Your 3rd party driver steals a $50 order and with no care or concern you decide to keep my hard earned money. Clearly a breach of policy has become a second issue and at this point I will just rather have my refund and let Uber go as a company!!!! Truly sub par customer service!!!!!!

Joint order and they still charged me for a separate delivery. Separate service fees and was delivery same driver.. The joint order. I bought rizla and chewing gum. Came to £8.07.with fees After spending near £60 on my first order from local coop. They refused to reimburse me pretty much robbed /stole from me and said nothing they can do

Horrid customer service. if you are missing items in your order, they dont care. I wasnt even mad the food was also cold, just wanted a simple credit for missing items. Instead, they argue with you and refuse even a $5 credit. They are ripping people off.

Horrible company they discriminate against disabled people orders never correct if you complain nothing is corrected mostly. Drivers incompetent always missing orders of food not complete drivers don't follow instructions most don't read or speak English so they don't understand orders or request drivers are rude and some are sexual deviants my daughters have had bad experience with people delivering food .Horrible company and customer service .iam in a wheelchair and very ill they make it bad

Uber eats is ridiculous ordered food from McDonald's and there was a items missing & there gonna tell me they can't refund me.

I'm an UberOne member with a history of having spent thousands between food and rides for work and personal life over several years. Recently I ordered some groceries while on a business trip, but the driver was unable to find everything. This is normal and not a big deal; the receipt always updates afterwards to reflect either replacement items or refunded items and their respective cost. When I got home and began collecting receipts, I noticed the grocery one hadn't updated. I contacted support to let them know I had been charged for things I never received and that they could check my chat history with the driver. They informed me that as it had been 48 hours since my order they couldn't help. I tried to explain why my reaching out had been delayed, which was due to travel AND because I trusted the app to do what it always did, update when a shopper couldn't find grocery items. I also asked why the issue had occurred and what I could do to make sure my receipt updated next time. Despite this and my long history of using Ubereats, the app refused to put me through to a real person. That or the real people they kept me connecting me to were just copy pasting the same "can't help after 48 hours" response. All I wanted to know was why it had happened and how to prevent it, but no dice. Not even when I said my trust in them had been severely damaged and I would cancel my membership, they did not care. This is incredibly upsetting and what I would consider to be fraud. If you pay for something and don't receive it due to what I assume was a technological error on the back end of a business, the customer should not be the one to pay for it. What would have happened if my order had been larger and most of it didn't show up? That's right, I would have been saddled with an even larger bill with no refund. And that is unacceptable and a huge violation of trust. Especially when they couldn't even tell me what went wrong. It's no wonder only 2% of people recommend UberEats on this site, and that they have a rating of 1.1 stars out of 5. I'll be doing a charge back to my bank and strong encourage others to not use their services. If they treat an UberOne member who has spent hundreds each month on their services for several years, how do you think they will treat you? Something to think about, but for me, I'll be canceling my membership and doing a charge back with my bank.

I seen I ordered something twice. Tried to cancel 1 and they canceled my whole order. Then told me I didn't qualify for a refund. This is straight scam.

Will never use Uber Eats again. Took my money but no food was delivered. Support said no refund was due as driver tried to contact me and attempted delivery. No one contacted me and the picture where the food was left is not our house.

Frequently orders are gotten wrong. UberEats are a nightmare to contact and staff are obnoxiously rude. When refund is needed as items are missing- GOOD LUCK!! They pluck a random figure and decide to refund you that as opposed to the correct and actual amount. NIGHTMARE!! Screen shot attached I was told I would be refunded £4 (although still waiting for that, and they now refuse to respond to correspondence) .. doesn’t seem to matter about the remaining £35.98 I am owed!! It’s borderline theft!

I purchased the wrong item through the Uber eats app. When I made the first transaction I immediately cancelled but was still charged. They have an authorization hold policy for all transactions to be held until I receive the item but they failed to reimburse me for the items I purchased. Instead customer service told me since the food was being prepared when it wasn’t that I’m still responsible for paying for it. I’m allergic to spicy foods so that’s the reason I had to cancel the order. Right after I ordered the same items from the same app after I corrected my order. After speaking with customer service again I was told I would still be charged for the first order so I immediately cancelled the second order just to receive the same result. They lied about allowing me to speak with their supervisor while placing me on hold numerous times to delay the cancellation. Both store at Popeyes are literally 10 minutes away and my food wasn’t going to be received until after a hour later. Either the food was not fresh or it was going to be cold once I received it. At the end of the day I was charged $42.02 for items I never received

Uber eats tried to double charge me once on my bank account and another to my credit card. I caught them and called them out. They did nothing to help so here I am leaving a 1 star review to warn people of their scams.

Uber eats is a rip off you can get in touch with anyone there service horrible they gave partial credit and took it back the next day I put an order in at four twenty my food came at six ten they offer me a refund of eleven dollars but my bill was twenty four so they offer a Uber money but if you order you still paying money you have pay fees the delivery fees tax or that Uber eats is horrible Don't order from them

I ordered foe the first time and was charged 4 TIMES for my order!!! Thats $100 for a breakfast!!! For one person!!! Haven't heard back from anyone and can't reach a live person!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I ordered my food and the guy didn't even deliver the food when try to phone him he just hang up on me I try to contact uber eat but they just say sorry about that but they can't refund my money back which I feel I just got Rob because I pay for food I didn't even receive am gonna try take them to court about this which they will have to pay me alot more wot they own me

I just checked the menu of a restaurant I regularly patron. Uber Eats prices the items at $12+ AND then they charge delivery fees as well as taxes. So they are making at least $25 extra off of each order. I thought it was strange that you advertised buy 12 wings, get 12 free from Smokey bones, and with my added Bones salad I was charged $88 including the tip. 12 wings are $24 on your advertisement. The numbers don’t lie, your company is just stealing from people.

I placed an order with Uber. Received messages that food was being prepared then on the way, time of delivery. Time kept being extended until after 15 mins I was told delivery person had problems and order was canceled. I reordered and it was a repeat of the above events. I have to believe their service is a big JOKE !!!!

I’ve used them multiple times not only is it ridiculously expensive but you can only speak to customer service through an AI service that messes up and when you want to change a payment it’ll end up canceling your order and then charging you for your freaking order that you’re not getting anymore Because they’ll say that the restaurant had already received the order and started making your food even though it was less than 30 seconds from you accidentally hitting submit, worst customer service ever absolutely rude and horrible will never ever use Uber Eats again and probably not even their service just because it’s in the name absolutely horrendous service

Uber eats does not take care of their customers. I ordered food twice through Uber eats and both times the restaurant messed up my food, contacted Uber eats and they said it's nothing they can do. I will stick with Door Dash for now on.
