I’ve had consistently terrible experiences with Uber Eats. Multiple times, orders have taken over two hours to arrive, and the food always arrives cold with condensation inside the packaging, clearly showing it was left waiting for pickup. When I raised these issues with customer support, they either ignored me or abruptly closed the chat without resolution. It feels like deliveries are delayed because drivers are taking other orders in between. Overall, Uber Eats provides one of the worst delivery services I’ve experienced. I strongly advise against using their platform.

Horrible Horrible Horrible company. The driver stole my food. Order never received. Phone support no help. They told me to wait 6-12 for a email response. Horrible never again. My first and last order!!!!!

They take no ownership for their own business; hot food showing up cold, food damaged or not even delivered correctly, Uber takes no responsibility. They blame the drives, and state that as contractors, drivers are not the responsibility of Uber.

Uber Eats stole $20 from my company. My company gave me a voucher. When I tried to use it, it would not work. Trying to get help was a ridiculous endeavor (0 stars for Uber help). I somehow stumbled in to a help process - they took the voucher out of my account and archived the help chat. I still don’t have my voucher and they refuse to respond. I guess I will contact my company and let them know Ubereats is refusing to accept the vouchers they are gifting

They are terrible , always taking a long time for food to be delivered, food always open or items missing , I would not recommend.

I received awful service from UberEATS today. My breakfast order was wrong and missing a few items. I raised the issue with customer support. I know the issue of missing items is not with UberEATS but with the restaurant, but HOW DARE UberEATS make me feel like I am being dishonest and trying to get my money back on a missing hashbrown and a sausage patty! No, it is the principle that my order was delivered wrong!!! I am incredibly saddened to hear UberEATS based my current review on the number of orders I have received price adjustments or credits, which is two out of nine orders! However, almost every order I have received from UberEATS delivery has missed items, missed delivery time or been delivered cold, which I have not raised and let slide. However, the originating issue concerns UberEATS and the restaurant, not the customer. I wouldn’t have to contact UberEATS and complain if my order was remotely satisfactory! I am offended by the insinuation that I am perhaps being dishonest.

The uber eats is the worst food delivery services. I ordered the food and drop the order 2.5 hours later. My food was cold and soaked. I will not use uber for food delivery.

The price is more than the actual price that the restaurants display in their websites. The increased price is too much that the difference very high not worth to pay by the customers. Also ubereats refuse to give refund for the foods that are not good. Very frustrating so decided not to use this delivery company anymore. Instead we can order the food directly from the restaurants to save huge $$$

I ordered breakfast from a restaurant on their app, waited an HOUR for the food to arrive. Once it did it was the wrong meal, and to make it worse I couldn’t eat the food even if I wanted to because it’s got tomatoes and I’m allergic. I file a report on their app, keep in mind this is my second time ordering with them. And they denied my refund request. So I naturally reapply for them to look into it, and I look for their customer support number. Imagine my shock when I find out they took down their customer support number, and do everything via message only on their app. Terrible TERRIBLE experience, will be deactivating my account, and going back to DoorDash. I disputed the charge with the bank, cause I refuse to be robbed of my hard earned cash at this time of year. Ridiculous.

Chat support is just people copy pasting pre written scripts. They don't even read or respond to your request. Better off using door dash at least if something goes wrong they will make it right I ordered food. In my case the restaurant called me to apologize for forgetting to add a portion of my order in the bag. When I asked for a refund for the items that weren't received I was told the items ordered were delivered and I was not eligible for a refund. When I tried to explain what happened or ask for a manager they just copy pasted the 1st reply.

My experience with Pamela Experts { pamelaexperts @g mail.com} has been great! They are knowledgeable and very straight forward and patient! I’m so thankful for their expertise and help in helping me get my money i invested with some investment illegal brokers i found on Facebook .

Placed an order and waited an hour an half before it was delivered . Go to the door to get it. Not there . Sure they credit my money back but I had to contact them again about returning my tip. Father more it’s 8:15 no dinner and they are not at all concerned. No offer to compensate me at all . Happened once before. I’m done except the darn money they credited me back. Never had this problem with door dash.

TERRIBLE costumer service. I had many situations with the same result: they ask for sorry, dont give your money back EVEN WHEN YOU RECEIVE HALF OF YOUR ORDER and block you to reply. Done. Horrible, a shame.

Charger for items I didn't receive and was refused a refund ....that is stealing so never again will I use this app customer service is horrendous. I closed my account and will never us this app again .
