I do not recommend them at all they are horrible my orders are always wrong and canceled all the time ant they do not give you a reason and there is no phone number to call now so u just have to wait for a refund just like tonight I ordered and after waiting for 45 minutes for my order all of a sudden its canceled and I can't even call and ask what happened smh never using then again... yall are horrible

The customer service reps are rude and inconsiderate!! When you’re trying to get a refund when the merchant neglects to fulfill your order they tend to lie. The representative named Nate told me he couldn’t pull up my order and was very nasty!! I called right back and oh my a different rep located my order. Horrible customer service.

In general, Uber eats charges premium fees for barely mediocre service but when you are feeling lazy and don't want to get your own food are usually tolerable. The food usually gets there, and it is mostly correct. I have never left a review good (frankly that has only happened once) or bad (all the other times) but last night was the worst and I thought that a company like uber which makes such a big deal about service couldn't possibly be aware of how bad the actual service was performing so reached out with a complaint. The food was to be delivered by 6:30 the latest with an estimated actual delivery time of 6:25. I then received an alert from the app the food was ready and had been picked up at 6:08. The restaurant is straight shot 5 miles away down a very little trafficked rural road with no stoplights and a 45MPH speed limit so about 15 minutes seemed correct. About 2-3 minutes later I received an update that the delivery schedule had changed and it would now be delivered at 6:50 with a latest of 6:55. That now means my food was going to sit in a car for a minimum of over 40 minutes for what is a 10-15 minute drive. 20 minutes later the estimated delivery time was now 6:56 (the latest time of 6:55 never changed) then i would get updates every couple of minutes that it was later and later. The food finally arrived between 7:15-7:20 approximately 70 minutes after it left the restaurant. The fries were cold but also so soggy reheating was not an option. The burgers were ice cold (ironically the sodas were warm) and with the topping soaking through buns when you touched the buns they were so soggy they disintegrated. All food was inedible, so we threw it out made dinner at home. Uber eats acknowledged all the facts above were accurate and that I spent $73 on food that could not be eaten and was delivered almost an hour late. They offered a $16 credit which barely covered the mandatory fees (~15$). The mandatory fees (higher than all other comparable services) and voluntary tip I left my .49 delivery fee turned into $25 just in fees and tip. Mandatory fee was approximately 50% higher than tip. I will never use this service again and would caution others against using it and expecting positive results.

Despite the convenience of not having to drive or even being able to order from places that you typically wouldn’t try, the cost is typically DOUBLE what you would sit down and pay and literally 80% of the time something is not correct with the order. Then you are tipping based on the total amount you pay, plus the taxes increased, and fees increased, all while NOT receiving everything you’ve paid for. I paid $88 for a $41 meal. It is no longer worth the “convenience” because of greed.

Ordered a promotional meal off their app didn’t receive all of the items contacted driver store and Uber customer service. Nothing was done store acknowledged the problem, but Uber did not will not be using anymore.

Missing items from my order, received a credit back for missing items, then Ubers Eats took the credit back for the drivers tip. The customer is penalized for missing items. Horrible service

One of the worst companies, surely! They don't pay their drivers well, yet charge customers both a service and delivery fee, and then also ask them to pay a tip. Often, the restaurant is near your house, but the driver has to go to the other side of town first for another delivery, causing your food to arrive cold. Not possible to communicate with the company.

Zero customer service and they have some serious problems with the app. The app routes you to the wrong stores. I'm very understanding that these things need time to work out but when you try to cancel they refuse and won't give you a refund. I used them for grocery delivery with a $20 tip and it took them 5 hours to get to the store (I'm not exaggerating!!!!).

Absolutely disgusting service. Food took an hour to arrive and was stone cold and sweaty when it did. Kids were crying because it had stuck to the wrapping and I couldn’t peel it off. Chat service was non existent and they closed the chat before I could respond to their refusal for refund. Never again.

I had placed an order with them today from KFC, I ordered a 3 pc box that includes 2 extra crispy breast 1 extra crispy wing, fries,Mac & cheese, biscuit and medium drink. I only received 1 chicken breasts and I provided a picture of what they sent. These ppl tells me that the order matches what I received and no refund will be granted.

Once in a while, you find an Uber shopper who blows your mind, and tonight, that happens. This young kid is in college, and his profile says he likes to make people happy in his free time; that couldn’t be further from the truth. He texted me at every step of the way, asking me if the replacements were acceptable and taking care to find matches as close as possible to what I selected. I have never had a driver go above and beyond in all my years! This kid needs to run the customer service or training department; his skills and talents are too valuable to squander on the road. As a leader, I will make it my mission to pay my good fortune forward and raise some alarms about the work ethic and talent this kid possesses to the right people.

I had an order that took longer than expected. The driver was waiting for sometime and said he had to wait for they did not have something that is already made but had to make again. Uber or the restaurant did not communicate just the delivery man. This is not the first or second time or even third time with taking 30 to 49 minutes longer after what was said for delivery time. I just canceled my monthly Uber membership and will try door dash.

Offering promotions (75% off) and then when you take the time to order, you are informed at checkout that the promotion doesn't apply. I tried numerous restaurants and none of them worked and no, they did not have any other offers. A complete waste of time!

These guys are ridiculous. After ordering with a reported delivery of about 20 mins I watched the driver pass my pickup and drive all over town. When I cancelled because there was no way the delivery was going to even arrive within the hour they charged me for a delivery fee. I will never order from these idiots again.
