**Issue: Uber Eats Payment Error and Account Restriction** I am writing to report an issue with my Uber Eats account, which has been preventing me from completing my orders. The issue began when I attempted to place an order and use my Uber Eats rewards for payment. Everything was going fine until I reached the final step, where the payment would not go through. Despite multiple attempts, I kept encountering an error at the payment stage. At the time, I was extremely hungry, and the frustration of not being able to complete my order was very disappointing. I immediately contacted customer support, hoping to get some assistance, but unfortunately, their response was far from helpful. The issue has been ongoing for the past three days, and no one has been able to resolve it. I was told that my account had been restricted due to certain terms and conditions, but there was no clear explanation or proper support provided to help me understand or rectify the situation. I tried reaching out to the technical team, but they never responded to my queries, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has made me lose confidence in Uber Eats as a service. I am disappointed with the lack of proper support and resolution, and as a result, I would not recommend Uber Eats to my friends or anyone else.

Terrible experience with uber eats, driver never arrived, no way to make contact. Absolutely awful customer experience have learnt our lesson and will never order again they don't deserve to make a profit I hope this sentiment is shared and makes a meaningful impact on their bottom line

Totally scam customer service. They can see all the evidence of issues with an order and still refuse to refund. This has happened more than once for me with them. It's shocking that you're just screwed if the driver or restaurant messes up your order...

I placed an order way too early in the day when I meant to schedule later, i canceled it right away but because the restaurant had just accepted my ride they charged me a fee of 43 dollars to compensate the restaurant! They couldn’t even have started my order then and then refused to issue me a refund when that was the last of my money. Disgusting and a ripoff I will never use them again

Terrible experience with Uber Eats – No food, no refund! My order was accidentally canceled by my child. Uber Eats gave no warning that I’d lose my money and offered no direct support. The restaurant didn’t receive payment and hadn’t even started preparing the food, yet Uber Eats kept the full amount. Customer service refuses to help. Complete scam – do not order from them!

Received the wrong order. Receipt had someone else's name. I ordered for a family of three totaling $60 and I received and order for $15. I immediately called the driver, who says she swapped my order-her fault-I'll make sure you get a refund. I have never had an issue getting a refund, so I take her word for it. I still submit information through the app, and the message I receive is that they will review the info and respond. I got an email saying the order does not qualify for a refund. Having to go through the bank to be reimbursed. Never again. Screw uber eats.

Tip in app... Driver was supposed to hand off food at door & get code. They left it unattended in carport, no verification that it was even at the right location, or that we'd know it was there. Not the first time disappointed.

this is the last order I’m doing with Uber eats. their drivers are horrible. I don’t know why DoorDash is so much better but might as well just use them. That’s stupid that you don’t get any money back if your food comes like melted or cold especially when it takes like an hour and a half for the food to even get to your house. an hour and a half is absurd timing

Pretty sad..when your a new uber 1 eats customer, and delivery time keeps changing. They stated when I paid for it delivery time was 1:35..now it keeps changing, and it's 2:40. That means we waited almost 2 hours for our food. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Still haven't received our order. I spoke on chat with an agent..who offered no resolutions. I asked for customer service number..no response in chat. The guy was very unsympathetic without resolutions..kept repeating self. I'm not sitting up all night waiting for food to arrive. This will be our last order, and I'm canceling subscription. Don't recommend.

Worst customer support ever. I had a 60% discount promotion because of a new membership. Somehow I couldn’t use it. I contacted customer support and they made me wait 3 days to tell me they disabled my discount without any reason!!! They say uber has a right to disable promotions. Then, why did you even give it in the first place??? Never gonna use uber anymore. We have lots of better options like DoorDash.

Although I’ve been an uber eats One member for the second year in a row now. When something goes wrong, NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER! Extremely disappointed, last ever uber one subscription. Can you imagine when we ordered burgers through uber eats, the beef smelled horrible, it has clearly gone off, and unfortunately we discovered that after our kids had some. So contacted uber eats help and support. The response was: There is nothing we can help you with this time! Then our kids were poorly the next day, so went in to report the health safety issue again, EXACTLY same response again: There is nothing we can help you with this time!!! And asked us to rate the restaurant and that’s all what has been offered. Extremely poor customer service and unsafe!

Horrible customer service. The people disconnect you while you’re on hold, have extreme accents and speak so fast it’s like they’re not even trying to be understood by the customer. They kill you with exorbitant fees and don’t even really help you solve the problem. Awful and memebership is a total waste of money.

I will never use Uber Eats again. They charged a $14 service fee which I did not see before placing the order. It was not included in the total before placed the order. Once I saw it I canceled the ordered and was charged the full amount any way. I ordered the same order with Door Dash instead.

We ordered the food from osmows and never got delivered through UberEATS, when I checked with them, they said driver must have eaten the food and they will refund the money. What a shame Uber eats.

The delivery person charge me the cash when he knew the order was paid with card. AND uber eats said THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE
