“DO NOT USE. DOORDASH AND GRUBHUB ARE BETTER. Uber eats driver delivered to the wrong house. I never received the order. Ubereats refused to refund me. lol they will charge you even if you dont get your delivery”

“My order said delivered but when I checked, nothing. I contacted ubereats, after some steps on the app, they refunded me. BUT, I am HANGRY and ubereats could not care less. Should they not issue some additional credit as an apology?”

“My friend and I recently ordered sushi from a restaurant. I paid the money and waited for the food to be delivered to me. My meal was handed to the driver and it was on my way. However, we had a very serious problem, the driver was standing still and not moving. 40 minutes have passed and the driver is not moving and the delivery time is changing. We have already started to worry and have written her, but we have not received an answer. She remained in one place, then we decided to call the driver and ask what the problem was, but still there was no answer. We call Ubereats Support, they only offered different discounts. My English is not perfect because I am an immigrant from Ukraine, I had to ask several times because I did not understand. One lady who spoke to me started because of it and I just said thank you and hung up. Next, the driver sends me a photo of what appears to be eaten food, and it was immediately clear that it was a photo from the Internet. I wrote to her that this is a photo from the Internet, she answered "true" and canceled the order, that I didn't even have time to take a screenshot. I am disappointed with this service and do not want to order food there again. It was a terrible experience!”

“Order never showed up, contacted customer service and they said I couldn’t get a refund?? Tried calling and as soon I give all my info they hang up. Seriously, they just stole money from me. This is the absolute worst delivery experience I’ve had. The fact that I’m out $60+ now for literally no reason is infuriating. I will never ever order from Uber eats again.”

“I was wrongfully fired from Uber eats was never given a chance to file a appeal supposedly for low ratings which is bull because I made it to platinum status in a week then yes my ratings did drop some and I even asked Uber to fix my maps because I was getting lost it kept taking me into allies etc And would only take me to the back of residences in which they never did and there specialized team never got ahold of me and the required rating is 82 mine is 83 all my ratings are good”

“Use any other app besides Uber eats. On 3 different orders within the last year. I ordered from a restaurant on the Uber eats app. The driver they assigned to get my order would forget to grab the 2 liter or 24 oz soda I ordered with the food. I put in the app I have a wrong/missing item, No response. So I'll call and let them know that the driver did not bring my drink can I please get a refund for the drink I paid for and didn't receive. They're response is "I don't qualify for a refund so no and they don't send another driver to get my missing items. All 3 times I had to go to the restaurant myself to get my missing item. How do you not qualify for a refund when you purchase a item and don't receive it with your order 🤔. So I recommend you don't use them use GrubHub or Door Dash. You'll be much better off. Uber eats sucks the big one. They keep the money, the restaurant keeps the drink unless I feel like going to get it myself. You need to approve your customer service especially since I was a Uber one member. Missing items in a order should always qualify a refund when I pay for something and the driver doesn't bring it... PERIOD!!!”

“Uber eats app charged my card instead of uber cash. 5 phone calls to uber eats despite being promised that the credit of $25 will be sent back to my card. Emmanuel and Jean are not helpful. Incompetent and u professional service from ubereats. I will never use them again. Now Yra is attempting to help. I will have to call my credit card company for this. I'm beyond aggravated with uber and learned a valuable lesson.”

“Yesterday we ordered dinner from Acapulco Delight, through Uber eats. We went with them because the first time order would be free. Our dinner cost was 57.31. After entering all the information the bill total was 72.31. I canceled it immediately with them because they charged me for delivery, which I stated to them. Then I called Acapulco Delight to cancel the order. Uber Eats still charged me for the full amount! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Tried to get through to them by text. Answer I got was, you’re still going to be charged the full amount. F@#K YOU UBER EATS!”

“Absolutely horrible customer service. They are stealing $185 dollars from me for no reason at all. They werent available when I needed a correction. No one responded on their so called help chat. Can't call anyone. So now because I had to correct the order they are charging me twice.”

“Paid $28 for food I got 1 hour & 30 mins later that was hard cold . Didn’t receive my chili I purchased for my child.Requested a refund which was denied after sending the receipt & pix. Highly recommend DoorDash.”

“First off Uber eats is a rip off. I shouldn’t be paying $54 for one meal. There’s too many unnecessary fees. That’s why the drivers don’t get tipped all the time because after paying for the order plus the extra fees we can’t afford to tip. Than oncce I get my food the food is horrible. We should be able to talk to a live person but that’s not the case. Customer service sucks. I rather cook my own meals than to order from this app. I will save a lot of money. If you can afford that’s good but if you can’t don’t use this app.”

“Order from a Great Resturant Wildfire and was told the food was picked up and never delivered. Wow I hoped the driver enjoyed a free Stolen Menu. My money was reimbursed right away but would have rather enjoyed the meal I waited so long. Please check your drivers”

“My order was cancelled after an hour of it not being picked up during afternoon hours (not late at night). Tried to ask Uber eats if I could get it myself 45minutes into waiting and they wouldn’t let me switch to pick up. Then the restaurant couldn’t give me the food.”
