Today Uber Eats gave me an opportunity to learn my lesson - “Never ever deal with this company! “ I was charged more than $10 for delivery of $15 pizza, my order was delivered after 80 minutes ( instead of agreed 30 minutes), and of course, pizza was cold affecting the taste. This is a very unprofessional way to run the business and treat the customers.

I ordered lunch for my son at school, through insta cart/uber eats, and it was not delivered. I called customer service, and was told I can't get refunded because the driver said it was delivered, and thier GPS showed he was there. Even the picture the driver sent is of my order in the front seat of his damn car. It was NOT delivered. So now I'm out $50, and my son didn't get lunch. And they won't help me. I am never ordering from Uber eat, or insta cart again!

I ordered and said they left me a message to reach me but when I see it it's in Spanish and I am not Hispanic or Latino and do not understand or speak this language. Tried to get a credit or money back and said no...this is not ok and will not be using this service again. I will switch to a new delivery service.

Scammers who charged me for the food I didn’t get. Order was way past the estimated time, driver was not moving for over 30 minutes, ignored my texts and calls. According to their guidelines that’s enough to have my order cancelled by the driver but not the other way around. The service sucks!

Ordered from Uber eats or tried to should I say, not only did we not get food but they waited over an hour to tell us our order was being cancelled. Despite their driver not delivering, taking the food back to the restaurant and leaving us waiting while they told us they were looking for another driver. And to add insult to injury still charged us a delivery fee even after the order was cancelled!

This app is unfair . I never recommend to use this app . The customer service by chat not helpful at all . I chat with a person just asking that why I didn’t received the promo that am supposed to get as a first time user he just keep asking me for the screenshot but how am I supposed to give him a screenshot if I don’t have that promo .

I ordered two boxes of chocolates, but instead they brought me one and not the one I ordered. They told me that the store did not have what I ordered and they decided for themselves that they could take another one and bring it to me. I refused this product and returned it to the courier. He said that they would return my money, but no one returned anything. My day was ruined. Terrible and irresponsible service. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

Uber Eats made me pay a fee for driver and restaurant delays. I ordered through Uber Eats, was provided a time for delivery. I was watching the GPS and noticed the driver was at the restaurant for over 30 minutes in counting picking up my food. I called the driver and was told she had my food and was waiting on another order and the restaurant was behind. I waited 10 minutes more and decided to cancel my order.

My partner ordered food for us and normally, the driver has to ask for a code and send a picture that it was delivered. This was not done. When we reported it to Uber Eats, they “cannot” confirm any of that so they won’t give us a refund. We had to order the same thing again because it didn’t come the first time. We have tried telling them we can prove we didn’t get the order with footage from our building showing the time that it “apparently” was delivered but they refuse to give us our money back FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED

If I could give them no stars I would. I was given a $50 gift card. I placed an order and no balance was there. I tried to get a refund and they only told me because it was past the 48 hours there was nothing they could do. Tried for 2 months to get $50 back from a multimillion dollar company, and it was a dog chasing its tail. Done with Uber Eats. Skip or Door Dash from now on.

Uber eats customer service stinks,you got people who don’t even speaks English,sending you from one person to another. Putting you on hold,then the same answer oh yes we are working to solve your issue as a merchant,l didn’t receive my money for a month Now!!!! This is ridiculous.

Order was never delivered at all. Driver marked the order as delivered, but no food, no picture of food on my front porch. When I tried to resolve with customer service, they informed me my order did not qualify for a refund. I spoke with three different people, no help whatsoever. Also, when I informed them that their stance of not doing anything was unacceptable, they cut off the chat.

As a driver this is one of the worst apps to work for. I noticed that the distances that the app was giving me for my orders did not seem right so I started to track them. At least 80% of the time I end up driving further than the app tells me I'm going to. This is also the only app that allows "tip baiting". If you don't know what that is here is a recent example. I picked up an order from Walmart and I was the second driver to attempt the delivery. I found out that first driver return to the store of the order because the customer was not paying very much and it was a carload of groceries that they expected us to carry up to the second story. So I pick up the order and the entire delivery takes me an hour. The estimated delivery on the app when I accepted the order said I was going to get $15.50. 2 hours after I made the delivery, and I'm handicapped which made it interesting going up the second floor seven times with loads of groceries, the customer was allowed to pull their tip with no reason and I ended up making $3 for all that work and and hour of my time. I spent $3 in gas alone so I ended up paying out of pocket to deliver these people their groceries. When I called customer service they said that tips aren't mandatory like it was an excuse for the customer to be able to say they're going to give me money and then not give me money. Not giving details but that customer will end up paying much more than the tip they took from me.

£12 added to bill without warning or cancel option Used multiple times no issues Used last night to get £12 of an order Ordered £24 of food Checked the order to find we had paid £36 I had no warning the price had changed with an option to cancel the order Also unable to cancel the order as the food had started to be prepared Uber just say there was activity on the account they didn't like? No actual answer at all

The driver went to the wrong hotel twice. Then left it at the front desk at YET AGAIN the wrong hotel. He was supposed to get a pin but since he was at the wrong hotel he got no pin. Just left it there and drove off. We are out our $60 and the app or the driver doesn't care. DON'T USE THIS APP!

I never received my food and the customer support, that is designed to ignore the customer, would not reimburse me even after the restaurant confirmed to them the food was never sent out.

The driver could not speak English. When I told him that items was missing. He just grunted and walked off. I asked customer service to ask the guy to get the rest of my meal. They said no. Bloody rubbish.

Paula from the Uber Eats Restaurant support team had the worst customer service and worst attitude, when asked for an email confirmation, her response was "you didn't ask me", I told her in the past I have always gotten confirmations, which she replies with "not anymore". If you hate your job so much and couldn't even put in the effort to fake it on the phone, this is probably not the right field for you.
