“I think some of the uber eats delivery drivers are crooked. I had ordered eggs from Safeway that were 2.46 per dozen so I ordered 20 cartons. I ended up with nothing close to what I ordered and paid almost the same price. The driver Lloyd knew exactly what he was doing and clearly wanted to make his money for the delivery that was ridiculous!!!!!! I will never use uber eats again and will encourage people I know to do the same.”

“My girlfriend and I ordered food from Arby's; jalapeno poppers, milkshake, fries, cheese sticks, soda and sandwich. Not only did we ONLY get a milkshake, literally one item from the order, but it was the completely wrong flavor. 0 stars, I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND using ubereats if you value your time and money.”

“Ordered a large coffee double cream received a large ice cap. Something or other that I don’t drink my receipt clearly states large original coffee double cream could not find anyone to help me couldn’t find a number to contact Uber Eats just an email that says they’ll get back to me, but they still haven’t in the meantime my food is cold and no longer fresh. I want a full refund and I want my coffee.”

“Very bad customer service! Food came wrong the day before didn’t even make a complaint. My next order was cold hard, and dry tasted like food was made over a week ago. Contacted Uber eats and they did nothing about it! Will not be using Uber eats again. They might as well close down their customer service because it is horrible!”

“Uber Eats has the worst customer service. The uber eats driver came to pick up an order and left before the order was ready. We contacted customer service and received the WORST support. The customer service rep would not help us with the issue or send us to a supervisor. We will be cancelling our account with them.”

“Horrible. We will never use them again. They were 45 minutes late and the only options were to cancel the order or to get an insulting 20% refund. We could have gone to the restaurant ourselves. If we’d known the driver was going to make so many stops the food would arrive past kids bedtimes and cold we’d have gone tot he restaurant ourselves. I hope the business fails miserably. Total crooks.”

“Ordered from Starbucks which is .2 miles away! Paid for speedy delivery. Took almost an hour to get 2 coffees and a frozen beverage. The coffees were cold and the frozen was melted. First and last time EVER using UberEats!!!”
