This is the worse experience of my life. I had ordered pizza from pizzaness, Glenn dale, Maryland through ubereat. Surprisingly, it past the delivery time and I did not receive my order. So I contacted the store. The store attendant informed that their oven was faulty and is being worked on. He promised to give me a call in 30minutes to inform me if my order is being prepared. After 3 hours of waiting, i got a notification on my ubereat app, asking me to rate my order and indicating that my order had been delivered. My alarm went off, so I immediately checked my doors but found no order delivered to my home. I checked my bank card and saw that it had been charged for the full cost of my order, including the tip. As if that was not enough, when I reached out to ubereat customer support, I spoke with a support person named Jem. I explained the whole situation to her and she placed me on hold and reached out to the store. When she returned back to me, she stated that she would not be able to give me a refund because the store had informed her that my order had been delivered 3 hours ago. She stated that there was nothing she could do and that I need to contact the store directly. She was so cold and unprofessional. I went on to contact pizzaness. However, pizzaness informed me that they had informed ubereat that they did not deliver the order. They referred me back to ubereat. At this point I was already very upset. I called ubereat back and spoke to a support person named Clara. I explained the situation to her and requested for a 3-way call with pizzaness which she declined. She went on to place me on hold again stating that she wanted to contact the store again. She returned back to me, stating that she was unable to get a hold of anyone from the store. Clara offered to refund the cost of the pizza back to my bank card but stated that she's unable to refund the tip back to my bank card, even though the food was never delivered. She indicated that the tip could only go to my ubercash. I declined since I knew I was done using ubereat due to this horrible experience. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager but she declined. Clara took down my phone number, stating that a manager will contact me but that she's not allowed to transfer my call to anyone. I still haven't heard from anyone from ubereat. This is terrible.

To start I didn’t want to order bc they charge way too much much. My boyfriend convinced me to let him order us something from Wendy’s. Missing half the order. Not we will bring it to you. Nothing other than do you want a refund into the uber eats account or to your bank card 7-10 day refund?? Well of course to our card bc never again will we waste money doing this for this experience! But to wait that long is crazy! And to not be able to reach out to customer service is absolutely insane! I would def not recommend using uber eats at all!!!

I've made the mistake of ordering as guest from the website. Big mistake. I received no food, no order confirmation, just the receipt for the £71 I will never see again. There is no support available in case your order was not logged correctly in the system. There is no human being on the phone for customers, just an e-mail telling you how to log into the app in the account I did not use and find the order ID I never received. I have searched for a way to be refunded for a week now. I am at a stage where I will just complain on every review site I know. I notice that Deliveroo has a real customer support team...

Holy sonic burger, Batman!! What a horrible experience. Never EVER use Uber eats. Any tiny issue you have cannot be addressed, reversed or rectified. So sorry, but we will happily charge you. Way to go!

Uber automatically changed my location away from where i was to a previous location i haven’t used in years and the driver rejected to bring me the order and instead left it outside on the pavement which is actually littering, uber refused to do anything about it and said that no refund was possible

I placed an order that was never delivered by Ansel and I was charged a tip anyway. Order was refunded but they still gave the driver Ansel a tip! It isn't the money it's the principal of getting a tip for an order you didn't deliver! I asked for a credit towards a future order and Uber Eats said no. How can someone get a tip fora delivery they did NOT make!?!?!?

Every time I order, my delivery person always sit my food on the ground. When I see the driver getting close, I stand at the door. I have a disability so I position myself where they don’t have to wait. EVERYTIME, the driver comes to the door and IMMEDIATELY, sit my food on the ground. I’m so disgusted and upset that I receive this type of service, not to mention my food is stone cold!!🤨

My delivery driver was on a bike. I live 3 minutes by car from the restaurant. He picked up my food at 11:45 and delivered it at 12:10. He did not have any other ordered to deliver according to uber eats. I am not eligible for a refund although my food is cold. I really will never order through them again. First time and last. Called to speak with a supervisor which has not reached back out. I am highly dissatisfied.

Really expensive two medium fries 10 piece nuggets Double cheeseburger Which took one hour and was cold to deliver five blocks from McDonald's. 15 percent delivery charge. And to cancel my order I would of been charged $18.54! I won't be ordering again. I don't understand how two orders fries 10 nuggets one cheeseburger is $40! Should of been offered two or three combos or discount variety. Not to mention I'm a uber driver. It's disgusting...

Never order from this company. The markup they do is pretty much criminal, reminds me of interest rates loan sharks make. And another thing, the delivery times are very very long, your food is almost guaranteed to be cold. They set an arbitrary time about an hour or more and if they make the delivery by that time they say you can't cancel your order. I think the Tennessee general attorney needs to look at the way this company operates.

I attempted to cancel and order within 30 seconds of ordering. The customer service rep put me on hold for three minutes and told me that they could not cancel because it was past their two minute policy. I asked for a supervisor to call me and the supervisor proceeded to be disrespectful and tell me that they did not care that my food was incorrect. To top it off the Uber eats driver went to the wrong hotel, causing my food to be cold.

Lost my food was marked delivered by a glitch called the driver he didnt know my address the customer service rep called i gave them my address and they gave him the wrong address again called back to see if they would refund me which they did but now i was stuck without food and i had to wait another 40 min minimum to get another order delivered asked if they would waive the fees and they refused or atleast tried to be more kind since they messed up
