Atrocious, I didn’t receive all of my order and Uber Eats’ only response was that my order was not eligible for a refund and thank you for your understanding. When I asked them to talk to the Uber Eats deliverer, who clearly saw that I was missing a part of my order, they simply ignored me. I ended up paying an extra $28.00 on a $83.00 bill, for absolutely nothing. Do yourself a huge favour and avoid using Uber Eats. You’ll save money, and a lot of trouble!

I never received my order and they said I wasn’t eligible for a refund because it was marked as delivered.

Uber Eats has. Promotion for teens in September: free rides and free eats, max $20per trip, max 6 trips. I added my daughter to the family account and she ordered. The only thing that she got free was the trip, but not the meal. So, instead of a free meal (I did tip though) , my credit card was charged with approx $25. I thought Uber was a reputable company? I guess not.

We ordered dinner for my son's birthday. It had stated it would take 20 to 40 minutes. It took over an hour and a half. The Burgers we received were cold and burnt and missing all the toppings that we had paid for. We paid a lot of money and got very subpar food. When we discussed this with ubereats they told us there would be no refund. We paid a lot of money for food that was barely edible.

I ordered Uber eats today and my order was never delivered. I called customer service and they said that they could not give me a refund. So. No food and no money. Driver did not even try to contact me. This is a scam.

Horrible... canceled order 3 minutes after placing. They canceled the order but kept the full amount paid and kept the food! Why do they have the option to cancel if they are just going to keep the full payment and keep the food, such a SCAM!!!

I don't need to write a review as multiple people had the same Dishonest experience I had. I received a $25 off $35 coupon on "Restaurants" from instacart The Restaurant tab is really UBER EATS. UberEats reduced my $36.94 order to 11.94 after my coupon. Then added $10+ taxes&fees. Total wad about $23. I pressed the order button& then it said $42+. I pressed cancel& it dd not cancel. I offered to send a screen shot but customer service refused & wd not help. 7 hrs later at 330AM a supervisor called& woke up my household justifying the dishonesty & bad customer service. They claimed i was never charged $43. I know what the screen said. NEVER AGAIN- I ll Stay with Grubhub/ Seamless a wonderful honest delivery service who always makes things right

Under 30 mins is fake. Whenever I order with under 30 mins option. They will have their time frame from 30mins to 1 hour. What’s the use of under 30 mins tab if you not gonna deliver it under 30 mins. Take 10 mins extra. Deepanshu the customer chat executive left the chat midway. What kind of service they are giving ??? Not happened once it’s been 3-4 times I have faced the same issue.

They eat your food and expect you to get a refund for it.!! I mean WTAF, can you imagine a waiter doing this and chewing on your order. Uber Eats do not seem to care at all.

Officially cutting off Uber eats, the amount of time spent for delivery is ridiculous, then charge more to make your delivery a "first up" which is a 5-10min difference. Plus Uber eats has way to many hidden fees tyat can bring your order up to $50 .. Save yourself the $ and time and order directly for Pizza the good old fashioned way.

I placed an order with Uber eats and was charged $45 for $19 order. I have tried to contact them through the app, but no luck! And of course there is no phone number. I have contacted my bank about the fraudulent charges and we are all in the process of working this issue. I will never use them again and no one else should either! Uber eats is stealing from everyone!!! Be ware!!!!

So my very first time using the restaurant portion on instacart. Which is actually through Uber eats. Having never used it before the driver messaged me that he needed the code to deliver my order so I sent it to him. After getting notified my order was delivered I checked my door step.. it wasn’t there. I called the driver and told him. He was argumentative and told me he handed it to someone. I said no you didn’t and I’m staring at my porch and it’s not here. His reply was beyond rude.. told me it wasn’t his problem and sound alike my neighbor stole my food!! I called customer service and was met with the same attitude. Because I provided the code it said my food was delivered and complete!! I’m beyond appalled at the fact that the driver stole my food but that I was met with terrible customer service. Don’t be fooled with the $10 credit from instacart and do do not order from them. Uber eats is a complete joke of a business. Obviously not much vetting of the people they hire!!!

Abysmal delivery service due to incompetent courier who couldn’t find my home address even though I told him it more than three times - each time he rang me to say he was at my doorstep but wasn’t - no sign of him anywhere! God knows where he left my order but it wasn’t outside my home! And now Uber Eats refuses to issue refund for non-delivery of my order stating that their courier abided by their rules! But he didn’t and Uber Eats couldn’t care less! Whatever happened to the old motto that the customer is always right?!

After an order of almost €30, my delivery never came to my house. Sadly, which of course in cases like this helps them tremendously, Uber Eats doesn't have a telephone number. You can only contact them via their own platform and you'll have to wait. To put it short, Uber Eats believes that the delivery driver came (first lie), rang the bell 3 times (second lie) and phoned me (yet another lie). I have proof that they never ever called me AND that there was another person at home who also never got called or never heard a ring. Uber Eats won't give my money back, so basically i lost €30 because of this after being a customer for well over 2 years. Yeah, never EVER you should trust Uber Eats for deliveries. If there is even one slight moment of things going bad, they will leave you. 2 years of being a customer or not - they-don't-care. You be the judge of they're worth it. If they want to make amends, start by offering people a friggin telephone number. How on earth does a gicantic company like Uber don't have a number?! Also, stop lying. Just stop it. Admit it went wrong and just help people when needin' helping. If that would've been done, i would gladly be a customer for another 2 years. But because of this? No friggin way i will ever come back. What a joke.
