Delivered two chicken mayo instead of a mcrib and quater pounder - have pictures and manager and staff dont want to know and talk like robots. Very frustrating and will cancel all things uber, joke of a company.

Ubereats put the address of the restaurant as the delivery address, charged me for the delivery, service fee and order and when a taxi driver checked for me there was no order left there. I ask that there be an error check such that if the delivery is destined for the restaurant that this be shown as pickup because I was genuinely fooled into believing it would be delivered to my home because it said give the code at your door. Please put in the error check and refund me for the order that didn’t even exist at the delivery point when the driver looked for it. It shouldn’t be allowed to charge and then not leave the food there at least it should be left so the customer has a chance to ask someone to pick it up. Particularly bad when you’re disabled and then you don’t get dinner because the system is confusing and doesn’t tell you that the delivery is going to the store (in which case it should show as pickup) it would make more sense to have a screen asking you to confirm if you’d like it delivered to the restaurant you’re ordering from and ask if you want pickup. Thanks in advance for any help to sort this issue as I’m sure it’s fooled many. Also it would be good to have human customer service not AI

Food ALWAYS arrives cold! Every time! My last order(will never order delivery from Pantera again), was cold, bread slimy, taste was not better than mediocre, Fruit cup was mostly melons that might have been ripe in another to two weeks, maybe? Cookie was not one I would ever order again. Half sandwich, fruit cup, cookie =$25 w/promotions. Deleted Uber eats.

If you can stay away from Uber stay away they don’t care about their customers. I had bad experience with them like wise my child. My daughter oversee her food and a man was luring her in his car to collect the food , he came up to our door without the food and telling my daughter to go to the can to get the food the security for the building tell him he need to bring the food and he did not till this day my daughter never get her food or money back despite we call them and explained what happen. I am a student and a mom who work hard and sometimes I so tired so decided to bought food abt his present moment that I am taking the food price was too much so I canceled they did not even dispatch a driver as yet as I never got one they only said food preparing and they cancel and charge me a $39 for the cancelation which is more than the actual food. These people are crooks. I been using this company for many years with but today they loose a valued customer enough is enough people not even safe in these system , people need. To start resolve to the regular taxi services or buy their car which I will do. Just no if you added something and you decide the price too much they gonna charges you for it any way but when their workers decide not to show up with your food your charge for it. Nothing wrong with taking a fee for cancellation but they person enter ducking money come on, the owner are some selfish mother fuckers.

Garbage company. Driver got lost. Not sure how gps is everywhere. Tried talking to him on phone, but he barely spoke English. After 30 minutes of watching him be 1 minute away and not being able to find it I cancelled the order. But was still charged for it . Support is just as useless. For a company based on convenience, it's not convenient at all

I will be contacting a lawyer to see if I can sue you all because you all promise to deliver. As the young lady sued Taco Bell for that Sloppy no meat having Taco. Look at all these bad reviews from non delivered orders. This is grounds for at lawsuits!

One of the item I ordered was missed and they refunded the price and that’s all. What would they think? It was not just about money. Someone didn’t get his food. It took one hour to get the order. The dissatisfaction was beyond just refunding the missing item.

Very bad customer service. Spoke to Guiane I asked for a waive on the delivery service as i made a mistake on choosing delivery instead of pick up. It only took me a minute to realize my mistake and called them immediately. They would not give any considerations at all! I picked up my item as well. The delivery fee, tax on delivery fee, tax from the restaurant, service charge, etc. are outrageous. More than what i ordered from A&W onion rings. Please avoid making a mistake ordering in their uber apps, or youll be sorry😞

Girlfriend ordered dinner for me from Colombia. Food never delivered and they claim they couldnt find me. Stood outside my apartment building the whole time, driver whose name is Orlando never pulled in. Uber has no customer service to try and straighten this out. They only claim problem resolved when there is no resolution except them taking the money and no food delivered. Stay far away from this company

My order was picked up at 6:18pm, it is now 7:01 and my estimated time of arrival just keeps getting pushed out. I texted the driver and no response. I will never order using your services again. If I could left 0stars I would. You SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have held pending charges on my Vinmo account for over 10 days. ONE OF THE CHARGES IS INCORRECT & I'VE FILED A DISPUTE. It was the 1st and LAST time I will EVER order from them!! Go with doordash.

Be carefull about the customer service specialist of Ubereats. She will lied/ give you untrue informations. I had an order from blue nile that i recived half order . She told me she will refund the money for not reciving the full order. But than never did it. People please becare full about the lies of the customer service specialist of ubereats. She will wait for the 48 hours so she do not have to refund your money.

I ordered a deluxe meal and was missing half of my meal. I will still very hungry and the meal was not cheap. When I reached out to Uber Eats they said that it’s a done deal to rate the store etc. My point is Uber eats could have credit me partial payment of some sort or have the store send me the rest of my meal.

Customer service is a joke, no phone number to speak with someone directly, I was transfered to three different people, spent an hour chatting and got nowhere. Sent an email then and response made no sense either, completely dissatisfied. I was sent a promo for 50% off my next three orders, went to put in an order and instead of receiving $11.74 off my $23.48 order $4 was given,( pretty simple /not 50%) Nobody could figure out the reason/solution. I was told to place order and then contact them back and they would try to help me afterwards, Sure so I can spend another hour getting nowhere. I won't be using urber eats anymore.

I received the wrong order after waiting for over an hour. Speaking with a human is impossible, having the order resent is not an option. Never again! I ordered a cheese pizza and the mess of a pizza that I received is disgraceful.
