I waited an extra 30 minutes on top of what they said my food would be here. Then my order was canceled by the driver she kept my food order and charged me a tip wtf. ( Restaurants should not let them keep the food for canceled orders. As they are scamming restaurants, canceling people's orders. To keep the food and then f****** go over the customer!)

I am so disgusted by your service I ordered food with Taj I did not receive my order the bloody claims to have had it delivered. I have been calling without success.The reason you receive a pin to give to the driver is to make sure it is delivered to the right person they say unfortunately I will not be refund but this Zimbabwean will continue robbing people and claim that he has delivered whereas he knows he did not .Rhaaaa iminqudu imagine this is my last hard earned money we waiting for food dololo.The bloody fool claims to have called but he did not rhaaaa bloody scammers I want my money I don’t have money to entertain these people you took on cheap labour

I think ubereats only must hire the worst people they can find.. had a Ubereat driver walk pass my door a stole my wife's Plante from the front door... he wasn't even coming to us.. but the apt on the next floor

I am a long time customer regular user of Uber Eats this morning I ordered breakfast from A&W is 48$ My order was delivered to the wrong address. I of course asked for a refund and was told I was NOT elegible for refund. Lifes already to expesnsive to end uo losing your breakfast and your money... NEVER again will I use Uber eats.. Im going back to Door Dash

A bunch of THIEVES and SCAM artists! They are the BIGGEST CHARLATANS in food delivery services! The BIGGEST! They will take your OWN money away from you and NOT deliver the food items that you PAID for with your OWN money and then ABSOLUTELY, ARROGANTLY DENY and REFUSE to give your money back to you for items you NEVER received! UNBELIEVABLE! They are SO WRONG and FOUL. They will be reported to the bank and a report has already been filed against them with the State Attorney General. You have been warned! Uber Eats is AWFUL! They are FRAUDS They are SCAMS! They are IMMORAL! They are of the utmost DISGUSTING kind of a delivery app platform out there. Use DoorDash instead. They are ALWAYS better and more fair than these FAT THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

UberEats does not care about their customers. I received 1 item out of 6 items I ordered. It was supposed to be 40 min priority delivery (I paid extra) but arrived an hr and a half later. The driver stopped for almost mins near my house. He only started moving after I texted if he was lost. I received 1 item at my doorstep and called the driver. He said they only gave this but clearly was lying because the receipt was a long list. I go through the app to submit the issue. You have to accept type of refund before they reveal how much they will refund. They said I only get $35 on a $60 order. So I set up a chat and explained. 1st person said we already refunded you, so we can't do anymore. I said but I only received 1 item. I asked for a supervisor, they said they cant transfer. They said if there is nothing else we have other customers to service and ended the chat. I started again and same outcome. 1 burger is not $25... The math for the fees and everything just doesn't add up. And they didn't care to even do anything. I wasn't asking for additional funds. I have 6 people in the house who were waiting for the food. Now everything is closed and 5 people went to sleep hungry. UberEats just doesn't care anymore about their customers. I have used them almost everyday for the last couple of years and they dont care about it... but there are plenty of other platforms to order. I will let everyone I meet know just how horrible my experience was and to think twice before using UberEats.

fack uber eats charge 51 dollars gor food that dosent get delivered yet order says completed there new customer support 3rd party calling is bs no one answers and then offer back 47 dollars and still asks for a tip done your servive is wack at best ever order is wrong always offer back less then billed for next complaint goes to the better business Bureau

This is good only for a side hustle, not for living , right now u get offers for less than $1.00 an hours other retails companies pay more than $15.00 as a cashier and you do not have to use and depreciate your car , you can make sroun$11.00 and hour sustrac the car maintenance and taxes $8.00 as I said is better to work as a cashier is al OST the same salary the only thing h good about this is the flexibility but nothing else.

Will cost you money to work here. 1. During the Flat Rate opportunities such as $12/ active hour, you are forced to accept deliveries an hour away even if there is no tip. If you are an hour away and another opportunity comes up and is another hour further away and you decline it, you lose your $12 an hr flat rate. You heard me right. Declining 2 deliveries even if they are tipless and an hour away ends your flat rate, even if you're already two hours away. 2. They are allowed to advertise a delivery, have you accept it, go to the store to pick it up, and still let some one else accept it and pick it up before you. If yhis happens they refuse to compensate. 3. I spent an hour and a half on uber support phone call being passed to 6 people 2 of which was the same department. None of which would compensate. I worked 5 hours and made a complete total of $37.83 because it kept sending me an hour away and they won't compensate when a mistake happens. DO NOT WORK FOR UBER EATS.

I cancelled an order as the time kept being pushed out and we weren't going to by there to accept the order. I was charged a cancellation fee but nowhere in the process did it tell me I would be charged and not receive my food. They should state before you cancel that you will be charged. I would have just got the food late if I was going to pay for it anyways. Obviously I wouldn't cancel if I knew I'd be paying for nothing. I would have asked someone at the hotel to have put it in my room. They need to be more clear about that. It seemed fine when I did it. Next thing you know I get a note saying I was charged. The system should be set up to advise you of this before you cancel. Terrible customer service after the fact too. Deleting this app. Will stick with Skip but served as a reminder that we should all see if the place has their own delivery service before we use these apps. There is no customer service. They just don't care. Was a wake up call for me. So frustrating.

i work at a coffee stand, wake up call in coeur d’alene, sunday mornings are our busiest and our ipads were acting up on the door dashes. we had at least 6 cars on each side with multiple door dashes on the screens. A driver who works for you guys, John Lucas, an older guy, came through with a uber eats order. mind you on our screen had one drink, a sandwich, then it said 3 cream cheeses, so i put that in a bag, handed it to him, and he ordered a drink. then he told me im forgetting a bagel, so apologizing thinking ‘oh weird’ i made him another bagel thinking it was just a simple mistake on our ipads. then thinking being done with his uber eats order and helping my other coworkers, he yells at me through the screen door, ‘CAKE POP!’ then i went to our ipad that has our orders and seen the cake pop and went over to apologize to him and explain the ipad situation. BUT NO. he begans cussing and swearing at me. throwing a 3 year old tantrum about how this is worthless and im pointless, practically saying im an idiot and dont know how to do my job. and he’s taking his effing dollar back. and how he’s telling over about this terrible place and incident. all this unnecessary comments to a 18 year old girl. i’m standing there kinda shocked but just replying with ‘ok,ok,ok. then told him to have a nice day as he continues to cuss unprofessional things towards me. hopefully people look out for things kinds of people. how much of a low lifer do you have to be to talk to a young women like that? get your life together John Lucas :)

I have placed over 1100 orders on uber eats UK and hardly ever made a complaint One order took over an hour to be delivered after it was collected from the restaurant, it looked like driver had 5-6 stops before me (I was an Uber one member too) Food was missing items and was stone cold, I have since logged around 8 tickets online and made 4 phone calls. No support given, hide behind escalating to other teams, auto replies and probably using AI to run their customer services Was a regular customer and I have now deleted my account, once great this company is now disgusting

They charge for priority delivery and made 3 stops prior. The guy that delivered was supposed to be a woman and it wasn't even the same car! Looked like he was living out of it! Icecream was melted!

Uber Eats gives you the option to cancel an order while it is still being prepared, but doesn't give you the option to get a refund for the cancelled order, or to reinstate the order if you're unable to get a refund. It boggles my mind that this isn't illegal. So to recap: for cancelled orders, you neither get the food, nor a refund. Called the restaurant and they confirmed they had not started making the meal yet (the order was cancelled within minutes). Drove down to the restaurant and THEY called UberEats on my behalf to argue for the refund. Was supposed to receive a call from a Supervisor to sort it out and never did. Their customer service is abysmal, it takes FOREVER for the food to arrive, and I had a really scary experience with one of their delivery drivers as well. I've deleted the app and will never use their services again. Truly awful company.

If I could give Uber Eats zero stars I would. I had placed an order and immediately cancelled the order because I chose the wrong item. The app allowed me to cancel since the merchant had not accepted it yet. Then replaced a new order. Upon delivery I noticed I received the wrong order. Contacted the Uber Eats support and were of no help. The following day I checked my account and noticed I was charged for the canceled order and the new order. Immediately contacted uber eats but of course they were of zero help. Never again will I use this company. Zero help to their customers and will be filing a dispute through my bank.

Stupidest, unreliable, lies, robs people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! 4 out of my 5 orders, the customer took back their tips within the hour. ALOTTA TIP BAITING!!!! So basically, when a customer gives a $10 tip as is shows for the delivery, they have an hour to take it back. I’m telling yall, 4 out of 5 took back their tip, leaving only $2 per trip!!! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT USE THIS PLATFORM AGAIN!! I will stick to the other one that dosent allow people to take back their tips. It’s very legit and u can make descent wage. Done with Uber eats. Thanks for the $20 on the first offer though!!

This is a horrible platform to use as a driver. They have refused my pay for no reason or explanation. I will never use this platform again. They rip off their drivers as well only giving them a 1% of what the customer pays. DONT DO IT!! This place robs drivers. I had a 98% customer rating. Their customer service is awful. No way to fix issues for drivers. And now I have money missing and no one offering an explanation or a way to fix it. This will be the last time I ever deal or drive for them. I have had nothing but great reviews from customers and often tipped more because of my service. It's unfortunate they don't treat their drivers better and pay them what they say they are going to. I'm glad that it forced me to finally be done with this app after getting ripped off as a driver for years. I talked to over 13 customer service agents with zero resolution. It's not acceptable to make drivers go out of pocket for gas then refuse to pay them.
