Merchant business got disqualified for no reason. Call multiple times, with no answer. You are not charging cheap. You need us more than we need you. Please be more polite and respect to the one that give you business. Bye bye Ubereats.

I ordered a vegetarian crunch wrap from Taco Bell tonight from Uber eats. When the food arrived the delivery person was gone and I put in my notes meet at the door. I opened my food proceeded to bite into what I thought was a black bean crunch wrap but it wasn’t meat instead I’m a vegetarian I don’t not eat meat it’s gross to me and I feel sick I’m so livid right now

Tried to order from Deli vendor. I picked my order and it would not let me see review-- just place order. After order was placed, I saw review and order was completely wrong. I immediately cancelled order. but deli had already started it. So, my order sat at Deli and I was charged cancellation charge and no driver to deliver the order. So the order sat there wrong. I was charged the total amount plus cancellatoon. I called main customer no. and they were no help. Yet, they advised they would get back to me with results that would make me happy. No returned call at all. I will never use Uber Eats again. Will tell friends to never use this bad company. Very un happy.

This is daylight robbery by UberEATS! They only delivered half my order and the driver refused to go back to the restaurant and get the full order. I had to call the restaurant who said they were not responsible for the mishap but it was UberEATS. The UberEATS driver refused to talk to the restaurant and said she had other deliveries to make. She kept yelling at me on the phone and said I need to call UberEATS. But as you know there is no number to call them. Their text messages disappear and they leave no history of their mishandling....very shady business. I will NEVER be using UberEATS ever again! This has happened to other family members and there has been no improvement in their business.

Spent 80.dollars and order missing half the food. No live person to contact. Done wasting my money. I'll go get it myself. Uber eats sucks

Immediately (really not exaggerating) after I placed an order, I realized I made a mistake in the delivery address. The only way to stop the order was to cancel and reorder, there was no way of getting in touch with anybody and get some help. By canceling I had to pay for the entire value of the order. Tried to get my money back and they refused. Even my credit card company wouldnt accept my claim. Horrible system, feel completely scammed.

Uber eats takes your money they are frauds I canceled my order not even 5 seconds after I placed and they told me they can’t give me a refund DONT ORDER FROM THEM they will take your money even if you don’t receive your order they take your money low life’s than there is not a live person to talk to will never orders from them ever again and I will never recommend Uber eats to anyone I hope this app gets shut down

This company sucks. You don’t get the right food or the items are missing and they never reimburse you. They have the most idiotic drivers who can’t find an address for three hours. Their service fees are off the chart there are primary reason for the increase in food cost. They’re just a parasite. They charge 30% off the top to the restaurant so the restaurant has to raise their prices that we now have to pay and then they charge us delivery fees service fees and then plus we have to tip every time missing items in my delivery or poor food quality , they say they’re gonna get back to me and they never do. We should start boycotting these companies to get it back to the way it used to be with free delivery from restaurants.

I would rate this company a -100. They are disgusting. Complete rip off. I also ordered from the wrong place, caught it in a minute, contacted both the restaurant and Uber eats immediately. They did nothing and said all they could do was cancel my order but charge me full price…. Ummm what? Why would I pay full price to have my order cancelled. The customer service rep was a joke, and apparently a supervisor was supposed to call me. Never happened. I will never order from any Uber service ever again. Completely ruined my evening.

This app is a SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered uber eats one night and my driver literally stole my food, as soon as he stepped out of the restaurant he pressed ‘order delivered’ and I never got my food so I contacted Uber and they refunded me the money which was THE RIGHT THING TO DO. So that same night I placed another with a different because I was still hungry and the restaurant forgot one of my items so I had to contact Uber again and sent them a picture showing that one of my items was missing. They contacted me back saying that they were not going to refund THE ITEM I NEVER received because apparently I have a history of asking for a refund. And please keep in mind that I don’t cook so I order Uber eats EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! And I only complain when something is seriously wrong or missing!!! I mean how ABSURD is that??? Not only my first order was never delivered now I still have to pay for an item I never got??? I’M NEVER ORDERING FROM UBER EATS AGAIN!!! They have a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I even had their Uber one monthly membership WHICH I JUST CANCELED!! Uber eats should be ashamed of how they treat customers!!

Your drivers keep trespassing on my property, jumping my fence, causing damage to it and parking on a business that is not connected to the plaza they are getting their food to deliver from. These drivers have no respect and clearly your driver was having a very, very, very bad day and doesnt know how to treat others with respect; especially other peoples businesses. Enjoy the photos of your wonderful driver, his plate and his face. Your driver doesnt deserve to deliver food if he wants to trespass on private property. This is unacceptable

Uber eats had sent me an offer for 50% off a year membership. I had accepted this offer to only have an agent accidentally cancel my membership. Offer is no longer available and uber is either unable or unwilling to fix it so I will not be using Uber. I still wanted the offer. I tried to have it fixed to only get copy and paste responses from over 20 agents. I order at least 5 times a week but after getting the run around for 2 days I am too exhausted. I am angry that I am losing out on a deal because of an agents incompetence.

I kept getting missing items from my orders. Usually I contact customer service and they resolve it by offering a partial refund. Today they flat out refused to refund me for an item I paid for and didn’t receive because I had a history of price adjustments. So if they screw up my order I get penalized instead of the restaurants.

Ordered from a local pizzeria through uber eats. The pizzeria called me and told me they no longer had the product available as they were out of product and they could not make my order. They told me to cancel the order through the App as they were unable to. So I did so and ordered from a different restaurant that had what I originally ordered from the other original order. Uber eats still charged me for the order that was cancelled even though the restaurant could not make and send my order. I contacted support and they said they could do nothing for me. I tried the next day and they said they would refund me. I checked a few days later and noticed no refund was given so I contacted uber eats support again. They told me nothing could be done as the 48hr limit to complain was over. So not only did they lie to me they stole my money. It was close to 50$ for an order that the restaurant could not deliver as they no longer had te product available. I canceled my membership and will never order from them again. They told me they have to keep my information on file for 7 years. This is ridiculous!! I wish I could give a zero for they stole my money!!

I paid $59 to feed a family of four. The order was delivered and I pointed out to the driver that two of our sandwiches were missing. He said he would contact Uber and let them know. I also contacted Uber… you can only use a “chat” to which I got repeated automated messages saying that my order was not eligible for a price adjustment. I tried several times to no avail. I just deleted my Uber app and will not be using them ever again.

I never received my food and had to cancel the order because I never received my food. I was charged $57.85 and $72.85 for an order I NEVER RECEIVED, will never use Uber eats again, they robbed me.

Absolutely useless, they will take your money, deliver a quarter of the order, the give you back a flat percentage of the money back and not for the missing items. All their customer service workers are idiots who just about dead off a script and stutter their way through any other conversation, useless. If you value your money and time never order from Uber, always use a different service.
