Uber Eats the worst customer service - Don't use I have placed an order which I canceled within five minutes I ordered and they still charge me over $100 for the order. I phoned customer service to do a refund and the person said that they can not do that because the system will not allow it. This is unacceptable. How can you charge someone when there was no order at all?

KJ was extremely unqualified and unprofessional today. She refused to understand why I called and what I was asking for. She told me that she could not ask any else and I could wait but no one would be helping me. She also said that if I call back no one could help. Wow, Uber eats! I didn’t get my order and your agent can’t even act human.

Pls don’t ever use them. I had an $80 order that was never delivered. They refused to give me proof of delivery, contact the driver on my behalf or offer me a refund. Pls run away from these scammers!

My order was delivered to someone else’s house and when I contacted customer service it took 15 minutes to get someone to chat with me and they told me that their system shows the order was delivered so they cannot give me a refund. When I told them that the photo of the order that the driver uploaded shows my order at someone else’s door. Customer service disconnected from the chat. I have used uber to travel and for food deliveries for years but I will not any longer. Customer service was terrible and I don’t understand why they would refuse to refund me as my account with them has been active for over 5 years and i have spent so much money with them in the past they chose to lose by business over a 30 dollar order.

I’d give a 0 if I could. Would not refund an order I never received that the picture showed was delivered to a house that was not mine. Because it had happen with a previous order that needed to be refunded to reordered I was told my account was eligible for a refund for Uber Eats mistake.

Very disappointed. To charge $25.00 for a delivery fee for a block and a half away is excessive. However, to charge $25.00 for a delivery that wasn't even delivered is unacceptable. Zero stars for a review.

Don't use them! Order was 23 minutes late after the latest "promised delivery" time, it was cold and 2 of the 4 items were wrong. Restaurant credits were not applied as promised, so we paid 40.00 for 23.00 worth of food. We could see by the driver location on the app that they literally were sitting at Whataburger for 45 minutes. Instacart AI chat and support refused to do anything and were useless. Stay away! I can see why this is 2 out of 5 stars.

Ordered for for me and my children, my food was cold and my children’s never arrived and when I’ve asked for my money back they have just said they can’t. Will not be using them again wish I could put no stars

I ordered food in a very different area by accident and cancelled immediately (less than 1 minute. They still changed me the full amount. I appealed to customer service and there was nothing they could do. I deleted the app and will never use Uber again.

Delivery was delayed by half an hour. I was watching on the map, and when it looked like it was at my address I wasn't contacted. A few minutes later, I saw the courier had put a picture of the food on a motorbike, so I guessed the courier was there and went downstairs to collect it. There was no courier to be seen, and the food had been left unattended in the Street on a busy Paris road. I tried to call the courier twice and just got voicemail. I looked for the courier, nowhere to be seen, and I couldn't go and collect the food (despite not wanting to because it had been left unattended), because I would have to go back up to my apartment to get my keys and leave the food unattended in the Street. I was there for 10 minutes waiting for the courier to arrive and no one arrived. This was clearly a bad courier, but even worse is that when I tried to get a refund from Uber Eats, they told me I'm not eligible because the courier had waited at my apartment the required amount of time, which is untrue. I even had a picture of the unattended food in the middle of the street. Very disappointing, awful service and careless.

I have been ripped off for over £48 for a service that they never provided. We ordered our food and 3 times they changed drivers over an hour long period, so we tried to cancel it because our food would have been stone cold and they refused us a refund. SO WE GOT NO FOOD AND NO REFUND 🤬🤬🤬

I have been getting cold food, empty bags with notes written on them that food was unavailable, and drivers that cancel last minute lately. Then I’m hassled when I ask for a refund. I guess I’ll go back to DoorDash!

I ordered from KFC, They didn't deliver a beverage for my meal. I tried for a couple days to ask for a resolution, They are arguing with me and denying any wrong doing. I am diabetic. They think it's normal to rip off customers of their orders and think it's just dandy. You can't do that to long time customers! They are extremely unethical and unprofessional! Avoid them!

I did not get my order. I watched the tracker and kept telling the driver she was getting further away from my home. Suddenly it said delivered and Uber eats absolutely refused to resolve the issue by replacing the order or refunding my $70

They charged me more than the food itself for cancelling … they have horrible and I mean horrible customer service. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. They don’t deserve any stars.

Disappointing Experience with SuperSpud (Chadwell Heath) via Uber Eats Ordered a jacket potato with tuna mayo and sweetcorn from SuperSpud, paying extra (£3.60) for additional tuna mayo and butter. What arrived was completely wrong—a jacket potato with tuna and cheese (which I cannot eat), and none of the extras I paid for. Not only was my order incorrect, but I was left with food I couldn't eat, meaning one portion went straight into the bin. I reached out to Uber Eats to report the issue, and their response? A £2.33 refund, even though I never asked for one. This doesn’t even begin to cover the extras I paid for, let alone compensate for the inconvenience. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience—wrong order, missing extras, and a poor resolution. Won’t be ordering from here again. Zero attention to detail.

Impossible to get in touch with a living person by phone. Website says you can pay cash on delivery. Try to order that way couldn’t. Finally found a phone number and the woman didn’t speak English. She kept babbling never answered my question.

I think some of the uber eats delivery drivers are crooked. I had ordered eggs from Safeway that were 2.46 per dozen so I ordered 20 cartons. I ended up with nothing close to what I ordered and paid almost the same price. The driver Lloyd knew exactly what he was doing and clearly wanted to make his money for the delivery that was ridiculous!!!!!! I will never use uber eats again and will encourage people I know to do the same.
