“Delivered to wrong address no food and still no refund will not use again”

“I most likely have good experience with Uber Eats, but recently ordered food through them and ended up with Door Dash order. I was highly upset because I had some elses order. Although, a refund was offered, I still didn't want the order I received. I was hungry and ended up discarding it. I hope Uber Eats can come up with a solution to make sure that customers get their correct orders when handed off. You try to contact the drivers and can't get through, bc they restrict your call, wont answer, or can't speak English. It's ridiculous. It's very frustrating and upsetting when you don't get what you paid for and having to settle and eat some else's food;may not even be what you like.”

“I ordered from UberEats for the first time yesterday. The order was for my mother who lives in a different town and it was all messed up. Uber Eats made it right and refunded the money back onto my card. It's nice to know that there are fair businesses out there willing to listen and make it right.”

“Ordered a few times via ubereats mainly McDonald's and had no problem with drivers or customer service. However McDonalds always seem to miss an item of or put something wrong in bag.. I know the bags aren't checked by driver so not drivers fault. How ever ubereats refund without hesitation if I have a problem with either missing food or anything else”

“I work in a restaurant and would like customers to know Uber drivers disrupt an entire restaurant . Most of he time their English skills are poor, they are rude, and they blame the restaurant for late or wrong delivered items . It’s their job to check all orders . Nowadays we might have grub hub , Uber and numerous delivery companies have to go orders . If you order on a Friday at six pm when the restaurant is getting crushed don’t expect the employees of the restaurant to correct the drivers mistakes it can’t be done . How about actually coming to a restaurant and receiving great service ?”

“UberEats is a great app. One suggestion I wanted to make is the fact of giving the food to the right people. In many occasions my food was given to the wrong person. An idea that comes in mind that UberEats can implement, is asking for an ID to confirm the name in the order with the person, and that way avoid giving orders to the wrong person.”
