I have never had an UberEats order delivered when they say it is. It always gets pushed back about an hour. The latest arrival time they will post is never correct either.

I gave it a one because i could not give it a zero. so basically, I placed an order and then unfortunately it told me I paid with a different card than I wanted to so I had to cancel the order and then charge me $24 for that order and when I called help this guy named Steve could not even speak English, and he was speaking so fast I could not understand him. He was slurring his words and he was like spitting at the screen and then when I try to call back, apparently I was blocked or something. Anyways, this was a horrible experience. The service is terrible and the system is just so messed up get Postmates instead or something if you’re not hungry like never Uber eats never.

I placed an order for a pizza from Dominoes. It showed that my order will be ready and delivered in 30-40 mins. But after 40 mins it was still showing as preparing on the app. I tried calling at the store and they said they haven't received my order. I asked the support team to refund my order because the amount was cut from my account. The support staff tells me to wait for my order. Inspite of repeated attempts of calling the store and trying to get a refund nothing worked. It's been three hours now and still nothing. Worst experience of my life. I am never ever ordering from Uber eats again. Literally the worst app.

All was going well until tonight. It’s taking over an hour and a half to get my food. I have NEVER waited this long. It’s a Monday night and there’s no excuse!!!! Very disappointed. I think I have to change my delivery app!

I ordered Jollibee chicken for a simple birthday celebration and the driver delivered wrong order just because both names on his delivery starts with a J. Informed the store and ubereats but until now no refund has been made. Contacted the store again to help us communicate with ubereats but they were saying it was refunded even when it's not and told us we had to wait 20 days for it to be seen in the account. Very frustrated , will definitely think twice before using ubereats again .

The trips offered are like 4 cities away for 6 dollars and most times no tip. Drive to do a pickup the the restaurant did not have and asked me to cancel after I had just drove on my gas to pick-up. Customer support at Uber will not reimburse the trip saying nothing they can do continue on and try back in 72 hours absolutely criminal.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent issue and to provide further clarification as requested. On Christmas Eve, I reached out to Uber Eats support for assistance with switching my order from delivery to pickup. The reason for my request was that no delivery drivers were available, and I was already at the restaurant, prepared to pick up the order myself. Unfortunately, instead of accommodating my request, the customer service representative insisted that I return home and wait for a delivery driver. Despite waiting for an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes, my order was eventually canceled. This left my family without the Christmas meal we had planned, causing significant inconvenience and disappointment. The only reimbursement offered was $15 in Uber Cash, which does not adequately address the discomfort and frustration caused by this situation.

WARNING ⚠️ The delivery driver was a 100 the food from jack in the box was disgusting 🤮 I spent $97 for my family of 8, the food arrived cold missing chicken patty’s, shake was melted, missing large 🍟 fries, and now uber and jack in the box are refusing to give me my refund, WARNING ⚠️ Do not use uber eats there app is a flaw rip off lie and jack in the box food is not worth the dollar on there order menu

Ordered at 7:20. Status bar said restaurant was still preparing the food for 90 minutes. Called the restaurant and it turned out they had finished preparing the food an hour ago. Texted the driver; no response. The restaurant called the driver; no response. Started talking to UberHelp and they called driver; no response. It’s now 2 hours later and I’ve got starving kids. Uber’s position: we can cancel your order or give you $16. Thanks so much. What a disaster and what an awful company.

I was in Seattle recently with my son. Decided to order Uber Eats on my app. Found restaurant in area to order pizza from. Wanted to order a large pepperoni pizza with feta cheese and was quoted $36 US plus 49 cents delivery on the app. Then the total ‘magically’ changed to $55 US. Decided to try to cancel immediately then was informed on app I couldn’t because I’d be charged $36 US. Called the restaurant and they told me they would call Uber to sort this out and Uber would be contacting me. Uber didn’t and I tried to get this fixed on my app myself but I was unsuccessful and frustrated. I even took pics of the pizza which was totally wrong, cold and arrived very late. Uber has the pics of the screwed up order in their system. It is very upsetting about those extra hidden dielivery/service charges. If Uber was upfront and mentioned this at the time of ordering I would not have ordered. No one in their right mind would pay $55 US for a large pepperoni pizza! DO NOT USE UBER EATS

Ordered a pre-Xmas dinner of Surf and Turf with crab legs for girlfriend - order received but missing the lobster tail - called restaurant who blamed Uber, and of course, Uber blames the restaurant. Contacted Uber that afternoon, no response for days, then they say it was too late and I should have complained the day of delivery. Tell them check the time of my contact/complaint - 2nd support guy from Uber says Oh right, you did contact us that day - will give you 50% back refund. Wait a week for refund - no go - contact them again and they say case closed! Check my support case file and there is note (that was never sent to me) that now says I cancelled the original order so no refund! Did not cancel it dammit! It was delivered that day with missing items - contact support again and they again say it's too late to complain.! Absolute Scam and lies and deceitful. Will try and get money back from my Credit card company. Never again - avoid like the plague! Crooks and thieves !!!

They rob drivers who are barely paid a couple bucks over their gs. The app just takes the money I have earned, it plays with your earnings which change from the offers. I have now been robbed by uber eats as a driver for 3 consistent days. Your drivers usually pay to take you food and I don’t know how money is allowed to disappear.

The worst company ever. I placed an order and I canceled it within one minute and they charged me 55$ for cancellation and they refused to refund me the money even when I didn’t get the food.

Just wanted to bring your attention to an issue I recently encountered with an Uber Eats order for a store order with Paris Baguett. Please see the attached picture of the food in question, which contains a fly. To my dismay , the only resolution from Uber Eats is that this order doesnt qualify for refund as it was delivered., but I’m concerned about whether this aligns with acceptable hygiene standards. Unfortunately, Uber Eats has closed the ticket with a message saying this doesn't qualify for refund , leaving me to accept that a fly in my food is somehow considered acceptable. As a paying customer, it's disappointing to receive food that is not only unappetizing but also compromised in terms of hygiene, as we ultimately had to dispose of the order. I am not sure if this is considered an acceptable practice, or are we taking food orders from UberEats at our own risk. I have uploaded a video file and an image to show you the state of the food delivered and customer service converation.

The restaurants apparently pay zero attention to the modifications or the notes. I've had enough paying 26.00 for a cheeseburger with mayonnaise when I can't eat mayo and 25.00 for Tacos w/Sour Cream I repeatedly requested to not have added..

Wish there was -1 or -5 for this app , My company gave a voucher for $40 for Christmas and my birthday, this app has added the voucher but is declining to accept it and redirect me to alternate payment method.There is no one responding and say it will take 12 hrs and my coupon expires in few hours

Tried to order many food orders for my staff to celebrate Thanksgiving. UberEats blocked my company card and the majority of my purchases thinking my purchases were fraudulent. Fair enough and in general I appreciate the security measure. But they blocked it without telling me why at first. Instead, I kept getting error messages stating I couldn’t use this card and to please use another card. After confirming with my credit card company that they were not responsible for the hold, I reached out to UberEats via their messaging system. I spent a whole day “chatting” on their site with someone for answers who would not actually give me answers and instead would send me some sort of response and then immediately end the chat, rendering me unable to ask clarifying questions. I then had to keep opening up new chats to ask follow up questions. The wait for an answer to each question, because they would immediately close the chat and would not actually have a dialogue with me, was about 1-2 hours. I asked about 5 follow up questions because they weren’t actually giving me answers, so it took me around 5-10 hours (I’d say about 8 hours since I started and ended my day with them) to finally get an actual answer to why my card was blocked. They finally told me that the card was blocked due to fraud concerns, but they would not give me any avenue to prove to them that this wasn’t fraud. Any other site allows me to prove that purchases are not done fraudulently. Not UberEats. It doesn’t appear like there is a time limit to how long they keep a card blocked because to this day my card is still blocked on UberEats. TL;DR: Would not recommend UberEats when making multiple purchases at once because they will block your card indefinitely without any recourse.
