TERRIBLE! My daughter and I are both executives for different companies with heavy work schedules. We order out pretty often due to our schedules. Between the two of us we've spent almost $5,000 with Uber Eats (which includes their inflated, ridiculous fees) over the past 2 years. The one time that I called with a complaint because of the terrible food that we received, they gave us the runaround and refused to give us a credit for that $46.70, instead. trying to humiliate by insinuating that we were trying to get a free meal! They purposely make it hard to reach customer service so that they don't have to deal with complaints. BUYER BEWARE! I will NEVER order through Uber Eats again. DoorDash will get my business from now on.

I ordered from Culver's 10 minutes away and they sent the driver to one that is about 3 times further and of course my food was cold. When I tried to let them know and find out what they would do to fix the problem all the chat people kept saying there is nothing I can do for you and would disconnect the chat. They are horrible first and last time ordering with them

Their customer service used to be top notch if you had an issue they would take care of it immediately but now that they're the multimillion dollar force that they are they no longer care about the customer the past few Uber Eats orders that I've made have been wrong and each time they told me that I'm not eligible for a refund basically what they're saying is we got the money the restaurant got the money sorry that you got the wrong merchandise but it's you who loses we really don't care about the customer anymore because we know that people are going to continue to order food from us we know people working going to continue to use the Rideshare with us it's disgusting and heartbreaking how the way Uber has become the greedy low life force that they are no longer cares about customers all they want is your money trick you into getting these memberships into thinking you're going to get top-notch customer service and Bargains with an actuality they steal from the people they are stealing from the people they are Crooks Uber is a dirty company a low life dirty company that steals from their customers would poor poor customer service

I ordered from Little Caesar’s in Oro Valley AZ using Uber Eats. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting for our lunch, I called Little Caesar’s. They said Iber had not picked up the pizza and so they would cancel the order. Since Uber eats did not pick up my order and Little Caesar’s cancelled the order, I assumed I would get a refund from Uber eats. 10 days later, still no refund. I messaged Uber eats and they are unwilling to refund my money because it has to be requested within 48 hours. It does not say that on their website. Each time I got a chat person they disconnected the call after apologizing that they couldn’t do anything about it. They also refused to get a supervisor on the line. I will never use Uber eats and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Would give zero stars for customer service, called because of a billing concern. Ask to have the monthly charge billed to the correct payment method listed and the customer service rep hung up on me. I hope they go out of business DoorDash is a much better delivery service!

UberEats is in my opinion one of the WORST food delivery services AVAILABLE IN THE GREATER bOSTON AREA! I have multiple experiences with delayed deliveries. I stopped using UberEats for a while due to delayed delivery, delivery to the wrong address, etc. Yesterday (02/19/24) I decided to give them another try. I received an approximate time of deliver, then a message saying my food was being prepared, then a message saying my food was delayed, then a message saying my driver was delayed due to making delivery stops along the way! I contacted UberEats to ask about why my delivery was scheduled along with other deliveries which would mean my food would be cold by the time it arrived at my house. The customer service rep told me to call them back if my food was cold on delivery and they would work with me at that time. Well my food came and as I knew it would be THE FOOD WAS COLD AND I HAD TO REHEAT IT. If I wanted to cook I would not have ordered delivery. I will NEVER order from UberEats and do not recommend this service to anyone that wants professional delivery service. It also seems to be the practice of some drivers that the smaller the tip, the more delayed the service. If I could rate this service a 0 it would be more accurate that rating it a 1.

Uber has wrong directions for drivers. Driver would not respond to my messages to help him. I had to walk 2 blocks in the cold to retrieve my order. He had already put the 8 min timer on so he would get paid. I contacted help on the app and the "service" people ended my chat twice with no resolution. Terrible awful experiences with UberEats

Will never use again, I order a lot of food but my app was being funny n uber was the only one to go through. Not only did I pay extra to get it faster n it still came late but the fee was outrageous, the driver looked lost on the map while bringing it, and then they double charged me to make sure my money was there They make you wait days to return it, and now my card is negative, and I bet they don't pay for overdraft fees do they... I bet not.

Order was made, picked up and driven around for over an hour before being delivered which arrived cold and inedible. I was told that they could only refund 50% of the subtotal pre tax of the order which is BS!

My order was incorrect, I contacted the restaurant and was advised to contact Uber eats. After several attempts, I gave up because the codes they kept sending would not work. So I tried again 2 days later, it finally worked, but now they say it’s passed the refund window. CONVENIENTLY PASSED. The delivery was on time and we tipped the driver 25%.

Place double order, Received only one order but got charged for both orders. Customer service said unable to refund Because of order at your own risk. Never using this platform again. They are thieves.

I get the coupon for Uber eat 40% off I was so happy to save some money but in the end I tried to pay they give me like $10 or $15 off but then I've been charged a $20 fees this is ridiculous you take off $15 then you charge me $20 fees I can't believe this I will never order from uber eats.

So I order food from a fast food place 7 minutes from the house on a Saturday night at 7:25. There is absolutely no traffic. It says the meal is prepared and picked up at 7:31. Then the dude stops somewhere for 20 minutes that 6 minutes away. Then stops somewhere else. 8:10 the food arrives and the fries are cold af. The frosty is of course not actually ice cream anymore it’s just an inedible mess. I guess I’ll drive my lazy ass to the drive through next time and have my food in about 7 or 8 minutes then eat it while it’s still edible. Some dude taking 39 minutes to dive 7 minutes seems unreasonable and kind of unprofessional. It’s my own fault.

Terrible as far as the food delivery service. Dropped a combo off my order as I was paying. Called the restaurant who said call U eats. There was no phone number so I got the chat and they said it would cost 32.00 to cancel the order that they messed up! Then got a live chat person who just canceled and refunded my card which takes days. This is because I had a screenshot but tried to blame me at first. Its just the point to mess up the order process and wasted my time. I highly don’t recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. Uber eats ripped me off 2/3 of my order. The driver gave me the wrong items for 2/3 of my order. When I asked for a refund, they told me I needed to take a picture of the wrong items. But I had already given them back to the driver. Uber eats had not told me in advance what to do with incorrect items. Uber eats refused to refund the order. I am feeling ripped off having spent $92 for $22 worth of merchandise.
