“I made an order the driver showed up at some place which was not my address. I waited outside for him I didn’t see anything.. he said he delivered the order but never did ..He said he tried contacting me with phone and it failed but at least he should have used the message platform. I inform customer service but they say they can’t refund me my money it’s not fair . It’s not a way to treat customers”

“Dat jullie nog bestaan. Dacht na jaren, laat ik het weer proberen via Uber eats. Big Mistake. Ze hebben gewoon geld van mijn rekening afgeschreven en zeggen dat er nog een rekening open stond. Terwijl ik de laatste keer juist had betaald maar nooit mijn bestelling heb ontvangen. En Uber kon niks voor mij doen toen. Net zoals ze aangeven dat ze nu ook niks kunnen doen, het restaurant waar ik gister bestelde vertelde mij dat ze gaan stoppen met Uber nav hun slechte ervaringen. Bezorg jezelf een hoop frustratie en bestel nooit hier”

“If I could’ve left 0 stars I would’ve!!! Don’t ever use this service. They are a bunch of thieves and will steal your money. They added the wrong address to my order and when I tried to cancel they charged an outrageous cancellation fee and would not refund it even though I cancelled within a minute of the order. Just Thieves!!!”

“These people suck so bad that it is hard to articulate. It is virtually impossible to speak to a person. Chats take a literal hour. I had an order that was completely wrong and they offered me a refund of ONE DOLLAR. I mean, seriously, FU. It took me over an hour to get my money back, and i had to dispute it with my charge card. this is but one story of many, many, many which has finally driven me to cancel my account completely. this company is disgusting.”

“The driver arrived late with my food. He only had one of the items I had ordered so I refused to accept it. He marked my order as delivered. Uber eventually refunded my order but only the items the driver didn’t have with him but they are charging me for the item the driver took with him. They refuse to refund the whole order even though I didn’t receive any of it.”

“UberEATS was sending me a delivery person on a bicycle to bike across town to pick-up my food and then bike it to me. That’s stupid as it would have taken over an hour. When I tried to cancel my order because I didn’t want it delivered by bike, UberEATS still charged me. Stupid company!”

“I order from Uber Eats because it's the only one that delivers to US 10 by Harrison Wisconsin. I ordered from KFC and they had a person on a PEDAL BIKE PICK UP MY ORDER TO DELIVER 15 TO TWENTY MILES AWAY LOL it takes me 26 minutes by 🚗 so I called corporate and had to threaten BBB before I could get my full refund. you see if you order is not delivered or canceled you only get $5 back??? I was like Nope!!! after I spend my credit i will never use there service again because I'm not having someone on a pedal BIKE BRING MY ORDER!!! 😤 😒”

“I ordered food from a store. It took an hour for the food to be processed. Nobody was picking it up. Finally, somebody answered to pick it up and I seen them sitting in the parking lot on the app for another 25 minutes. I finally called the store and the store said he just took the food. He’s on his way to you, I hit the cancel button by accident and then they sent me something saying you canceled you’re being charged $77. I said I didn’t send they never responded back so the driver took my food and ate it and I have to pay $77 to Uber. I’ve been dealing with them and paying over pricing to have my food delivered. I will never ever ever use them again. They are garbage .”

“The instructions in my Uber Eats profile require the driver to hand-deliver the food to me. Since I live in Florida, food automatically attracts bugs if placed outside your apartment, outdoors. That happened to me last night and when I finally discovered the bag of food on the pavement outside my apartment, there were already ants crawling on the bag—-and a beetle inside of it. I reported it to Uber Eats and they refused to “adjust” my order without a photograph. Who takes the time to place a bag of food back on the pavement to go get my iPhone and take a picture? I’m a regular customer but informed them that I will never again order from Uber Eats.”
