I was charged full price for a meal that was never made and never received. I cancelled my order right after i ordered it but UberEats insists that my meal was made and about to be delivered even though i called the restaurant and they confirmed that the food was never made nor delivered. Also, the UberEats customer service were very unprofessional and couldn’t see my issue properly. Once the issue was acknowledged the “agent” said that it’s a me problem and ended the chat in my face.

They do nothing for wait times and give no type of compensation for dealing with inconveniences that are not stated. My order was supposed to be picked up and brought to me within 30min ive been waiting for an 1hr 30min for something that doesn’t even need to be made and i just have to deal with it. Learn to reward loyal customers for inconveniences instead of telling them to sit and wait. Uber is getting worse and worse by the day especially with pricing

We were in Jacksonville, Florida when I tried to order from Wendy's using ubereats. The app sent the order to a Wendy's TWO HUNDRES miles away!!! I noticed finally and cancelled the order. I was still charged!!!!!! The "lack of support" person who did the chat with me said that that's the policy, too bad. I continued to state my case and this rube stated that I was just wasting time by complaining. I will NEVER use Uber anything again!!!!!!!

don’t use this company their frauds, you don’t get items you paid for and their answer is just this order isn’t eligible for a refund! i’m sorry but i paid for stuff i didn’t get it is eligible for a refund, total scam

Yesterday, on Christmas there was fraud my account and I canceled order right away , then called them. They yelled at me and said I did it and I won’t get my money back . I’m out over $140 .

UberEats owes my restaurant money and refuses to pay. It’s been an ongoing issue since August. I will never use them again. Soon people will find out about how they steal from small restaurants. I am filing a lawsuit.

Recently I ordered and get the ordered by payment but that delivery boy get payment from me and didn't record in the system so that again I started to order they ask to make the payment it happened in last Tuesday, I ordered al mas restaurant near kotena and the delivery person name Jeyakumar Diksankumar

Uber is one of the most horrible delivery options I order stuffs at 8pm and it was supposed to delivered by 8:55 and then the time update to 9:05, then 9:15, then 9:30,then 9:45 the 10:05 and then finally they cancelled my order …unprofessional service …I have advice all my friends and families to keep away from ..totally sucks …company is worthless

We placed order at 6.53 pm. Uber app shows status as "order not ready" as of 845 pm. We called restaurant. They said order picked up at 7.03 pm. Never ever Trust Uber eats.

They won't get another dime from me. Ever. They have taken so much money from me over the last two years. I am in tears tonight - again. I ordered a fast food meal. The total was $25. They couldn't find a driver, but when they finally did it said the delivery was delayed but she was headed my way. I messaged her and told her I would be glad to increase her tip once it got here. She replied "ok :)". I tracked the order, to the point it said that it was "almost here ", then "arriving now " . I got a message from the driver at that point that said "the store is closed!" . I saw a car outside my apartment speed off quickly and then it said my order was completed /delivered ! It wasnt out there - and I've been charged. I'm out $25 and have no food ! I reached out to help and let them know - and of course, it says someone will email me within a couple of days. Last week they delivered my Arby's order to a different apartment complex entirely - so I never received it , and I was charged - and told it wasn't eligible for a refund ! They are absolute crooks, and they make me sick at my stomach ! I will NEVER place another order with them !

I never received a refund : they say it's their right to leave the food on the street without warning you. Please be aware when using this app/service, there is a high risk of theft of your money and time : if the driver leaves your food in the street in front of your house (without calling you, and while you specified delivery in hands at the door) and in the 2 minutes it takes to go get your food, it gets stolen...well, Uber eats support will kindly deny your request for refund. So.. No food, no support, no refund. Nice experience 👍

UBER EATS SHOULD BE RENAMED AS UBER-CHEATS ! PERIOD. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER - NO WAY TO CONTACT THE DELIVERY GUYS. THEY CLAIM THEY TRIED CONTACTING WHEN NO CALL IS RECEVIED AND THEY DRIVE AWAY WITH YOUR FOOD....THAT TOO WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERING TO A HOTEL WHO HAS STAFF ALWAYS OUTSIDE TO ASK WHEN ROOM NUMBER IS SHARED WITH THEM.

Last night I ordered food from KFC. When delivered the order was totally wrong. I ordered original recipe, chicken and received crispy, which I cannot eat. Included in the order was mac & cheese, and I received mashed potatoes. These errors were in addition to a delivery that was extremely late, well beyond the quoted delivery no later than time. When I complained, they said the order was not eligible for a refund or adjustment. This lack of customer service is inexcusable!

I ordered a meal from Pedros in Raisethorpe South Africa. It was a scheduled order for the next day. Without warning, the order was cancelled at the last minute. I was stranded without food for my guests. I will never trust or recommend this app to anyone. Then it also took then like 3 days to return my money. Not pleased at all.

So I ordered food from uber eats delivered it’s late. Then the bag was unsealed and then I open the bag the lid was off my food. This is extremely unsanitary not to mention unsafe. Then refuse to give me the money back since I would not eat it.
