I was shocked by the unprofessionalism of Uber Eats customer service. As I sought help with my order, the representative's laughter from background chatter with coworkers created an extremely unpleasant experience. I expect a higher level of professionalism and focus on assisting customers when using a service like Uber Eats. This interaction was disappointing and left a negative impression on the overall quality and reliability of the service.

Used to be an amazing service. Now it’s total trash. My last driver had a har time understanding and speaking English. No problem. Customer service said they couldn’t do anything until he called the Spanish help support. My delivery was over an hour late - col and inedible and they refused to help at all even though they could see the time on their side. I have long, clear instructions and even a picture of my porch. Garbage company.

Horrible app. They send promos all of the time and then don't apply them at checkout. When I contact them, they say to go ahead and checkout anyway and that they will apply afterwards. Despite contacting them numerous times, they never apply - they just abruptly end conversations.

This is the WORST thing ever, for someone that is pregnant and that has been waiting on their food and not being delivered or at least returned back to the store! POOR service and selfish UBER driver! I will never use this app again!

I was informed that my delivery would arrive by 8:15 p.m., however, it did not arrive until 9:56 p.m. Additionally, several items were missing from the delivery. When I attempted to contact the driver, I spoke to a woman who did not speak English. When the food finally arrived, it was delivered by a man who also did not speak English, despite the app indicating that a woman was assigned to deliver the order. The food was understandably cold upon arrival. I contacted Uber support but received no assistance and only experienced frustration. Consequently, I will no longer be using their services. They suck.

The service is terrible Uber has managed to make it impossible to contact the company to ask questions or make a complaint. When you add your name to a complaint they tell you how sorry they are but do nothing to correct the problem

Ubereats has let me down the last 3 times I have used their services. It is pretty much the middle man between receiving food/drink from a company, but what happens when you do not receive your order or parts of your order? You inform Ubereats only for them to tell you to send a picture of the missing items. Please explain to me how can I do that of the items are missing? I am always met with the generic email stating no refund or resolution can be given. No explanation why or anything. I am done with Ubereats and will take my services to a competitor.

This stuff be irritating me, first off I don’t understand why they don’t have a number the bot don’t do nothing but repeat it self and doesn’t help me with anything. Then I just feel like I spend tm money on this app for the people that choose to pick up my order to constantly play with my food and then crazy thing is they be so money hungry that i have to pay a cancellation fee for somebody who either wants to play around with my money, food, and time.

Short of items on order, last order didn’t even get delivered but got to watch them pass my house with a smile on their face, DO NOT use this for food delivery!!!

"Beware of Hidden Fees and False Promotions!" I’ve had enough of Uber Eats' deceptive practices. The constant barrage of "promotions" is a joke—buy-one-get-one-free deals that don't apply properly, leaving you overcharged with no way to fix it. On top of that, the fees are outrageous! By the time you add in service fees, courier fees, delivery fees, and taxes, you're paying almost double the cost of your actual meal. What’s the point of running promos if they don’t actually give you the promised discount? Uber Eats has become a money pit that tricks you into thinking you’re getting a deal when you’re actually paying far more than you should. I’m done with this app. Customers deserve transparency, not this fee-gouging nonsense. If you're looking for a fair, reliable service, steer clear of Uber Eats!

When you pay for priority delivery as well as tip your driver 25% to take my food 10 minutes down the road…and your first driver accepts your Chipotle order but sits in one spot for 10 minutes while your food gets cold, that is RIDICULOUS. Second driver, took a while also. 30 bucks for cold food. Didn’t even get refunded the priority delivery charge. This company is garbage and I will never use them again.

Terrible customer service. They “answer the question” then immediately end the chat so you cannot message them anything else. I’ve been receiving a promotional email for the past year with a $20 coupon off my first order. Today, I finally decide to use it only to find out that they just deactivated the coupon so that I cannot use it. Seems like they want me to make my first purchase, so that I will no longer be eligible for the $20 off. It’s just a baiting scheme.

Uber eat steals customers money they will refuse for a refund even if u mistaken cancel order they refuse your refund customers service is rude they will refuse for u to speak to a manager they will end the chat on you Google need to stop supporting Uber eats and this company shouldn't be able to get away with anything for years this company been under hot water lawsuits every year its crazy
