I ordered breakfast which included egg,bacon,potatoes and toast...with OJ.I had to meet the driver in the lobby.Upon the driver's arrival she was holding the sideways and didn't bring the O.J. I called for a refund or lowered price which I was denied. Never again will this happen again and for anyone who uses this service be vigilant asf with these outsourced disrespectful poor English speaking folk.

Delivery times jump by 40-50mins and they charge you if you can’t wait that long. Service fees constantly increasing. Items cost more vs competitors

I received a wrong order. However, since one item on the order was initially right, I only claimed a partial refund - which I received. However, once I started to eat the only right item , I realized that it was inedible and tasted and smelled like ashtray. So I tried to contact Uber Food and asked for a full refund. Guess what. There is obviously no way to contactUber by phone (guess they know why). When contacting via their website I only get an automated answe claiming I received already a refund. Guess I learned my lesson. Don't ignore all the negative Uber Food reviews. Uber Food customer service does simply NOT exist. Hope you can save your $$. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Expensive service charge ,delivery fees , when i order its shows promotions but after orders its says promotions is not apply this time and try to cancel that order but customer representative says you have to pay service charge . Before I try to order same items on low price with promotions but it was cancel 3 times . Today i paid extra $ 32 for same water .worst service

The app kept changing my address from street to drive so when my order was placed it was the wrong address. I called my driver to fix the problem. The driver told me it would be no problem but he had another food order to drop off first. he requested I give him my code so that he could drop the other one off and come straight to me. When I tried to message and call the driver back I was no longer able to contact him and so I called customer service 20 times and was unable to reach anyone that was able to help me. After remaining optimistic that he would come, I ended waiting 2 hours for my food and at this point it was passed 3am and I could no longer place an order as everywhere was closed. I had to work the next morning so I went to bed angry and hungry and was I was finally able to contact uber eats they told me since I did not reach out within 48 hours (which I tried to do multiple times, and they must have records of) I was not eligible for a refund :) I take responsibilty for not double checking the address before placing the order and thought maybe it was just a fluke but based on others experiences I see that this happens all of the time. I feel scammed that the driver asked for my code before delivering me my food and would not be surprised if he kept the over $50 order for himself. Thanks a lot uber eats. I will never be using your services EVER again and I will be telling everyone in my life to do the same.

Ubereats has to be the most stupidest merchant on earth, I had a hair in my food from the restaurant I order from, the restaurant said that they requested a refund from the Uber eats i literally called over 20 times, and each representative said they have to go by the notes and kept saying they the speciality team is working on it and that I would be receiving a response within 24-48 no response has happen, and I kept being hang upon, they are literally so slow and pathetic I hate Uber eats and the representative from the phillipians territories, no call back or follow ups from no one, I really hope that they closed out Uber eats overall, now I have to request a refund from bank, because this stupid ass representative from Philippians did not take the initiative to research or help with anything I’m closing out my account after today

I am truly fed up with illegal foreign delivery drivers who regularly steal good orders. This has happened to me 4 times and I've had enough. I hate thieves and liars and yet Uber quite happily employ illegal immigrants who steal from us . Uber cus set are extremely difficult to get hold of . It was extremely difficult to find a customer service number - hmmm I wonder why ? Also they make it very difficult to log into your account - hmmm I wonder why ! I am disgusted. I closed my account immediately and these thieves should not get employement. In the UK if you have a police record of theft you can't get certain jobs but of course these criminals are here illegally so can do what the heck they like . I'm so angry .

I placed an order and the app told me that it would cost $24, but after placing the order, I checked my credit card and they charged me $47. I immediately tried to cancel the order but then without any warning, they charged me $40 just to cancel. So now I am left with no food and a $40 charge. I am beyond frustrated. I contacted live support and they didn’t give me any options. It’s insane that the only reason I cancelled was because of a glitch on the app and I’m being charged $40 for their mistake. I will never order from this app again.

It only benefits the company not the delivery drivers. Why would you pay us an extra $20 if we did 5 or more shop and pay? That's why we got instacart. Let them shop and pay. This should help us delivery drivers... the hell man!!

Just to show everyone what type of scam Uber eats runs for making money off customers , they never cancel order on their end , their drivers never care to respond , you are forced to cancel your order for which they will charge you

My advice is to never order off the Uber eats app They way overcharged you. I was charged so much that now I don't have any money until the end of the month. I'm diabetic too

I will NEVER order from this company again and I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. I mistakenly ordered from a merchant which was quite far from my house. First of all on their website you don't get warned when this happens 9as opposed to Deliveroo which does let you know. Secondly, I realised my mistake right after I placed my order and tried to cancel which is impossible to do on their website. I was asked to download the app which I did but by the time I downloaded the app the order had been accepted. I contacted Uber Eats which basically told me it was my responsibility to cancel in time. Even if I had been quicker in finding out how to cancel my order merchants tend to accept the order straight away which makes it impossible to cancel. Uber Eats charged me for the food.

I mistakingly touche replacing order and went to the help center to cancel it. It didn't even take 10 second to do it but HELP was " if you want to cancel your order now you will be charged for $24... ! My whole order including tax delivery fee and everything plus tax was $32. Why? That's really not fair. So I had to accept the order by force! So I didn't cancel my order but I found a better way; I'm going to cancel UBER forever👍

Never will I ever use again, 4 times out of 10 problems. Last order today driver brought food from a different restaurant. I could have kept but chose to send with a person who absolutely didn’t understood any English. This is ridiculous & Uber Eats don’t care as long as the $$$ come in. I am nothing but they will never receive a ride or food delivery from me again & I take 150-200 rides per year across the Country. Thank God I have other options
