So...the app places your order before you can review what they are up charging you! How is this done in America? How are they even a thing?

If i could leave a negative a would ! We live 5 min away i am disabled and have my kids twice a week so we order a Mc Donald’s estimated delivery time mist by over 35 min cant get in touch with them cant cancel there are no road works or incidents tracking the driver he was all over the area i live in a very easy to find area meal arrived cold damp drinks half empty he couldn’t answer me terrible terrible service let everyone down

Totally frustrated. Ordered from restaurant that gave a time frame of 35 to 45 min. After 45 min checked in with driver and he was instructed to pick up another order after he picked up mine. By the time I received my order, the delivery time was 1 hour and 10 min and of course the food was cold. The chat line did not address the issue and would not refund my order and blamed the restaurant when it was totally Ubers fault. No understanding of the importance of repeat business

Uber driver took 20 minutes to deliver food from just up the road. Cold and inedible by the time we got it. Could not resolve via Uber app. Not the first time, have deleted and cancelled Uber app. Super unreliable would give zero stars if that was an option

Absolutely rubbish service on the McDonalds order with Uber Eats! The delivery driver took one of our flipping burgers and hid the fact that the bag was wide open by holding the bags together to look like it was sealed. Honestly couldn’t be more disappointed! He stole our food and that against the law so to be honest it’s almost worth sending people to court at this! Genuinely, who has the audacity to be so sad that they have to take something that cost £6 from someone. That was a quarter of our order! Absolutely rubbish! DONT USE UBEREATS EVER USE DELIVEROO OR SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!

I live in e15. I find it difficult to understand why my nearest options of lication does not feature automatically. My order is all the way near tge Barbican! There are several closer locations!? Now waiting over an hour to treat my grandson to a filthy friday snack following a week at school. Not a fan myself - tadtes like it has something in it... made me feel quite light hwaded. Will mot be buying popeyes ever again. Be careful!

I made an order to a restaurant that was closed. I needed to get the food before a meeting, so I immediately canceled. Uber still charged me for the order, even twice when I checked my credit card. I requested for a refund as the restaurant was closed, but Uber couldn't care less stating the restaurant already started making the food. I called the restaurant they finally opened, they never made the food nor received any payment for the order. So now I'm out $50, no food nor service. Uber Eats has terrible customer service and are scammers. They pocketed $50 without providing any service or food. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! AVOID them! Buy straight from restaurants themselves if possible!

I wont even give one star. Ordered food, cancel within minutes after reading about cocroches in there food. So gross!! Uber didn't refundmy money saying, why did i cancel it. Poor service!! Never getting it from Uber

They’re charging 4$ delivery fees!!! AND you have to tip your driver, why should I tip because you don’t get paid enough???? Use skip the dishes instead!!!!!

had to cancel my order due to power outages amidst a hurricane, when my driver was still 10+ minutes from the restaurant and i was charged over half of my total cost as a cancellation fee. seems absolute absurd as natural disasters are completely out of my control as well as the safety of my driver. extremely disappointing.

It’s like pulling teeth to get a refund for an order that was never delivered. Still haven’t been refunded. My emails get a response saying the email wasn’t received!?! How was this company in business with the one star rating?

We ordered from sumo hibachi and they took over an hour. They dropped our food off at 2 different address. Then once the food reached us, half of the order was missing. The bags the food came in was all soggy and breaking because the soup inside was tipped over and spilt. And to make things worse, they refused to refund us for the missing food. Will NEVER use Uber eats again. We called the business and they said they have had many complaints about this particular driver,yet nothing has been done!!!

The food was delayed for an hour but Uver Eats would not let me cancel my order. Surprise, surprise the food was cold as ice. When I complained they said go pound salt not our problem.

I am extremely upset and frustrated with the service I received from Uber Eats. I was charged $100 for an order that was never delivered to the correct location, and it seems as though Uber Eats has effectively stolen my money. The driver claimed to have left my order outside on the sidewalk, at a completely different pin location than the one I provided in the delivery instructions. No photo was provided to confirm the delivery, which is standard practice. When I contacted customer support, I was met with blatant disregard. The agent, "Bon," not only refused to help resolve the situation but also refused to escalate my issue to a manager. I was told that someone would call me back "later," but when I asked for details—like who would be calling and when—the agent hung up on me. To make matters worse, no refund has been issued, and the $100 I spent on this order remains unaccounted for. This is unacceptable. I trusted Uber Eats to provide reliable service, and instead, I've encountered unprofessionalism and a complete lack of accountability. I expect immediate action on this matter, including a full refund and a proper investigation into the behavior of both the driver and the support agent.

I am so upset with this company. I was out of town, made an order, but uber left an item out which I couldn't find a way to add again. So, I canceled it instead in order to start a new order. They canceled my order and charged me anyway! After talking with them I was shocked because I canceled immediately after I placed the order so I could add an additional item they left off. They said, it wasn't fair to the driver, but no driver had been assigned and I had literally just placed the order, so canceling shouldn't have been an issue. Uber seems money hungry and obviously cares little for their customers. I am a disabled senior, on a budjet, so giving them over $15 was a loss for me. Shame on you, Uber.

Horrible. Uber completely ordered different food from the restaurant than we ordered from uber. The restaurant has been very nice and has sent me copies of what they received from uber. In return we sent them copies of our order receipt through uber. They are completely different. Years ago, when there was a problem, you texted them and got an immediate response. This time we texted them forty five minutes ago and still haven't heard anything. Pure garbage !!!

They have a cancelation scam. I mistakenly ordered for now when I wanted to get a scheduled delivery for future. I tried to cancel in 2 min, they don't allow me to cancel and then in support chat request they cancel and charged me $25 , entire amount of my order. Support ends the chat saying that they won't refund. Such a petty scam. They just lost a customer here.
