“I ordered a 70.00 meal and recieved it very cold! Not edible. And they forbid any meaningful complaint. You just lose your money and get no respect from them. Do not use them.”

“Worst service ever, being charged for items that weren't delivered and when I've raised the issue they refunded £2.99 out of £15 . Will never use the service again, very dissapointing to treat loyal customers like this pretending that you don't understand that a whole item is missing not just the "extra bit "”

“You took $47.74 from my account after it was placed back on. I feel you stole my money, and I will report you to the attorney general’s office and Better Business Bureau. “Just used Uber Eats to get food for my 3 kids and family. The restaurant Hayati Mediterranean Cuisine in Miami florida. I questioned the driver if the order was correct and he insisted it all fit in a stapled bag. Only a third of the order was there. The restaurants number isn't valid and after 33 minutes with Uber Eats customer service I was offered a partial refund. Biggest scam of the century.”

“I WAS IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT AND BEEN SORE, SO I DECIDED TO USE UBER FOR GROCERIES, I WILL NEVA DO THAT AGAIN EVER!!! BETWEEN THEM NOT GETTING ALL MY ITEMS, GETTING THE WRONG ITEMS, REPLACING ITEMS WHEN I SAID DONT REPLACE. NOW I HAVE TO TRY TO GET TO THE STORE TO GET WHAT I NEED TO COOK FOR MY KIDS. “Dishonest drivers. Poor service usually always spilt drinks or wet food. Most of all claiming to have delivered on the mac ds app but dont actually do it. Really poor service. Will not be using uber again. Will discourage others in using uber. Keep up the bad work uber.”

“They deliver the wrong order and upon contacting them they refuse to help and asked me to just leave a review to improve future service but they cannot help me with correct order or refund .customer service is really bad they use made up templates to reply.I even asked them to speak to the restaurant but every time same reply they cannot refund just leave review and they will improve their service for future orders”

“They will outright steal your tips and your prop 22 monies. They will make you spend hours on the phone just to get your money back. They are thieves. And almost every single address they give you is wrong! It's not the drivers fault, it's the company's fault.”

“The delivery drivers are great, but I never get the food I pay for. Something is always wrong, missing items I paid for, incorrect sauces, etc. I called the restaurant that I ordered from last, and they said there is a problem in how they receive the orders from Uber. I don't know who is to blame here, but they need to get it together on both ends. I'm also still waiting to hear about missing items that they emailed me about weeks ago. Supposedly they opened an inquiry, but I've never heard back. Will stick with DoorDash since they are reliable. Bye Uber!”

“Late most of the times, last time it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes from a shop that's 1/4 mile away because the driver was lost. the Uber takes no responsibility for anything that happens, the shop that you order never takes responsibility as well so no matter what happens, we as costumers are always wrong and we eat cold food. The delivery guys are always different from the ones that show in the photo, and the best part is that I payed for Uber one to have free delivery and I still need to make an order more than £15 even from a store that is 1/4 mile away. Rediculus.”
