food arrived cold after 1.5 hour delay. driver made 2 stops before delivering my food. if you want your food hot they want you to pay for 'priority delivery' Isn't every restaurant delivery a priority? $70 order they gave me $11 UE credit... I am deleting app and I will never use Uber Eats again!

For $30 food they charged me $20 delivery charge. I am not going to use them from now on. This is is too much.

I ordered $60 worth of Food for my blind Aunt the special instructions to hand her the food She was waiting at the door and nobody ever knocked. Nobody ever called me. They just left it at the door and she never got it. I called three times they have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I wasted 60 bucks. I mean the whole point was she can’t see so handle her food and that she even had a pin number and they’re just like robots when you try to talk to them Done with them

I placed an order was not given the correct order price and when I went to cancel got charged anyway. Tried to talk to someone kept getting the computer generated answer so no one I could speak to outside of AI very impersonal and terrible customer service!!!!

I did a delivery and very unhappy with their system, it needs to be change, how can they give a customer a fare price of $2.27 total including tip when I had to drive 11.48 miles to drop off , only because I had to pick up another order in same place 😡, which as matter of fact the other order was 14 items to a hospital and I have to drive 2.12 miles for a total fare of $4.27 at least gave me $3 tip but fare was $1.27 . I’m using my car wear and tear, miles, gas and my time, the customer that gave me $2.27 they don’t have any consideration that I was doing her a favor to drive all the way those miles, she should of get her car and drive to pick up her food but it’s not convenient so use a delivery person to take advantage and give us a penny for it and get their food in their comfortable home . I couldn’t even know how much it was before I accepted it because they send you just an amount and I thought it was only one order and before that one I had another one close by which I accepted it since I saw it was ok but they merge all 3 rides, Uber use that first ride as part of the ride. It’s not acceptable, not fair and it doesn’t justify the 11 miles to drop off. It sucks that we are not able to see all the information about the ride when they merge it. Uber eats give the customers that opportunity to even lie at first and say they will give a certain amount and then when they get the food they are able to reduce it, having delivery all received and deliverer gets less money for that drive, miles, time and gas, it happened to me twice so far and it makes me angry 😤. They should change the system so once order is given and accepted at a fair rate then lock it up so drivers are not able to loose and be use by the cheap and advantageous customer. Also trying to connect with an agent in Uber and their system sucks , send message and AI keep asking over and over what’s the issue after send you a note about it to read , which it DOESN’T HELP at all. Not able to have the option to speak with someone while I’m driving and issues don’t get fixed at all. I think They use all those tools just to avoid to listen to our complaint and fix our issues, sending the same robot message : we are here to help you , what can we do and blah blah blah . It’s so frustrating and tiring, a waste of time and my money also.

learned today that the uber eats app has no idea where you are and sends orders to the wrong delivery address. I find this odd since the regular app has no problem. I wasted $40.40 today because their app sucks. I tried to enter a address correction which didn't work and had to cancel the order. I then called the business to see if the order could be transferred to the local location and that was a bust. Ended up asking them to donate my food to someone in need so the food didn't go the trash and I'm still hungry.

We received our food cold, and the fries were like rubber. It was beyond disgusting, and they gave us a $12 credit towards another order when we spent over $50.

They are the worst! I will be deleting the app and never ordering from them again! They suck and charge too much money!!! They don’t care about their customers!!! You have a problem you’re talking to a dismissive bot! They allow the customer to be treated anyway by the restaurant who don’t disclose their policies! This is New York State that is illegal!

Terribly expensive . Food for 2 from Culver’s ended up coming out to 100 bucks . Absolutely not. We didn’t even get that much . I ended up not going through with the order . 20 bucks of it was straight fees . And this is with uber one subscription! Absolutely insane . Good thing I didn’t pay for the subscription . They offered 5 months free . But I’m not gonna be ordering off there anymore unless they send a coupon for 30% or more off .

HORRIBLE. I received the complete wrong order and had photo proof and Uber Eats still denied me a refund. I was so upset. I called the place I ordered from and THEY did the right thing and refunded me. I ended up turning right around and reordering from DoorDash. No issues. Screw Uber eats. Deleted my acct and uber one. Will never use these people again. Scammers.

Worse company ever. Horrible customer service. They don’t refund you on their mistakes, let alone know how to fix them. Very unprofessional and blind when it comes to running a SUCCESSFUL business. Yes, you can run a business, anyone can. But not everyone can succeed at it, and thanks to UberEats, they prove that theory correct and obvious. God bless them and what future they may hold. Well, that’s if there is one.

I would do no stars if I could. Uber eats no customer service is wack. I made a order for my wife. She's a nurse at a hospital. The Uber eats delivery driver could not speak English, so he could not follow the directions i placed with the order. Uber eats still charged me even thou my wife never got her food. Uber eats is trash now. Bring back real customer service. Not ai robots smh

Tonite I spent $40.00 for a Treat for myself from Olive Garden. I ordered and asked for delivery on line and delivery was thru Uber Eats. After waiting about 15 minutes after estimated drop off Time it was to be delivered, I saw a strange email that said ,"Order Cancelled" and a very unclear, fuzzy picture of the purported delivery stating with note "Left at Door". And this was under the "Cancelled" description. It was NOT LEFT AT MY DOOR. I learned from Olive Garden it is a picture of the inside of the bag. OG is going to refund and apologized but would not put me in touch with driver or Uber Eats connection to learn more or complain. This kind of service has happened before where the delivery and restaurant point finger at each other but customer can't get an answer. I AM HUNGRY. I was really looking forward to the meal. So because I don't have it, I am here to say Uber service is 1 star. If that. I WILL NEVER EVER USE UBER EATS EVER AGAIN. THIS WAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY WITH NOTHING, FROM UBER TO SAY "SORRY". ETC. IF A RESTAURANT SAYS THEY USE UBER FOR DELIVERY AND I DON'T GET TO CHOOSE, I WILL TELL THEM NEVER MIND AND GO TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS SO IMPORTANT AND WE NEED TO INSIST ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
