Absolutely horrible service. They clearly don't care about their customers and only care about money. If you want good service use Uber. They charged me for a 31 dollar order that I cancelled 1 before to store accepted it and 2 before I even got a driver and when I asked them about it they kept telling me there is nothing they can do and that I'm talking with the highest level person I could and tried to make me feel bad by saying they have to pay the store back! I don't care that a million dollar industry has to pay another million dollar industry also you literally just took my money.

I placed my order, it was picked up by some delivery driver and was on its way, about five minutes away the driver canceled the order and I didnā€™t receive my delivery. It was my dinner and the driver took it home instead of delivering the order. There is nothing happening to the delivery driver, but Iā€™m out of my dinner and thereā€™s nothing I can do about it, except telling everyone to not order from Uber eats

I signed up to Uber Eats to send treats to my kids, who are at different Canadian universities. None of my orders has been delivered. In the first case "the restaurant hasn't got the order", in the second one the bakery didn't have the cake I picked from the menu. Nevertheless, my card was charged about $240. I spent a lot of time making and tracking the orders and finding a way to complain. Their app doesn't allow any feedback. I am still trying to get my money back.

The second we give Uber Eats a 1 star rating they say "Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with uberEATS, What went wrong", like they want to convince us they'll actually fix it. Spoiler. They won't. My issue was 3 drivers in. a. row. The first time, I gave painfully specific instructions on how to find my place. They stated it was delivered and shared a photo...of the wrong building on the other side of the parking lot. So I walked to get it. It was cold. They were 20 minutes late then my walk was like another 5-7 minutes. I let it go because I assumed the driver was from a State that can't read like Mississippi or North Dakota or something. The second one was 45 minutes late. I was in constant contact stating how hard I was to find. Guys...I'm one of 4 buildings in the parking lot. My food was cold, hard and inedible. What makes it worse? The place I ordered from was across the street. I was in meetings all day so I ordered it. I couldn't get it myself. It didn't matter anyway. It was so cold and hard it was inedible. I called Uber Eats who said "we could maybe give $3 back". I told them I was done. And I was. But my wife convinced me to give them *one more chance. I gave even *more specific directions. They *still couldn't find it. I had consistently tell them to follow the directions I gave. They circled the parking lot four times before I finally told them *firmly to follow. the. directions. Going forward, I'm *officially done with Uber Eats. The idiocy of these drivers is astounding.

The delivery drivers are incompetent, recently have been taking 30-50 minutes to deliver from a place that is only around 15ish minutes away so they're of course delivering other food along the way, and I can see they're stopping at houses but yet when I call asking what is taking so long they always have the same sort of excuse that "something is not working". Today I ordered Ā£35 worth of food and after waiting around 40 minutes and watching the delivery man drive past my road and stop at other houses when I received it the paper bag was wet and broken I don't know how the delivery person wasn't ashamed of handing me that mess, the food was also wet and because the bag was broken some food fell onto the floor becoming inedible. Just a waste of money because of these delivery people. Uber Eats customer service is also trash so better idea to avoid this company.

They are out of touch completely! I have used over for years and now the past 2 years almost daily, but I got no respect and no resolution. I was charged an alcohol return fee along with fee for alcohol that I did not get! I only received the mayonnaise because the Uber driver called and stated that the alcohol was much higher in price than on the app, so it wouldnā€™t scam, and the cashier could not override this. He then showed up and gave me the mayonnaise and the paper receipts from Walgreens. I was told by Uber chat that the order was cancelled because my identification couldnā€™t be scanned, but the driver didnā€™t have anything for me to scan as he stated that his next delivery was now on his phone and he didnā€™t have any wine anyway. I work too hard for my money and spend a ton of money with Uber over Lyft and DoorDash not to be given the proper customer satisfaction. I donā€™t even think they know what that means anymore, because this is not the first time something similar has happened, but this time I chose to not just let them keep my money and sweep it under the rug, something needs to be done!!!!

Never received food. Customer service was impossible to reach since we ordered through a restaurantā€™s app. Finally reached someone after going through 3 agents, and they blamed the restaurant and told us we were SOL.

Advertised Promo for Buy 1 Get 1 Free Meal at one restaurant but Did Not give the free mealā€¦ excuse/reason was given by Uber; however the customer was the one who suffered the loss. IMO if itā€™s advertised it should be honored. And Please Make it Easy for customers to give feedback! I had to search everywhere to find how! Restaurant food & delivery were very good. Uber, Please Improve.

I wouldn't event give it a 1. They charged my checking account for recent order and was not supposed to do that. When I order I am using my humana visa MasterCard card. Done it before without any hassle. They need to reverse this immediately. My checking account was not prepared for this

I had missing items from my order and they charged me for it and refused to give me a refund for my missing items. Another time, the driver stole my food. Another time I got someone else's order...they should be shut down and customer service is horrible. You can never speak to a manager.

Absolutely terrible service, ordered a carvery to be delivered at work,they picked food up ,paid neatly 30 pound,got a phone call to say driver was trying to contact us ,sent a message to say I was coming down (work in a hospital)waited 10minutes, no driver turned up ,couldn't contact no one ,so who knows what happened to our food ,never will I use these again robbing thiefs

They would not refund it even though there's video proof that the store had sealed the bag. The door camera proves that the food arrived unsealed and tampered with don't order from them because they will not honor any respect or the law

Uber eats sent the driver to a restaurant thirty miles away and my food arrived cold. They told me it was my fault and disconnected me. I will never use them again.

I will never use Uber eats again... my order not only wasn't received.. delivered or anything of the sort.. I tried to flag down the driver.. no response.. also didn't speak english.. how is that even considered customer service.. totally a trash, thieving, garbage business model.. and definitely not worth the hour wait for the delivery to not happen... šŸ–•Uber eats

I ordered something on UberEats and mistakenly had the wrong delivery address.. realized it immediatly and tried to contact them through their channels, which was an 11-minute wait on a Sunday night at 6:00. The 'help agent' said there was nothing I could do but incur the over $100 charge. Will never use them again.

I ordered a pizza, and they delivered a burnt one. The pizzeria, Little Caesars, said that Uber Eats should refund the money for the burnt product, but Uber Eats refuses to refund it. Y

I will never use Uber Eats again. I ordered a pizza that projected an hour loner than other apps and then was 20 minutes late. When I received my food it was stone cold. They said their policy was not to refund because it was cold. Also instead of handing it to me as documented in the app, they put it on the side of the house where I could not see it. I knew it was delivered because the app said it was. So instead of fresh hot pizza it was reheated leftovers.

Do not order at night Uber eats lets restaurants exclude food and then refuse to give you a refund. They literally have me going through hoops and bounds for a refund of a Frosty 2 dollar frosty? Iā€™m closing the acct and do not recommend it to anyone āœŒšŸ¾
