I order a product that said 3ct meaning three. It arrived late and I only received one. And the customer service number flat out tells you they don’t take calls anymore. And the delivery fee is x4 as much as the actual item

Paid $57 for a Burger King order and only got $25 worth of food. I was missing the majority of my order. All I got was a drink I didn't order, a burger I didn't order, medium fries, and two cheeseburgers. Uber eats denied a refund even with photo proof. Extremely disappointing and I will be trying to escalate this further.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I’ve used Uber eats three times and twice I’ve had to cancel an order and still got charged for them. The first when I was in contact with the driver and gave him the correct address and he still couldn’t find me and marked it as delivered even though it wasn’t an Uber eats refused to give me a refund since he marked it as delivered. Tonight I reach out to them immediately to cancel due to an incorrect address and was still charged and refused a refund. Do not use Uber eats ever! It is a shot in the dark on whether or not you will get your delivery and if the food would be correct.

First time using it and very dissatisfied. Food arrived an hour late, cold and not edible. I was given $9 for my $35 order. Scam of scams.

I have been using UberEats for a few years now but recently their service has deteriorated so much that I am trying to get their attention in hopes that they will do something about it I wish they had their own complaints section The main complaint is that their delivery is so slow that after 2 hours waiting, the only options I have are cancel the order or pick it up myself They must have a better way check the status and at least offer to find another driver

Go figure. I ordered my food at 3:30PM and the delivery time says 4:52PM. That’s a joke. I don’t think they’ll make it at that time. So like an hour 22 minutes before I get my food and i tried to cancel they said they’ll charge me $18.50 for a $23 meal. So I get $4 back LOL. Is there regulation on this kind of business?

I've ordered a lot through Uber Eats. They have gotten SO BAD. They do nothing for you if the order needs to be cancelled for any reason on their end. So it will be their fault, and all they will do is let you cancel the order and not charge you. Imagine waiting and waiting for an order that ends up NEVER arriving and they just say whoops sorry about that we will not charge you. And that's it. The chat person will just leave the chat and you don't have an option to talk to someone helpful. They will just keep repeating themselves. I persisted and finally got a small credit to my account. My head is spinning right now with how bad the experience is. I could not recommend this company any less. If i could give zero stars I would.

Food took 1.5 hours and then was missing items. Uber did nothing to resolve the issue and I highly recommend using other food deliver services. Mistakes happen but you need to be accountable for them and refund people for poor quality and service.

Every restaurant on instalation has Uber eats as delivery, and every restaurant delivers to me except that Greenville Michigan Taco Bell. Their drivers have an option to pick if they want to deliver or not, and 9 times out of 10 they will not. I am so sick of ordering tacos, waiting 2 hours and then have them cancel the order.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Driver delivered to the wrong house or didn't deliver at all. There isn't even a picture for the delivery. When I called customer service a lady named Karen answered, didn't issue a refund didn't provide any solution or refused to transfer me to her supervisor. After several attempts an agent named Prashant resolved the issue. Delivery drivers now know this and they rather mark the delivery as complete without actually delivering. Very unprofessional

I travel frequently. .I tried to order food with Uber eats and it showed restaurant supposedly near me I continued the order however the app did not give me a chance to check the address when I tried to check out thinking it will show the address where I m in that moment which was Atlanta. The order was already sent to a hotel in New York . I tried to cancel but it kept putting me with a robot untill I got human to assist was late and charged me 11 dollars for canceling and the rude agents just closed the chat on me . That was a theft and not a good app . Be carefull if you use it this app is not good. And now I lost the money and lost the food. Because the app just did not detect I m not in NYC but in atlanta.frustrating.

We had order food and they didn’t put our queso in our food as we paid for them to bring all of our food. my husband ended up having to go to the place and go get it. All while we tried calling the support and no one had answered. Would not recommend this app this has been multiple times. We literally paid for someone to bring our food, but we ended up having to go to the restaurant. Very frustrating…

It is a terrible thing that Uber Eats does not offer a refund for orders placed with wrong address. Will continue to use DoorDash because of this reason.

useless support team this app is a scam charges triple the price sometime quadruple the actual price on produce items. ordered banana guy brought only three banana uber invoice shows 2.25 kg for 3 banana where as the real invoice from safeway shows 400grams. i tried explaining this to support team he said we can't help it was not just bananas everything from produce was charged either triple the price or more. this is complete rip off i am taking this matter to consume court.

I feel like I've been robbed out of $30 & it's not the first time. Uber was the most reliable rideshare & food delivery service around but now I'm always worried about something happening. Their business etiquette has definitely defined over time & has me leaning towards Lyft & DoorDash

Placed an order - the app showed 3 different delivery persons assign at various times and then they just cancelled it. Horrible horrible service. I recommend deleting this app from your phone.

Garbage. Can't order from my favorite pizza place unless I order 1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small pizza. Obviously some coding error somewhere because I'm not trying to order a pizza of each size. Plus... I have $50 in my wallet that was a gift certificate from someone which is why I am trying it for the first time. After spending an hour trying to order a simple pizza and use a gift card... had to give up. WEBSITE/APP IS GARBAGE.

Delivery works most of the time, but lately it’s been unreliable. Orders come late or missing items, and support just gives generic replies. The app is easy to use, but service quality has really gone downhill.

They're a theif big thief I ordered some food today for my baby.ylu should hear the dasher saying how his gps stop him at 119 when I live at 117 I didn't even receive my 15$ back or my order but I cut all ties with Uber eat saying how dasher left order in a safe place please note if my dasher left my order at 119 I cannot enter that building if I don't live there or have a key how am I supposed to get order at that place so faraway stealing ppl hard earned money big y store I order from I don't have any photos for what I didn't receive
