I am soo disappointed with Uber Eats! I ordered onion rings and they were burnt! Uber Eats replied and said they won’t do anything about it! Also, they don’t have live people you can talk too! That’s because they don’t want to deal with customers, so they tell us to go online, but they are useless on line because they just reply saying case is closed without asking anything about it! I have now switched to DoorDash and Skip the Dishes with are a much better service AND better deals and pricing! Soo there you go Uber Eats! I’m soo glad people can read this AND you can’t delete my comment! Ha!

During covid-19 I was hospitalized and order food via Uber eats and paid with my card online but never received my order and I called Uber eats but my efforts went in vein and I deleted their dirty app. Today the 11th January 2025 around 17h00 pm I received multiple notifications from my bank notifying me of attempts from Uber eats to steal money from my account

I put in a hotel for South Carolina. My food got delivered to a hotel in North Carolina. I called Uber eats to tell them it was delivered to the wrong state so they could either re-deliver it or send me my money back. They said They could do because I sent the driver my pin. I never knew this because I never used Uber eats so I told the lady that I want my food because I paid for it like y’all aren’t just gonna get free food. Send the food back to the restaurant so I just bought somebody else dinner. She said I’m not allowed to yell at her. I’m not allowed to say profanity all I can do it is just take what they say and basically be happy. I think not those other steps I’m taking so have a nice day. Uber eats

My order never showed up, because the driver couldn't understand English and therefore couldn't read the directions. And the customer service phone number doesn't work anymore. The only option is an online chat with bots who are not the least bit helpful. Save yourself some money and aggravation and just pick up your food. Don't waste one penny to Uber Eats, they don't deserve it.

Shame it is not possible to give -10 starts, this company is a mess! Scammers!!! I was staying in a hotel with my partner and we decided to order food from Uber eats at 6:48pm I got a message around 9pm telling me to rate my driver and the restaurant but when I opened the hotel room not food was left outside I went down to the front desk and the lady told me that no delivery driver showed up at the hotel, after that everything was a nightmare!! We ended it up ordering again from a different restaurant as at the time we were hungry I finally managed to get some food at 10:51pm when I got in touch with uber eats they refused to return my money even though I told them to get in touch with the hotel as they reviewed the cámara and was proof that the delivery guy never showed up, they refused to get in touch with the hotel and the answer was that my food wasn’t eligible for a refund!!!!!! I managed to get money back after 3 days because I had to open a dispute with my bank! Awful food company! They ruined my 3 days holidays as I had to be over the phone for 3 days trying to get my money back which I did only because of my bank.

0 stars. Worst customer support there is. My card info was stolen and used to order $100’s of food. Cancelled my card with bank called uber eats support who refused to give me any info as to the address or email that was used for the “protection of my account”. Funny never had an account until someone ordered tons of food I never got. Asked for a correct email, which I gave them they sent me a link to reset a password for an account t I never set up. But still refused to give me any info for my account. My account my name I should have access to it. Nope nothing solved there. Just another link to reset password for an account I don’t have. I’ve never used uber eats and never will. Sketchy is what they are. Thankfully my bank was a whole lot easier to work with.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Absolutely horrible app. DoorDash and postmates and literally ANY other food delivery app is better than them. They overcharge, they are extremely taxed. And thats not even their problem, they took 2 hours to deliver my food, at 10pm with no traffic. Maybe just the delivery guys fault i thought at first but it has happened multiple times. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else or save yourself the money and go to the place.

We never seem to get our full order. My last order we ordered from 5 guys. 6 burgers fries shakes. All we received was shakes and fries. When I tried to resolve it, I was not eligible for any resolve per Ubers words.

I ordered from Uber grocery 2 times today. Two separate order one item i noted if you couldn't find to refund they decided to get something else both times. Tried to dispute with customer service so i can get what i orderd from another store. They REFUSE to refund for both items. Lesson learned today. Might as well shop for myself UBER EATS & UBER GROCERY is a waste of money.

The courier did not complete the delivery. The photo shows the bag in their hand—not at my door inside the building or any secure location. When I went out in a few minutes, I did not find the delivery package. I paid money for an order to delivered. The restaurant is situated in two minutes to work. The courier could have returned the order to the restaurant.

Havs a supervisor in Upsher won’t give me money back i currently spoke with a representative and they told me they will give me a refund now they are not owning up to what the previous associate said and hornoring my refund please someone help

Driver was sent to the wrong set of flats and i got a mouthfull of him when he arrived He rung and i explained to drive 20 yards up the road which he didnt want to do Opened food up stone cold This is twice in less than 2 weeks ive had diabolical service so i will be shutting the account down once and for all Dont have this problem when i order direct with the shop

Uber eats literally pays there employees 5-12 bucks an hour. They don’t even cover gas expenses or anything. I have a few friends that do it. They will get 10 dollars for going into a mall and getting two orders. After that 20 minutes, another 25 minute drive to the first stop. After that dropped off which would approximately be 15 minutes. They then drive another 24 minutes with an approximate drop off of 10-15 mins. This is by far against any human rights code I have ever seen. Equal pay for everyone working.

Never ordering through Uber eats again. My driver dropped off my food at the wrong unit in my building and I had to go door to door to try and find it. I wasted my lunch break and I received cold food. Uber eats then tells me it’s not eligible for refund? Crazy.

I have not used Uber Eats in over a year. I downloaded the app because little Caesars was having a special buy one get one free wanted to have one delivered at checkout. I thought it was gonna ask for my address and it just took my payment then after it accepted my payment it showed me the address it was going to which was over two hours away, so I immediately canceled on the order so I could order it in the right city I was in. It charged me an $18 cancellation fee, which cost more than the damn pizza And when I try to call Uber customer service it says they’re no longer accepting phone calls so it took me 10 minutes to find their so-called help section of their app only to be informed by two people there’s nothing they could do and they wouldn’t even give me a credit even though they make millions of dollars a year for the $18 of the cancellation fee I didn’t want to refund. I just wanted to credit on the app so I could order the pizza in the right city that I was in. They refused to do that. I have contacted the BBB and I’m going to leave a horrible review on every website I can and I will never ever.

Wasn't allowed to work for Uber bc of a ticket I received 3 years ago on the 13th for an expired license, not suspended. My license has obviously since been renewed. Judging by all these horrible reviews, you're in serious need of employees that can actually be competent. Good thing I have DoorDash.

The delivery guy dumped our food and put a photo of the wrong address. He did not even speak to us. We have been walking in the cold for one hour trying to locate our meal when we have guests at home. There is no customer support number and the chat is useless with automated responses. Terrible horrific service! I am not even receiving a call from them despite pleading.

I am a Merchant of uber Eats! I been going back and forth regarding money that they should have sent to my account for a previous week and they have yet to do so! I have proof that it was not sent and I sure someone in the company has stolen my information and my money and they refuse to give me my money!

Order was cancelled in seconds and was charged for food. They could cancel after 20 minutes of waiting for food and they are okay. This is a scam
