I will never use under eats again I got ripped off on grocery delivery. The service fee said 3.99 then on checkout said 6.99 then they expect tips and if I don’t I feel bad nope I will get off my a$$ and go get my food myself this will never happen again I will never use this service.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed to discover a hair in my burger upon delivery. I immediately reported the issue to Uber Eats customer service and provided clear supporting evidence, including both photos and a video. To my surprise, the response I received stated that a refund could not be issued. I asked for clarification and a proper explanation, but was met repeatedly with the same automated response from an agent named Rahma. This lack of accountability and poor handling of a valid complaint is both frustrating and unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I will be escalating this matter further. I also want to make it clear that I will no longer be using Uber Eats going forward.

I spent so much money with these guys, and it’s nothing but problem after problem. What sealed the deal for me was they couldn’t find a driver for my order. So I canceled the order, and they still charged me full price for that order. I was on the help chat and transferred seven different times to seven different people, with a few of them saying don’t worry we will get you a refund. It’ll take 3 to 5 days. To then be transferred to someone that said I am not allowed a refund. Also, don’t listen to their promotions, they will say bundle a second stop for no extra fee. There will be an extra fee, and once you click that bundle button, it’s too late to go back because they will also charge a full price for that. Download at your own risk and be prepared to hand them your money.

Uber estimate time for delivery is by the far the most misleading piece of data. If you’re looking for delivery under 30 minutes - it’ll pull up restaurants, once you place the order it uses that as the lower range and upper wrangle is >30 minutes, and even that keeps changing. I’ve never had my food delivered between those two ranges, doesn’t matter how much the upper range keeps moving. There is no such thing as customer service. They repeat the same monologue from the same sheet and never help out. Talk about the worst CX. This applies to every time I’ve used this service - which is very rare and only if I have no other choice

My delivery driver just dropped my order off at a random house even though the address is an apartment and gave clear instructions. The phone number for the driver is also not the driver. No one to contact or dispute the charge

I ordered a meal at Burger King junction one and the meal arrived freezing cold and the drink was a Fanta that was hot. I was not impressed at all

The orders are consistently late. When we choose a restaurant, the ETA displayed is nowhere near the actual delivery time. Uber Eats provides a “latest arrival time,” which is often 40-50 minutes later than the original ETA, but the order still arrives later than that. Customer service is unhelpful and never resolves issues. There's also an option for priority pickup, which costs an additional $3-$4, but even with that, there’s no guarantee your order will arrive on time since the driver may deliver other orders before picking yours up. If there was a negative review i would have given that. Anyway we have stopped using this App

I have a horrible experience today with Uber Eats. I being a single household member and sick to an extent that I can not even go at the main door of my building to receive the order. I arranged by calling the building manager to allow delivery at my door. The Uber Eats App. was showing it’s coming and when the driver is 2 minutes away, The DELIVERY PERSON NAMED SAMANTHA CANCELLED The ORDER. I was not informed by her. When I cannot even get out of my bed properly , I had to cook my food to avoid starvation. I could not rely on Uber Eats for the 2nd order to be delivered. How come the delivery person decide to deliver the food or not without even informing the customer ?? Why Uber Eats is allowing this type of poor service to cause tremendous grief to customers ? I strongly recommend that Uber Eats take this review seriously and upgrade their service to avoid causing this type of inconvenience to its customers.

Worstttt delivery app ever. And it keeps getting worse. Delivery address is wrong, my orders frequently gets missing. Customer representative hates their job and put their attitude on customers.

Ordered food at 7:30. Delivered at 9:00. Customer service didn’t offer discount on next order, didn’t apologize or anything. Will never order from them again. App deleted!!!

They have the worst delivery in the world. They should not allow people to pick up more than 3 orders.. who's want to eat cold food after paying $20-$30 dollars for food then you complain and customer service does nothing at all I am done with them
