I have been ordering from uberEats, and my order has been messed up and i call and complain and they told me that I would get a refund I have never received. Also, the uberEats delivery person left my food on the floor where everyone passes and specific instruction was given where they should "hand the meal to me" i complained, they promised a refund which I never got...

We ordered dinner tonight on the Uber eats app and the food was ice cold. Our dog enjoyed it tho. The uber driver volunteered to go back to the store to pick up our drinks that we'd paid for and bring them back BUT he never did! Very highly dissatisfied with the driver and his services.

I've had 4 separate orders go wrong recently, but have been a customer for many years with hardly any issues. This evening I received a delivery that was missing a small item. I called customer service and they refused a refund for it (likely because several other orders have been incorrect recently). They refused to refund for an item I didn't receive, refused to tell me why ( and if my hunch is correct, then I've been PUNISHED for receiving incorrect orders which is not my fault!). Immediately cancelled the subscription, will NEVER order from them again, and thankfully PAYPAL refunded the item to me. I hope PAYPAL charges UBER EATS for their mistake (or the restaurant for shorting the item). Thanks UBER EATS- you have lost a customer of multiple years over not believing that a small item that costs 2.49 was not in my order. good job, makes great business sense!

Use DoorDash , x10 better, reliable, better support and easier to contact. They denied refunds for food I never got. DoorDash has better prices and stores available too. Even grubhub wack app is better. But please avoid them coming from a broke kid who gets f’ed over

Cancelled an order less than 1 minute after placing due to incorrect address chosen and I got charged. Upon the checkout, I got a message that order could not be delivered as location was too far and if I cancelled anyway, I would be charged full price for cancellation. That doesn’t make any sense. They are stealing their customers money and not ashamed of it. Very rude customer service.

Why is uber eats taking people money and..the better business beru still allow then to operate? They are rude .. And you cancel less than 5 mins..and can't get your refund back..

Not once but twice have i ordered from Uber eats and I did not get notified when the order arrived and then will try to call the driver but cannot get through. Today it said arrived but it did not so I called customer service and she told me she could not get ahold of the driver and that it went to voicemail. So I think he kept my order..then it takes 3 to 5 days for it to go back into your account.. what a joke

I made an order a few miles from me at around 9ish they never got a driver to pick it up, nor did they notify me. They kept making the delivery time later and later instead of just contacting me so we could go pick it up. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I can’t wait for Favor to make it to where I live. Heck even door dash is better, If you are missing items they don’t refund you, they don’t care about the customers. When you can finally reach someone they are useless. I wish people would ban uber eats it should be named uber CHEATS… disturbing way to run a business…

This is very bad not allowing to say their problems by giving the options this way behaviour will saturate soon. And you people (uber one ) allowing to what to review (thanks you able to buy the reviews in long term you can’t do) this happened in Stockholm, Sweden.

This company is an absolute JOKE! 1st we received cold food! 2nd food was missing from the order. Thinking the company would graciously handle this issue, we put in a ticket. We were told their standard is the food only had to be consumable, (which of course they were unable to indicate what “consumable” means to them). We were told to microwave the food or go and pick it up ourselves!!!!!!! The agent basically said we should be grateful for the delivery!! Have you ever eaten a taco microwaved after it’s been sitting for a hour?!?! That to me, is not consumable. Never in life have I experienced such terrible customer service! It took 4 days to get an agent to call us back. When the call was returned we were told it was more than 48 hours and there is nothing they can do. This is including food that never arrived!!!! They also threw in a $6.99 service fee that was not shown until after my card was charged. I am absolutely blown away by the inconsideration and basically fraudulent activity of this company.

I am an uber one member, I generally order shopping twice a week and food once a week, in my area over the last three months I have had an incident with missing products damaged products or over an hour delay on delivery on 75% of orders. Unfortunately the customer service is shocking and non-existent it’s run by a bot and because of the volume of issues that I have the bot is now blocking any requests for a refund on items I make as it’s flagged on my account that I am claiming refunds on too many orders. Shocking Customer Service can’t speak to anyone when you have a customer who is spending nearly £75 a week on average who’s being charged from missing items that don’t arrive and just keeps getting the same copy And paste response saying they can’t refund As far as I’m concerned that business doesn’t care about their customer. I won’t be using Uber Eats anymore and I will be cancelling my Uber one subscription. I have tried contacting their custom services over 10 times and still can’t speak to a human being really really poor. I’m sure Just Eat will be happy to take my money.

I should have never used this more than once but when you're sick and can't leave the house you're narrowed down. Normally I would use my beloved local delivery company 352 Delivery but have been screwed over yet again by Uber. I placed an order and before it have even been processed BEFORE it was sent to the restaurant I tried to cancel. They insisted on charging me $15 when my order before tip was only $20. They claimed it was because the restaurant had already accepted the order. When I showed them the screenshots and time stamps I was met with "it's against our policy". This is only one inconvenience in the MANY I've had. Their drivers are forced to take multiple orders at once. I saw a drive in love time drop off four items before getting to me and my food was absolutely cold AND set directly in front of my door so it was knocked off the steps when I opened it. Do.Not.Use

I use Uber Eats several times each week but mist of the time another delivery is made first so food is always cold. This happens on most of my orders If there is no way to correct this I may have to cancel the monthly service.

I did not receive the right order and then customer service is not helpful and you get caught up in a loop. I tried to email them back and I receive a message that I need to use a different email to reach them. AI answers the phone. I would suggest not using them if you can.

I would like to give zero stars, absolute bunch of white collar criminals. Charging for food that you don’t receive! I only use the app when desperate so being ripped of this way really hurts. I’ve deleted it today and will never go back! I asked for an address to make a written complaint and they kept ending the chat!

Scammers, for Grocery order, they changed prices ad hoc, added price adjustments to the receipt later on, while the original prices in the app matched the prices in the physical receipt from the store! So, the store did not charge more, but Uber decided to change the prices after the order took place. Customer support is very much oblivious to understanding the problem or bring able to look into the screenshots.

I contacted UberEats the day of a food delivery. Paid alot of money for the order ($199.00) & did not receive one item. I was promised a credit. UberEats never gave me that credit. I will never order from them again. I gave that organization alot of business. No more. That false promise speaks volumes about their lack of character.

Unprofessional. Waited 3 hours for order. No one contacted me to tell me there was a problem. The app said they were 4 min away and I looked on map and the car was on my street but food never showed up. I will never use this app again. I didn’t intend to in the first place but when I looked up dominoes pizza I was re routed to uber eats which led me to believe they were using uber eats. I could not find any contact info for delivery. The chat agents were rude and refused to answer my questions. Horrible customer service. Horrible app. They do not provide accurate info and delivery persons contact was not accessible. My kids ended up going to sleep without eating. Refused to take accountability. They did not fix the problem. They said they’d refund money but they did not. They told me to contact bank at mid night on a Saturday.
