Everyone is complaining about the same thing that happened to us! The order was missing an item and there is no one to call and the automated "help" system won't do anything but continually say that the order was confirmed as correct and not eligible for any refund. What a dishonest business. If any of us did our jobs like this we wouldn't have jobs. I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER

Terrible service. They automatically spotted the wrong address and did not allow to do any change just 5 seconds after. They invoiced the full amount. Stay away

Ordered 14 items from Waitrose delivery as my husband was being discharged from hospital . All ok until uber driver arrives with someone else’s order . Chat help didn’t help , no contact telephone nos to find a resolution. Will never use them again . Shambles 2 botched deliveries in 2 days .

This is the worst app ever! I had the worst experiance with this app, driver and costumer service! I literally feel like they steal your money! I contacted the driver because I made a food order but the wrong address was on the app. Even tho I made several attempts to change it, it reverted back. The address I need on the order was my house but for some reason the app reverted back to my job which was 20mnts away.. I contacted the driver giving her the correct address and she still wouldn't bring. I contacted costumer service and they refused to refund me over $25 dollars... imagine have a long day at work and all you want is your food but then this happens. Costumer service was even worse then the driver (who took a picture of my food outside my work place after I told her i wasn't there. Costumer service said she did everything right! EXCUSE ME?! so of course I asked for managment... mind you never give anyone a hard time let alone argue with people on the phone but that day specifically was terrible to begin with. The repnibspoke with said it would take 48hr to hear back from the manager.. and guess what SHE NEVER CALLED! NOR DID I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR FOOD THAT I NEVER RECIEVED! Please save your money and use DOORDASH! UBER EATS JUST STEALS YOUR MEALS AND MONEY!

They use drivers and guys who just come with the food and just in seconds they take the food that they delivered. I don’t recommend this at all

I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. My order was delivered wrong and missing items, and their customer service was completely unprofessional. They refused to issue a proper refund and showed no concern for their customers. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t deliver what you ordered and fails to resolve the issue. They need to do better at taking care of their customers. Uber Eats is the worst delivery service I’ve ever used. They consistently deliver wrong or incomplete orders, and their customer service is a joke. When I reported missing items, they refused to issue a refund and showed no accountability for their mistakes. They clearly don’t care about their customers, only their profits. Save your time and money, use a more reliable service that actually values its customers.

Would like to leave zero stars.Multiple occasions of leaving orders on my doorstep with no contact, so the food goes cold. I don’t have a dog, so I don’t understand why this happens. Most recent order proudly proclaimed that the order was early. Clear instructions “meet me at my door”. No way to leave a Google review, but would welcome the ability to do so. Don’t use this company if you want a reliable deliver service (which I need, due to my disability). If your driver has some disorder that means he/she doesn’t want to meet the customer, maybe you warn me in advance and make arrangements that means my food doesn’t go cold.

I ordered food from olive garden my food was delivered fully exposed, no closure at all. Anyone could have done anything to the good. Spoke to OG and they say they are no longer supposed to close the bags. This is unacceptable! Please beware of orders being delivered from olive garden, they will be no closure. Food in the garbage and no refund.

What the hell is this.. From Red Lobster in Concord NC.. It’s hard enough in the world but for me to pay for a meal and get this.. I pray who ever sent this or touch my meal have a blessed life.. cause this was evil.. I’m a single parent who treats myself once a month and this is what I get 8013 Concord Mills Blvd Concord NC Red Lobster either it’s Red Lobster or the guy who brought it to my door.. And they wouldn’t allow me to upload the meal or the pic of who brought this to me..

I ordered dinner last night off of Uber eats and we only received HALF of the meal. When I contacted customer support, they said they could not refund the purchase because “the delivery matched the order.” They are thieves, and I will NEVER use UE again.

I have had drivers not deliver my whole order and have had missing items…….that I paid for……..they say they’re “reviewing” the details then tell you they won’t be refunding you for what you’ve paid for. I’m canceling my UberOne membership and I’m done with this app. I’ll be spreading the word aggressively on this matter.

They don't stand by their deliveries. Had someone not deliver what I paid $100 for and then told me they took a photo (without showing me the photo). Use at your own risk.

I order food that was never delivered. They did not want to give me a refund. They also tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Uber Eats is a scam they do not care about their customers they make that very clear. I will never use their services again.

Ridiculous. Ordered to wrong address by error and contacted the Uber chat option to cancel 2 minutes after order was placed. The Clowns charged me $70 (full price of my order) to "compensate the restaurant". Must be nice to get paid for food that was never prepared and delivered.

Bunch of scammers. i ordered food from a restaurant that didnt turn up. when i contacted the restaurant i found that it was a new business and that the restaurant was no longer there. customer support on Uber Eats refused to cancel the order and then when i was charged refused to refund me. i was a loyal user spending alot of money with uber and now will be taking my account offline and also closing my company accounts too. They do not car about customer service and they are stealing your money. I cannot believe that you allow a company to accept deliveries that are no longer in business. This has left a truly sour taste in my mouth with a refusal you are willing to lose a customer? such a shame . I ordered in good faith to only find out that the restaurant is no longer there and you wont investigate. this can happen to others i urge you to boycott and uninstall the app.

I placed an order today, November 17tgand canceled within ONE MINUTE and I was charged $29.80. $42.13 was the total amount of the order inclusive of everything and was charged $29.80 for inconvenience. SERIOUSLY? It’s a rip-off!

Spaghetti and meatballs weee delivered with the contents upside down The sauce spilled out of the container sealing the bag it was in and leaked all over my floor plus I had reduced sauce in my meal. Delivery guys should have at least smelled something was wrong Done with delivery no pots and pans to clean up but I had to mop my floor!

My store I ordered from didn't pack all my food left 2 orders out I called the store personally and they omitted if was there error to have uber eats refund you, I contacted ubereats customer service and they still denied my refund even knowing it was the store error, now I have to go through my bank.
