I ordered breakfast from a restaurant on their app, waited an HOUR for the food to arrive. Once it did it was the wrong meal, and to make it worse I couldn’t eat the food even if I wanted to because it’s got tomatoes and I’m allergic. I file a report on their app, keep in mind this is my second time ordering with them. And they denied my refund request. So I naturally reapply for them to look into it, and I look for their customer support number. Imagine my shock when I find out they took down their customer support number, and do everything via message only on their app. Terrible TERRIBLE experience, will be deactivating my account, and going back to DoorDash. I disputed the charge with the bank, cause I refuse to be robbed of my hard earned cash at this time of year. Ridiculous.

Uber eats is trash 🚮 they take your money fast even with no food with no refunds or store credit DoorDash is the way to go 💯

Chat support is just people copy pasting pre written scripts. They don't even read or respond to your request. Better off using door dash at least if something goes wrong they will make it right I ordered food. In my case the restaurant called me to apologize for forgetting to add a portion of my order in the bag. When I asked for a refund for the items that weren't received I was told the items ordered were delivered and I was not eligible for a refund. When I tried to explain what happened or ask for a manager they just copy pasted the 1st reply.

My experience with Pamela Experts { pamelaexperts @g mail.com} has been great! They are knowledgeable and very straight forward and patient! I’m so thankful for their expertise and help in helping me get my money i invested with some investment illegal brokers i found on Facebook .

Placed an order and waited an hour an half before it was delivered . Go to the door to get it. Not there . Sure they credit my money back but I had to contact them again about returning my tip. Father more it’s 8:15 no dinner and they are not at all concerned. No offer to compensate me at all . Happened once before. I’m done except the darn money they credited me back. Never had this problem with door dash.

TERRIBLE costumer service. I had many situations with the same result: they ask for sorry, dont give your money back EVEN WHEN YOU RECEIVE HALF OF YOUR ORDER and block you to reply. Done. Horrible, a shame.

Charger for items I didn't receive and was refused a refund ....that is stealing so never again will I use this app customer service is horrendous. I closed my account and will never us this app again .

I've never experienced such terrible customer service. They not only treat their customers poorly but also seem to have no regard for their drivers. Communication is a nightmare, and issues are never resolved. It’s clear they don’t prioritize anyone except themselves. Extremely disappointing!

Terrible customer service Sunday ordered my wife myself and kids food from Cracker Barrel once the food got here one of my children’s meals was missing contacted uber eats no refund will be issued at this time then tonight ordered food from Applebees ordered my steak medium and my wife a burger both were so overcooked could not even eat them contacted Uber eats yet again no refund or anything to resolve this issue if the food is missing that you paid for or it is not what you paid for something needs to be reimbursed no if ands or buts this place is a joke

Nothing the drivers did wrong, but when I say dealing with customer service is absolutely a pain in the head… they’re rude, unprofessional, and just downright ignorant.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a box of coffee from staples today, very easy delivery and the driver canceled my order to my 84 yr old mother home alone because a MAN , couldn't find the address. You should not hire INEPT people to drive if they have no sense if direction. Terrible App, first time using and will definitely not be using again!!!! UBER WATS CAN EAT ME!!

Restaurant had BOGO meal, both meals were in my cart but something happened after I checked out and it only did the one meal. I canceled the order right away so I could fix it but the restaurant also confirmed it right away so even though I canceled and they absolutely did not have time to start the order I was still charged “due to the restaurant already starting the order”. I spoke to 3 different people and i told them if I was going to be charged I would just take the order even without the bogo but they said it was too late. Already cancelled and I don’t get my money back either. So I didn’t get my food and I didn’t get my money back either.
