This is the worst service out there. I received only 1/2 my order. I contacted support and they told me my order wasn’t eligible for refund. I asked to speak to supervisor and they told me that wasn’t one available and I would need to call back. I’m done. Never again!!!

I really really wish I could give 0. We placed an order, 4min later uber eats cancels our order with no given reason and then i go on the app see the restaurant is all okay and still taking orders so i place another order thinking obviously they didnt charge me the first time but NOOO they did. No costumer number and tif they cancel the order there is no way to message on that order and complain! They designed the app to STEAL from you! I got though to them via another order which a bit kept replying the same thing and after 7 DAYS they said sorry, its our policy and cant refund you!! LIKE WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? If they charge me 10 times they can cause that’s their scam and its a policy? What policy? I have cancelled my uber One and i urge you do the same if you reading this.

Modern slavery, send you trips for less than $3 when fuel is $1.48 per liter, not even worth starting your vehicle for that, then they drop your acceptance rate if you decline, wears your vehicle out real fast, increases insurance premiums by 10%, won't even help out for road hazards or inclement weather, terrible support if you can understand them. That the bad part, now for the good, Oops there is NO good it's worse that community service, charity work is more rewarding

I wouldn't even give a 1 star if there was an option for a lesser or no star. I placed an order while I was at work, to a restaurant that my daughter works at. In a text she told me their Uber was down for at least an hour, so I canceled the order. They charged me and would not refund me the money. I asked for a manager to called multiple times and have not heard from anyone! Worst company I've ever dealt with, would never recommend!

I HAVE ORDERED MANY TIMES FROM THE SAME LIQUOR STORE THIROUGH UBER EATS I HAM 77 YEARS OLD AND HAVE A STATE ID THIS TIME THE DELIVERY PERSON CAME FILLED OUT THE INFO AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE MY ORDER BACK TO THE STORE THIS IS AFTER SHE TRIED TO TALK TO UBER FOR 1/2 HOUR I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH UBER EATS AGAIN BAD CO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

ridiculously expensive!! the restaurant menu lists $13 uber eats adds 3 to the menu and then charges extra for everything else actual order would have been around 20 for the food ordered from menu, ordering thru uber cost 16 extra

The worst service ever. Uber eats sent a driver where this location has not enough doughnuts. Then, Uber Eats tried to send another order with 1 hour delay. When I canceled they charged me the service fee and the tip. Which is not fair. None of their mistakes are my faul. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. After spending well over $1000 with them, they still treat me like a criminal. They never hold the restaurant or driver accountable but always make the customer feel like they are just out to order food and getting refunds. It's ridiculous. I work an overnight shift at a hospital and order for multiple people. If we missing items, like tonight when we only received fries and drinks for 3 10 piece wings combo. No wings. The uber eats driver even stated that's the only thing he was given. Uber eats support told me that it was no refund that could be given and I had to pay out of pocket to my coworkers. Ridiculous and this is the 4th time going through something like this.

Uber eats charge a over priced amount and then put a hold in the same amount on your debit card.I will delete the app and never use them again.Now I have to wait days for money to be returned that I shouldn't have been charged

i ordered off uber eats and the total was $77, for the same amount of food i ordered off skip the dishes and it was $55 (before tip etc)

DO NOT WASTE YOURE MONEY DOORDASH IS WAY BETTER i Just ordered form dq and the lady that was delivering my food never dropped off my food at my address we was texting each other in the chat thing told her she was going the right way and all of a sudden it said my food was delivered witch was a lie I even walked around on the other side of my apartment complex to see if my food was at someone else’s house but noting she took off with my food for me and my pregnant wife

Here you go. Another night of not eating because my food got dropped off at someone else’s house. Just not a good concept as your food comes cold anyway. My wife had surgery today and I am on crutches. Ordered at 7:30 at 9:30 found out it was at someone else’s house. My thoughts are just buy frozen food and heat it up because Uber eats comes cold anyway. I once had a pizza delivered and it was in the box sideways. The guy obviously had it in the seat and slammed the brakes. I told him as I was outside by his car and he just said sorry and sped off.

I have had 3 separate issues with 3 orders and no help with Uber eats customer service support. Firstly they end there chat abruptly. Secondly the system is rig to rip you off. I made to orders with BoGo but I got 3 meals. Csr said I needed to add the 4 meal. I replied I didn’t need to add it for the first meal it automatically added 2 meals but the second order didn’t add the free item. I tried to chat with some a few mins after the order but they waiting until the meal came to my door to live chat. Now they said you got 1 bogo and I didn’t add the 4th meal so they can’t help me.

Took 2 hours for my delivery - order time said 15-20 minutes. Driver says his car broke down. However we are only 5 minutes drive from the place and watching him in the tracker he traveled to the other side of the city 25 minutes away after collecting our food where he broke down. I sent several messages that were unanswered. Good was obv cold and stodgy on arrival and we were starving! Cookies were best before date of a month earlier! Finally got though to Uber eats and all they offered was a £10 refund which wasn’t even half the order!

No way to add zero but that’s what I would have given. Ordered via KFC app and Uber eats were delivering. The order never arrived. I rang Uber eats and was told that they can see the driver arrived at the address and waited a reasonable time so they will not refund the order. I argued that the driver did not call me and did not leave the food but they told me there’s nothing they can do and will not refund. They then said the driver called me 4 times but he hadn’t, I was the one who tried to call the driver but his phone was unreachable. I asked if the driver took the food back and I could go and collect myself. They said they will not comment on that and I need to ring KFC myself and see what they say. So because the driver apparently arrived and waited a reasonable he’s entitled to the food I paid for? That’s awful and a fraud. What guarantee is there then that the driver won’t just take the food without even trying to deliver. I went to KFC and initially they said the driver took the food so they had done their bit and there’s nothing they could do. But another lady eventually packed us the order for which we were grateful even though some of the food we had ordered was no longer available. I would never use Uber eats personally as this has happened to me before but unfortunately KFC uses them. Avoid them at all costs!

Absolutely fuming with Uber eats today ordered from hunslet McDonalds and received the complete wrong order this isn't the first time we've received wrong items but the complete wrong order 😞 and then to top it off won't refund or professionally sort themselves out if I could give tonights order a 0 stars I would. The cheek of the response as well stating that they won't refund because I've reported a few previous orders for missing items the order difference from tonight's was £27 as well my order was £45 and the one we received was £18. I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service tonight they've since ignored me after I sent Evidence of the order including both receipts 😡😡😡

PLACED AN ORDER TOOK 45 MINS TO BE DELIVERED...THE DRIVER TOOK ON TOO MANY ORDERS AND IT SHOWED UP ICE COLD AND I COULDN'T EAT IT. AND UBER EATS SAID OH WEEL CANT DO ANYTHING...i ORDER ALMOST EVERYDAY AND THE FOOD IS GREAT. 1ST TIME SOMETHING IS WRONG AND THEY COULD CARE LESS....WOW HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...DOOR DASH HERE I COME

Uber changed my deliver time for my lunch multiple times. Then when I cancelled because my lunch would arrive well after my lunch time was over Uber charged me for 75% of the value that I paid. There was no way to speak with a person. I WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! This is terrible.
