days later! Don't order because it can happen to you.

Uber Eats are a shocking company. Food didn't turn up, driver delivered it somewhere random, took a pic, and apparently that's proof enough! No food no refund, absolutely ridiculous

I had the most horrible experience. Uber eats must be banned in South Africa. On 24 May, Friday I ordered Steers via Uber eats. The driver delivered the wrong food. I tried calling the driver.. Uber eats app did not allow me to cuz the driver closed the call. I drove to Steers where is ordered from, the Manager of Steers was helpful and also tried to get Uber eats on call and on email. I've been complaining about not getting my order since Friday today is Monday and now I received an email saying they won't refund me cuz the order was older than 48 hours. But Uber eats are the one's that did not respond to my emails since I logged it. There call centre agents tells you the same sh! t every time. No one from the driver to to agents is taking accountability for their mistake... They behave like I made a mistake... My order was almost R300 I just want my money back cuz in all fairness I did not get my food.

I waited 2 hours and my food was not coming. I ended up canceling my order.. this company is now my last choice.

worst experience !! i placed a order i accidentally cancelled my order and i texted one of the agents that was very unprofessional and rude and didn’t solve my problem he told me he couldn’t give me my money back because of a cancellation fee which is ridiculous !! to my understanding what i seen on the app was only a delivery fee which i was okay with paying but NOTHING about a cancellation fee i payed $24.00 but i couldn’t get my money back nor my order that i placed. THIS IS THEFT and i will be putting a claim on the BBB ( business better bureau) for this company to make sure this company won’t do this to other customers.

I didnt receive my oder and I was charged, the driver had me a run around telling me someone wants to steal the pizza I ordered which is totally insane and a big lie, He said he will go home and didnt show up! He is the worst delivery guy from Uber eats!!!

Worst app! Ordered $50 of white claws. Got a small bottle of orange shinesicle moonshine, then when I send customer service a photo of it in my hands, they just tell me sorry there’s something we can do. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Worst company, don’t care about their customers!

Uber eats experience have been always ok so far but this time something worse happened and driver ran with order of my cakes , and uber eats is supporting their fraud drivers and staff by not refunding money to genuine customers and they dont have any contact number where to call for refund, their help desk is of no us and only chat is allowed , uber eats is pathetic when it comes to customer grievances , i think people should stop using its eatery and ride services so they try to be considerate to their customers , Mr Delivery is much better , they are not even acknowledging the grievances if its about refund

Not only was my order an hour and 1/2 late cold and inedible, their “customer service” reps disconnected 4 times without even asking how they could assist. I was told an email would come in 24 hours and nothing!!!!! WORST customer service I have ever experienced

Absolutely terrible customer service. I used to order at least once or twice a week and the last couple orders there have been constant issues with no care whatsoever about the customers satisfaction. In the past they used to have hands on customer service who cared and would properly credit verified missing items or issues and they no longer have quality assurance. The last straw was I had an item never arrive and they refused to acknowledge or correct the problem. They’ve completely gone downhill and I will be using another service. I just canceled my Uber one after years. TERRIBLE to see the company go down hill this fast.

UberEATS is such a bad company to use when there are other options out there. my first time ordering online my first bad experience. Customer service sucks a big thumb. spoke to a young Indian or Philippina accent girl that didn't even try to help very unprofessional very low on solutions to resolve issues very untrained people... Never will I ever use them again and like shark tank investors say " And for that reason I am OUT!!!

Uber priority is a fares and an outright lie!!.. shame on you arrogant drivers.. they spoke to me with absolute rudeness!… DO NOY USE PRIORITY IT IS NOT ENSURED AS I WAITED 52 minutes for a 15 min. Delivery Tops!!!

Online ordering food pick the place and food, delivery was Uber Eats, I put my address and a tip. I then see the food I ordered in a bag sitting on a sidewalk in front of big windows. The restaurant called me and told me the Uber delivery guy just set the bag outside of the restaurant and took a picture and left. I called Uber Eats and my call was hung up on me 3 times. The 4 th person called the driver then told me because the checked out the address on the online request, there was nothing that can do, I said it don’t make sense why I would yave the food delivered out in front of the place I ordered food. The representative got snippy and basically said it was my fault and they are not doing it and maybe I should pay attention to the address for delivery, I said I did I checked it and a glitche or something must have happen, she the was short and snippy and repeated what she told me before and kept on and on and hard to understand her with the accent and snippy rude tone.

Not even an hour ago my daughter and all ordered groceries from Uber eats I live in apartments that have security and a sign at the front desk the Uber eats deliver it never came in and said that he delivered our groceries we reported it back to Uber eats and they told us that they could not give us our money back because apparently the guy text or try to get in touch with us which is a bunch of foolery . If they tried to come in they would have had to sign or the security would at least acknowledge they came in which they did not so what is going on Uber eats this is like stealing money and my own ad I had a similar problem the beginning of this same month just not s damaging is this one. How can you supply service and not come forth you're protecting criminals thank you ubereats. I hope others find this review very truthful because it is?

Monica, shame on you. If you were not going to deliver my order you should not have lied and stated that you would deliver my order after leaving Cherry Grove then you should not have said so. All the more reason for me not to use UberEATS ever again. Then you you had the AUDACITY to block me because you knew you were not going to deliver my food. Gurllllllll do better and yes I reported you
