NEVER USING THEM AGAIN… at all! No Uber rides, no Uber trains, and DEFINITELY no Uber eats! You order… you then wait for ages for a driver to accept the delivery… we waited for an hour and a half… then call the restaurant… they are like, well, we’ve made the food, and nobody is picking b up… not our problem… you can’t contact Uber as you get caught in this revolving automated cycle on the app…. They finally offer you the option to speak to an agent, they then take more of your time… and then send a message that they are sorry they haven’t had time to respond and to tell them What’s wrong and let me guess, we’ll just be another one of you all waiting for days if not weeks to hear back!!! I mean…. Awful customer service! *** STAY AWAY

Would give a zero if I could, food was made then not picked up and left to go cold for 2&half hours.to cancel even though their fault & mistake would cost £25 so had to just accept stone cold food for nearly £30 customer service very little help!!

Food was picked up and delivery scheduled. Then the map shows rider stationary not far from the restaurant. 15 minutes later still no movement. Tried contacting rider, no response. Contacted customer service,vfirst agent sent the pre written apology and rudely hanged up. Second agent came online, said "hi" then took 10 minutes to respond further, before giving me the brush off stating someone will get back to me. Then to my shock and horror I found the food parcel thrown at my doorstep with temperatures at 1 degrees celcius. I cant attach a photo of the food. But the food was unsafe to be eaten and uber never responded and charged me full

They've stolen from me, food that was not made was charged to my account. I'd like to take meal or charge for straight thievery. No real explanation given. Fkn thieving dogs

Wish I could give 0 stars. Almost two hours between order and delivery. 3 different customer support agents advised me the food was ready, they were trying to find a delivery driver and could I wait a few more minutes. I was told after one hour that if I wished to cancel the order I would still be charged full amount. When I pointed out this was in contravention of consumer rights because they had failed to fulfill their side of the contract, the online agent simply closed the chat. Food was finally picked up by driver around 35 mins after it had apparently been prepared. Worst example of both delivery service and online customer support I have experienced, and will definitely never be using again.

Don’t use uber eats I beg you they don’t know peoples address you explain where to go they have no clue i recorded the conversation as last time they had free food said they delivered it never got the food same today with McDonalds breakfast didn’t deliver the food had no clue where the address is so any one in Slough please they must have illegals working because my address is pure and easy to find stay clear

I ordered some baked 50% low fat hot chips and I don’t know who fault it is, I didn’t know it was out of stock it did not say out of stock on the app I was really annoyed. Hopefully I get my refund back.

Absolutely frustrating never had a problem before but told me my order was delivered and I'm SOL yet no food and they are still gonna charge me 100 dollars do not use the. Do not know what has happened to this company they don't give me a zero rating so I guess 1 makes them look better

I ordered food to be delivered at 5:45. This was a delayed delivery. I got a notification 20 minutes before that I needed to be there because the order had alcohol in it. So I rushed back with my kids to pick up order. At 5:30 the driver arrives and messages me. He says he is going to leave if I don’t give him an extra 20 dollars. He texted me on my phone he doesn’t speak English but he won’t leave the order even though he is early and he won’t wait. Did I just invite a robber into my house? I cancelled the order. Uber eats did refund it but I had to fight to get to get my money back. I can’t tell you how unsafe, unhappy and in general disappointed with Uber eats.

It was my first time to order Uber eats, so while scrolling i hit an order with Hon Wonton but cannot figure how to send to my son under my account which i right away hit canceled. After 10 mins. I gave another try was able to order Yok korean. Guess what tho my order was canceled they charged me 16.48 and another 1.38. The customer service sucks, they won’t help kept insisting not to hit cancel that the order was prepared and the rider was called which was a lie. I DELETED my UBER eats. System sucks.

We made a $70 food purchase online last week and after submitting it, we remembered we wanted gravy. We had the option to add to the order so we ordered a gravy. Everything was delivered and then we noticed in our account that we were charged twice, one for the first order for $70 and another for $15. The hardy was $4 and Uber Eats charged us tip and fee and delivery on that amount which equaled to $15. They charged us $15 for the gravy! We already paid the tip, feel and delivery cost on the original order and added a gravy yet which they then added all these fees. I chat with coroner service and they said it was correct and refused to do anything about it. We won’t order from Uber eats again.

I ordered Pizza from Papa John's. Uber Eats canceled my order as " Restaurant unable to forfill your needs"...really on z "Tge works Meat pizza". They blamed the Restaurant...I called the restaurant they said Uber Eats doesn't have the drivers...so they cancel small orders. Their Advice..." use door dash. I placed my exact order with Door Dash..got it in 20 mins.

Driver name Josh didn’t pay attention to detail and I never got my food. He made it to my address but left the food outside instead of using the call box to call me like instructed in details. He left the food outside and someone else got it.

My order never arrive. I waited on my porch but the courier never showed up. While I was waiting on my porch, I saw the UberEats app nonsensically update my order to "Delivered". When I called in, I was told "This order is not eligible for a refund. I wish I could help but there is no option for me to issue a refund on my end -- the system does not allow it." UberEats took my money without giving me food and doesn't consider this eligible for a refund? What an awful service, never again.

Does not refund people for missing items. You will receive a message saying the order is not eligible for refunds (which, wth does that even mean sir?? You didn't deliver a product and still took my money)!! When you follow it up they tell you it was their mistake and they will refund you. Weeks go by and they only refund you 10% of what they said they would. It's a constant battle to talk to ACTUAL GAWDAMN HUMAN BEINGS. People are out here fighting for their lives over a £23 refund from a money hungry corporate batard company worth 20billion. Jeeeeezaz help me I don't want to live on this planet anymore

I bought fat burger they promise me buy one get one free they only send one i called uber eats agent they lied and i went uner eats page they took the deal out i could prove it they charge me fortune for two burger only gave me one horrible company never spend your dime on this company go to doordash

8 out of 10 times I’ve had to contact support it’s like a talking to a child. I’ve had to explain what happened at least 5 times. They say they’ve read the previous notes but you still have to explain what happened to the food. Again. If more than 1 item is wrong or missing, and your lucky enough to get 1 item fixed and you’re still working on more, they tell you they already refunded you and basically want you to go away. Like you’re trying to scam them. And it takes more explaining. I’m almost convinced that it’s a ploy with them so you just give up. Cause not all of there support team members could be this thick. I really hope some more competition starts to move in where Uber eats has to start training the staff to be better listeners, and when food is wrong, they don’t play Marco Polo with customers. People work hard for the money and it’s wrong what that the support won’t listen or be worth right and avoid taking up peoples precious time and money.
