Worst Worst Merchant and UBER EATS cancellation agreement. Why don’t you just notify that you can’t cancel and just proceed with the order and delivery. Rather than charge a cancellation fee with the same price as the order itself and not delivering it. UBER should review their policy. Subscription over!

DO NOT USED UBER EATS.. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEY HARD EARN MONEYS.. I ORDER USEING A PROMO THE PROMO DIDN'T SHOW UP ON MY ORDER.. SO I CANCEL IT and THEY DIDN'T GIVE MY FOOD OR MY MONEY BACK!!!! DON'T USE UBER EATS!!!!!!!!

Yo les apuesto que si yo fuera NEGRA O CUBANA ME HUBIERAN REGRESADO MI DINERO… Hice una compra que la negra driver dejó en una casa equivocada.. Entonces reclamos y les digo que no es mi casa. Hay más de 65 fotos del mismo piso donde siempre dejan lo que compro y no pueden resolver… Y luego te mandan en letra mayúscula(ósea gritando) NO RESPONSE NEEDED Claro que si, estúpidos se supone que están viendo la brutalidad que cometió el driver. Porque les dan la oportunidad a cualquier anormal que obtenga trabajo.

Caution!! If you cancel an order within one minute they will charge you full price and give you nothing. Was a full time customer ordering 8-10 times a week. That move just costed them more than what was stolen from me.

if I could rate zero I would, terrible service from the support manager, they didn't solve the problem of the incorrect address and just decided to take the money for the delivery. “Thank you”

Review that was attempted 5 times to leave: “The store was great! The driver, however, left the most rude comment on my order as I was actually passed out and almost dead on the floor. So, that was cool. And then Marion, the chat customer service agent, whose response to my complaint was “leave something in the review so he can read it and learn!” and then blew me off all four times I asked for help and ended the chat without finishing the conversation. FYI, Marion, according to your company’s policy, the drivers don’t see the rating or comments for my safety (thanks!). Sadly, I don’t get to have my education session with MYASNIK. So, on principle, and because this whole situation is incredibly demeaning, I’m escalating this as high as I can. I’m posting this on every review site it can. Well, I just had a horrific experience with a Uber eats delivery driver. After multiple texts back and forth on where to deliver plus delivery instructions when I ordered. He was very adamant that he couldn’t find the place. Believe me I live in the middle of restaurants and bars and which delivery instructions not difficult to find. Mind you for over a year Uber eats drivers leave food outside the building, never show up or show up really late. Tonight topped it off, the delivery driver I had to meet somewhere else as he said he couldn’t find the place, when I suggested to him come with me I’ll show you for your next order, he got abusive and scary. I feel like my life just got threatened. What protocols and processes does Uber Eats have in place for customer safety? I feel like I need to report to the police as he knows where I live and I feel my life is threatened. Not being racist but only 1-2 nationalities behave this way. I - where they have been given refuge status . 2 nd - students from a large Asian country. Seriously, I can see something horrible committed by Uber Eats drivers in future. The community and Police need to be aware of it. Plus Uber Eats needs to be accountable for their drivers. #ubereats #ubereatsdelivery

What is the point of paying for priority!? Our delivery driver picked up our food and then went all the way to Belvidere! We live in Rockford. So we text him to see whats up and he said, "he had other deliveries to make first!" Then he decided to keep our food and our order was canceled!

Do not bother with chat. Most of them cannot understand english or do not read what you type. After two hours , my order was never received. After a whole lot of effort , I was promised a full refund. Never received it and they wiped the order off of my app so now when I try to communicate about it they don't see it so there's no resolution. SCAM! I have proof of the charge and proof through the restaurant of the order. I will get a refund but I will never use uber eats again.

I placed the order and I cancelled the order same time bc of late etc delivary time. They charged me for no reason. I tried to work two different customer service. They did not help me at all. I don’t recommend anyone to order food from them. Worst company

2nd time I've ordered something and the food says delivered and never shows up. 2nd time I have to wait 10 days for the money back. I will never use them again. They do no due diligence with their employees. It's a joke.

Every single order is messed up. Every order has a missing item. If they don’t fix this I will not be able to use them any more. Find a system that keeps drivers from stealing food. How do you even stay in business?

I canceled my order literally the second after I placed it bc I ordered wrong thing yes I should have paid attention but dude I was never warned or told about the cancellation fee but I had a 31$ order and was charged 17$ for cancellation that’s completely a scam customer service was nothing but useless acted like it was normal and my fault all around crappy service but Uber eats has the best deals for discounts on anything being delivered only reason I like to use them

Uber eat is a scam, nothing compared to DoorDash, I placed a pick up and when I arrived to pick up my food , Chipotle didn’t even have what I ordered, it’s no way for me to know that when I ordered the food and ordered paid for it the restaurant won’t have it. So I canceled my order at Chipotle when I arrived they told they didn’t have any more chips and guacamole, Uber eat keep my money. I don’t think this right. I give DoorDash 10 stars above Uber Eat. Anytime there was issue with my DoorDash order they always refunded me or credit my account. I advise no one to use Uber Eat ..

Uber drivers take the orders and don't deliver them. They are essentially thieves and Ubers response is to give you a credit, rather than FIRE the drivers. How many times have my orders been taken by drivers who claim to have had a problem with delivery. Don't have this issues with Door Dash so I think I will stop using Uber together.

We ordered in Las Vegas for seafood it was a 200.00 order and the restaurant says that they don’t participate in any delivery service. Uber eats refuses to refund my money. We filed a police report with Clark County Police.

When ordering groceries they kept getting the wrong items and would not refund the difference between what I asked for and what they sent..so they stole from me and did not wanted to deal with it. There was knowbody I could talk to. They suck.
