Worse than Skip the Dishes Had placed an order and paid for priority delivery. One driver picked up the order, dropped the order after 20 minutes. Another driver picked up the order, and finally delivered it. Keep in mind, placed the order over an hour before it was delivered, and this is priority delivery. By the time we got our food, everything was ice cold. We ordered from our local Wendy’s, the order was missing all the fries and the large frosty that was ordered and paid for. When customer support was alerted about the cold food and missing items, we were told the don’t give refunds for the temperature quality of the food, then offered a $2.00 refund for all of the missing fries and the the missing large frosty. Customer service agent dropped the call before the issue was even resolved. Upon contacting customer service again, I ended up with the same person I got the first time. He refused to answer me for 5 minutes, the whole ordeal ended up where we got nothing but ice cold food, missing items and left the chat with NO refund at all for anything, not even any of the missing items.

Uber eats app placed an order joined their members club charged my card all without me doing anything. This is a really bad service, they are crooks!! KAH

Ordered food from a restaurant, the restaurant knew they did not have in stock (gluten free crust). The driver arrived to pick up the order and realized it was not Gluten free. The driver called me to ask if regular crust would be ok. It is not, otherwise I would have ordered it that way cause who in their right mind WANTS to order gluten free pizza????? Uber eats would only refund me half! I get paying the driver for their time but that should be on the restaurant!!!! Canceled my account and the Chat person named Mikayla did not care one bit. Posting this on every review board I can find.............

I placed an order and had to cancel 6 seconds after order was accepted by the place. I had to cancel due to switching work locations. I was charged $23.04 and denied a refund every though my order was not completed. Not to mention, I use this service a lot and my orders have been cancelled on multiple occasions without a response.

I placed my order, it was picked up by some delivery driver and was on its way, about five minutes away the driver canceled the order and I didn’t receive my delivery. It was my dinner and the driver took it home instead of delivering the order. There is nothing happening to the delivery driver, but I’m out of my dinner and there’s nothing I can do about it, except telling everyone to not order from Uber eats. we contacted them and they said they have no way of refunding my money which was over 68 dollars this is the second time we have had this problem we will never use them again

I cannot believe how aggravating it is to make contact with this company. This is a publicly traded company! People are so stupid to tolerate this kind of behavior. I am not going to rant. It makes me look as stupid. I don't have a membership ( never will). It IS possible to contact them via chat (took me 45 minutes to search for a page that didn't have the "Chat with support" button grayed out). They have changed my address in their system to 2 numbers off, and refuse to fix it. I used them for a food delivery 3 days ago...How were they able to charge my credit card AND on an old, cancelled-due-to-fraud credit card??. Not a comfortable feeling. I spoke to a live person on the day of the delivery and they acted like it took an act of Congress to change it. They never did. I am thinking that might be how they are manipulating the credit card company. I am calling my CC company and informing them. BAD BUSINESS, UBER. People will figure it out. These are true statements, no B.S.. I think this is obvious by their rating here.

Shittest service ever!!! It took 2 hours to deliver my order today and I paid about $65 for food and $8 for delivery. If I am paying for delivery service I expect my food come to me on reasonable time. Also this is not the first time this has happened all my orders are always very late and if we want to order from specific restaurant's that other delivery services don’t offer. So we are stuck ordering from good for nothing Uber eats and pay quite a bit more than other applications. Also did I mention that 3 of my orders in past never got delivered to me and got lost in transit. It was so stupid, ughhh I hate this application

Delivery driver got the wrong building. We found out after she marked the delivery as "completed" that she left it inside a building across the street we have no access to. Contacted support and their agent, Ayush, said this to me and refused to help and closed the support chat on me. Delivery person provided NO PHOTOS OR PROOF OF DELIVERY and yet Ayush claimed she made it to the drop off location. Horrible.

I will never use this service again. I was trying to place an order last week and I went to try and change something and my order was deleted. The order was probably active for about 1-2 min and they refused to give me a refund. I simply wanted them to reactivate my order not refund me. I was told that my “issue” written than way with air quotes, was not their issue and I could reorder or basically suck it up. Gfy:)

We placed an order this evening and our food was not only not delivered to our door, but it never made it to our building. This isn't the first time either. A refund for the food was issued - thanks for the least amount of effort - but the tip we gave the driver in anticipation of the now non-existent delivery was given to us as a credit. So the driver was tipped for not doing his job. I'll let the restaurant know that their food was not delivered. Maybe they'll switch to a more dependable company. Terrible! Ordered food from walmart via uber eats. Items came ripped open and spoiled rotten. They refused to re-deliver and said it doesn't qualify for a refund. So… they advertise food, deliver rotten food and don't compensate. This is criminal, and should be prosecuted. Better to order from walmart directly, they resolve problems. Uber Eats delivers trash.

I ordered a supplement and received a jar of mustard instead (the image was wrong and the shopper went by the image instead of the description/item name). I received a refund, but I am expected to place a new order to get the item I needed, and pay the delivery and service fees? I must add that I am an Uber One member, but delivery is only free if I spend $40?? It's not the delivery fee, its the principle. Same issue when a food order comes cold, the entire item should be refunded, not just $6, or a replacement should be organised. It's so sad that customer service is a thing of the past. I will not be renewing my Uber One membership and will refrain from using Uber Eats. I now have to walk in the cold, 45 mins there and 45 mins back, to get my supplement because I refuse to make uber richer by placing a new order.

Been using them for years yesterday a delivery driver picked up my food delivery and sat at the location for over 20 minutes when i got it it was cold.Im not expecting a full refund but something.Now all customers get is a brush off

Food delivered to home address when I clearly marked with address twenty min away. I felt bad for driver, so had him just leave at my house, which does not help me get much today. I already paid for overpriced food for delivery plus tip, so I expected the company to help in some way. At least credit toward another delivery so I can eat. Customer service pretty much said too bad. Now, I have back to back meetings, so I guess I’ll just face to wait to eat until 6. Very disappointed with customer service.

GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDERS MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. LIED BY ONE AGENT THAT I WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN I CALLED BUT NEVER DID. THEN YOUR ONLINE AGENTS SAID NO REFUND. AM I A JOKE TO YOU? WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NOT CONSISTANT. I HOPE YOU CALL ME. CALL ME BACK. NOW.

I stopped using Uber Eats a few months ago. Because of the hold charge. If they remove that I might consider using them again. But I'm not holding my breath.

Absolutely horrible service. They clearly don't care about their customers and only care about money. If you want good service use Uber. They charged me for a 31 dollar order that I cancelled 1 before to store accepted it and 2 before I even got a driver and when I asked them about it they kept telling me there is nothing they can do and that I'm talking with the highest level person I could and tried to make me feel bad by saying they have to pay the store back! I don't care that a million dollar industry has to pay another million dollar industry also you literally just took my money.
