“Uber eats service is horrible. Never use again”

“I felt as if they don’t give chances that black people I felt as if I called to get help I was automatically looked at as in the wrong I explain my wrongs or errors they still count everything against u if ur trying to drive for them I feel like u got to be white or mix to be considered! They don’t care for ur opinion they will deactivate ur account permanently if u don’t master the app or delivery day one u will never have room to make a mistake they don’t care lost my account right by the holidays and they were so un considerate the fact I’m a single mom out here trying to learn these apps they don’t care to help u learn it they pass u on the phone lines all day as a black person and still be told no ! They didn’t take to proper 2-3 day process for investigations they same day my process by looking at the color of my skin”

“I agree with many of the customer complaints about Uber eats! Horrible customer service. They overcharge, and have a terrible system in regards to complaints and compensation. One many occasions my order was not completed correctly and I was told my order wasn’t eligible for refund or compensation. I will no longer be an Uber eats customer. They’ve taken enough of my money.”

“I noticed erroneous charges on my bank statement. Some fool in san francisco got my card information, How i'm not sure. They charged over $180 in 3 transactions. There is absolutely no way to contact. Uber eats unless you have an account on their app which I do not. Thankfully I reported it to my bank and they reversed the charges. Some idiot in san francisco is going to have to pay back their expensive food. I hate thieves. I hate thieves that hurt good people. And I hate that uber eats has no way to contact them when people are ripping other people off. Uber eats gets one star from me.”

“Woman named Ziobely scammed me out of my order. She said she had dropped the order off when she hadn't, "took" a picture which was blank, and proceeded to drop and then ignore my calls when I attempted to contact her. Salt Lake City area.”

“For the first time in years I canceled an order but got charged because "the restaurant started preparing it" within a minute of ordering yeah right. I took 2 days before processed on my card when I reached out to uber eats because I was charged the full meal they replied with the already prepared nonsense there is nothing they can do for me. Oh well. Deleted. Value your dollar and those companies that value you.”

“MOST UNRELIABLE!! For the first time I tried to order from them for my daughters birthday party. They charged me £7.99 for delivery and £2.99 service fee which I didn't mind but they kept delaying the order and after 2 hours cancelled it! Never using them again”

“Please DONT USE THIS APP!! They rob you of your money, and just like everyone elses reviews that I’m reading…when I canceled the order within 30 seconds of placing it. $98 for flipping pizza!! STOP OFFERING “CANCEL ORDER” if you’re clearly never going to refund us. But before this had happened, our other order we received was completely incorrect and belonged to another person. So they decided to refund us that time, and then gave us a $15 gift card THAT THEY TOOK THE TIP AMOUNT OUT OF. So instead of them paying their driver the tip, they not only didn’t refund me the amount for the full order, but they took the tip out of the gift card.”

“Absolutely horrible service. They rob you of your money and could care less about the customer. I’ve been a loyal customer since the beginning but now the service is insane - I have wrong orders, orders that never arrive, and food safety issues and they tell me they’re sorry and can’t refund me. Insane.”

“Do not use this company, well known thieving gets, ordered food, the driver took photo of there dashboard and said food was on the step. Uber support say not entitled to a refund and no replacement food to be sent. Uber support staff were horrendously rude, mcdonalds staff say uber drivers have been stealing a lot and once orders have left the restaurant its down to uber.”

“Do not even consider to use Uber eats!!! They are always late and all you might eventually expect is cold food delivered late. The drivers never respond calls or chat. Uber eats can sometimes assign 3 or 4 drivers to your order but each of them may cancel the delivery after 10-20 minutes. Stay away from the cheats!”

“Absolute disgusting service. Missing items AGAIN. and because I've had An issue before they are r3fusing to refund me my missing items. They refuse to contact me even tho o have requested someone to call. I sent proof of pictures and I recored it at the time just in case. Yet they refuse to refund even with all the proof. Uber eats are are joke and are STEALING from people. I was missing two items as well. Oh and it took 1 hr and was cold. But all I want is money for missed items. SOMEONE PLEASE SORT IT.”

“Please do not use this compnay for anything. I placed order and driver did not contact me over phone vie message or call, nor did they arrive at my house. I left numerous messages on the app no one reply yet when I called they advised they would send text message straight after the call waited no message. This compnay does not have any integrity and I think it should be boycotted as no-one should have to be treated like this again. Please never use this company again”
