DON'T USE UBEREATS. They are commiting theft and also selling/ giving your information to thrid parties, we have proof and evidence. Robocalls only after we order. And they don't refund items that done come with the orders. We've been on UBEREATS for over four years and it's happened to many times, now we are taking action. BOYCOTT UBEREATS.

My order was delivered or left somewhere,they don't even specify where they left it so that atleast you can go and pick it up.They just left a vague picture.Mind You on the address it is stated the room number at the lodge,so I don't understand what the problem was.If he didn't know the way he could have asked at reception..

UberEats will rob you of new user promotions because of a checkout "glitch" and when you try to reach out to support, you find that the only way to reach them is via twitter, which is just embarrassing. When you actually get a response from their slow support, they just give you a canned response about how they "reserve the right to blah blah blah." It's absolutely disgraceful they charge such high service fees. What service? You don't do anything.

Please be very careful with Uber eat driver. My daughter ordered 40 dollars worth of food. The food was never delivered and they refused to refund the money. I have a ring doorbell which showed no delivery but they still refused to refund the money. I always have issues with the service. I had stopped using uber eats because of my terrible experience with them but my children will not stop now they know that they are ripped off

Uber eats is a racket and a hack. They use idiot drivers who don’t know what they’re doing and then they steal your money. The driver after waiting two hours for my meal text me three minutes before delivery and said he didn’t know where my order was and that he didn’t have it. Uber eats did a generic message to let me know that I still had to pay for the order that their driver stole for me. This is a complete racket and I hope this company goes out of business, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. These people are disgusting and have no problem ripping you off and taking your money and then giving you a robot for customer service who sent you generic message over and over and over again.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Uber delivery experience. I waited for 75 minutes for my order to be picked up, and when the driver was near my home, I was waiting right in front of my door. Suddenly, the driver canceled the order without any explanation. This was incredibly frustrating after such a long wait. To make matters worse, Uber’s customer service only offered a $10 credit, which feels completely unacceptable for the inconvenience I faced. I expected better service and a more reasonable resolution.

The worst service and company . I ored some drinks at Starbucks never recived the drinks and they say they can’t refound my money even when I send prove that my drinks never arrived !

I put a grocery order as I had a promo for Farm boy for a 50% discount over orders $70. My order exceeded well over $70. I got a call from the uber driver that the yoghurts I ordered were not available. I told him to replace it with blueberries pint. The blueberries were never put in the order and a full amount was charged on my credit card. I called and wrote to them. Even had the manager call me, but they made it sound like it was all my fault. Even refused to apply the discount or refund me my money. Very unprofessional and unethical indeed. So frustrating and stressful 😞

There are price mark ups on everything. They mark up the price on the food. You get taxed plus a delivery fee if you don’t have the, “ membership”. Plus the tip. I’ve literally used this app for years. And it seems like it’s getting worse and worse.. If you need customer service, you’re going to get a bot. If the delivery driver messes something up, they won’t fix it and they are rude. And I’m sorry, but with how much money you spend for all the fees and the markup plus the membership fee, having your order be wrong well over half the time or have things missing well over half the time.. is inconvenient. The whole point of this app is convenience. If I’m paying so many fees for that convenience, in the very least my order shouldn’t be wrong over 65% of the time. I have literally driven for Uber eats and the app even tells you to verify the food before you leave the restaurant. What’s worse is I have read several reviews, where if you have too many complaints or refunds they will either ban your account or you will no longer be eligible For a refund on future orders. Considering how many of my orders are either missing food or completely wrong, I find this policy to be ridiculous. Yeah, sure there are people who do abuse the system, but when you have a 65% failure rate, a majority of people complaining are probably not trying to get free food. I use this app. It’s almost religiously several times a week. And yeah, sure you get a refund if something is missing from your order, but part of the reason I love this app is it convenient for me as a parent so I don’t have to leave the house and get toddlers in the car. It’s part of my order is missing or most of it. That means either me or my children aren’t going to eat. And if I have to re-order because the order originally was incorrect.. I am now paying more fees, and an additional tip. At some point, there has to be some kind of an accountability for the driver is not doing a good job. They are rude, they don’t read directions, and they don’t make sure your order is correct. That’s literally the entire job other than dropping it off at a house. Yet I see Uber drivers on social media complaining that they aren’t getting tipped well. It is the same as every other job. You have to be nice, you do your best to resolve any customer issues, and you review your work before you call it completed. Again, this is coming from someone who has done Uber Eats for supplemental income. Overall, everything about this service is lacking. The “promotion” that stay pedal half the time don’t work. Customer service is a joke on all accounts. And you pay an absorb amount of fees for the inconvenience of your order being wrong or missing over half the time. This year, I finally decided to cancel my service. I’ll either be using another service, or I’ll just get my own food. If I went to the restaurant myself my order would be $20 If I go through Uber Uber eats it’s more like 45. Plus the monthly membership fee that I pay. If I’m paying double the price for the food, the service might as well be decent. What’s even crazier is, this is not the only complaint I’ve seen like this. There are countless in the App Store. And countless everywhere online. Do yourself a favor and just use Postmates or something better like DoorDash

I drove 90mins to only be paid $8.33, before accepting the order uber provided a different amount that I would be paid, when I contacted support they said the customer removed the tip. They are lying I met the customer at the door she was nice and thanked me this is the second time Uber has stolen money from me, I literally cried this morning.

I ordered some food my first time just yesterday using Uber eats I normally use DoorDash but DoorDash was not an option, with that said my order was about $31 at best. How about this morning I look up and I have $50 removed from my account for $30 order never again never ever ever again ever will I use Uber eats total rip off

From when I ordered it took an hour. The delivery went to the wrong address. I rang the delivery guy and he wasn't interested in collecting it from the wrong address and delivering it to me. NO MORE UBER FOR ME! Every other delivery I have had arrived cold. An awful service, if you can call it service.

I placed an order from Carl's Jr & the restaurant canceled my order but Uber Eats charged me for the order anyway & has NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. They are saying that they consider this order as legitimate even though I never received the order. This happened back in December & still they are refusing to do anything about it.

Ubereat is like a scam working in the making I ordered for pizza and it was a wrong address I canceled and they charged me for the order even if it was 4mins after I ordered they still charged me 31$ I called them same thing they told me nothing can be done not even refund me half.

I ordered something and needed to cancel less than 5 minutes later. They charge me almost the same amount the purchase, that’s an absurd! I tried to reverse my cancellation because it was better pay $25 for the pizza or pay $25 for nothing. Anyway, please be careful before ordering and change plans. I don’t believe they will pay the restaurant or the driver, but still not satisfied with their support.
