So I ordered food from uber eats delivered it’s late. Then the bag was unsealed and then I open the bag the lid was off my food. This is extremely unsanitary not to mention unsafe. Then refuse to give me the money back since I would not eat it.

Horrible. The chat bots are horrible when trying to resolve any issue and by the time you get a live representative there is nothing they can help with. Horrible

I am new in this city. I had never ordered form Uber Eats here. I asked to help me deliver my order after I realized I clicked "pick up" instead of "deliver" and they said they couldn't help me. I said I would pay for the Uber drive... nothing, still they couldn't do anything! Useless!!!

I ordered from Lazeez shawarma on Credit St Mississauga. The food was so awful that we had to throw it away. I ordered beef on sticks. The quality of meat was too low. It was tooooo hot although I had ordered Medium spicy. When I called the shop, the customer service was too rude and told me to call Ubereats if I had a problem. They have many negative reviews and I don't know why Ubereats sells their food and doesn't omit their shop from the list!

115 dollar order got 3 tacos. Must be Gold in them tacos. Week before missing a whole combo meal that was 20 dollars. They say nothing we can do. So good bye

I find it’s stupid I make a order for breakfast and find out my uber driver as few more stops before I can get my food And by the time he does show up my food is cold u guys need to fix this Not the first time I’ve been screwed by you guys and you figure after I wait almost an hour for my food 5$ off is ok I’m done with you guys after I rather support real delivery drivers who work for the store

They delivered my food to a wrong address and when I realized I didn’t receive my food I tried to call the driver..no response! Uber eats refused to refund me. I never received my food and the picture attached was not my door or home. Ridiculous! When I called the customer service rep was rude and condescending. Never ever again!

If I could give this a zero star I would. HORRIBLE service. I waited HOURS. I had kids to feed due to an emergency at home. NOBODY contacted me , they switch 6-9 drivers (I completely lost count) I called the store and nobody picked up. I looked on Google , Uno was already closed!!!! This company needs to refund those who never get their food and get charged. This is ridiculous. We work to feed ourselves and Uber eats take the food right out of our mouths. Highly not recommended.

The service is sooo poor. You can not rely on them. They don’t keep their word and the only service they offer to rectify their mistakes is 20% off on the delivery or free of cost cancellation. How incredible!!

Horrible service. When you order food they are quick on charging all the fees but when you get the food, most of the time is the wrong items, they forget something or simply get to you dead cold. After complaining many times genuinely, they sent me communication saying that I have a high volume of complaints. Of course! I want to pay for the quality and Items I wanted and you could not do it right. I closed the account and they won’t see a penny from me or my family members.

I ordered from red lobster. When I received my food, it was cold, my broccoli was hard, my biscuits were like rocks, and I didn’t have my pina colada sauce. I contacted both parties and neither would refund my money or replace the food!!!! Door dash here I come!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a mistake on the delivery address . I cancelled my order immediately and placed a new order at the same restaurant . I was charged twice and was not issued a refund . In other words I got stiffed. I will never use again . Beware

Worst experience ever. I ordered a medium combo (burger fries drink) A shake and 6 piece nuggets. The total was $23 ($16plus 7 in taxes in fees) The shake and nuggets didn’t come. The fries were cold. They gave me the wrong drink and I was only refunded $4.63. That is not even enough for the fees. If I could rate this company a negative number I would.

Promotions don’t work, tons of hidden fees, tons of fees in ANY order. Promo details SPECIFICALLY say that it works in certain stores yet whenever I attempt to order “Promo doesn’t work” or it’s not eligible for that order somehow and i’m not an idiot I KNOW HOW TO READ AND NAVIGATE IM GERY FAMILIAR THIS APP IS JUST SNEAKY. UBER EATS IS ROBBING PEOPLE! I hate it I loved it before but it just kept getting worse and worse the fees kept getting worse and support isn’t helpful. If I have a problem with my account no one is able to help. And most importantly the app just feels fake. It’s…gilded. Like a basket of rotten goods wrapped in christmas paper. I hate it. Doordash might not have the lowest fees outgrew but atleast they are still somewhat legit. This app just wants money and doesn’t care about the survive at all. especially customer support. Completely useless. And Uber one membership COMPLETELY useless it’s just straight up a scam. It’s a robbery. you are robbing people in plain sight and calling them service fees and delivery fees. Then having the audacity to force a tip cuz 10% goes to the actual delivery person who’s actually doing all the hard work. Then forcing a tip. It’s not the delivery people they are getting paid crumbs while the actual Corp. takes all the cash and forces us the consumers to pay the delivery guys after paying them extra. It’s like we’re paying for 2 people AND the food. I hope they get sued.

For everyone that rejected my orders and left them til the next day gotta be the dumbest people that exist because I’m the one that gives $10 to $40 tips depending on the priority but it’s ok keep treating people like you’re too good to deliver when it’s your job! What if you tried to swipe your card and every place rejected it how would you feel? At the same time it just makes the blessing for the driver that cared a lot better she will be getting a $60 tip for her travels!! But she will be the only driver I ever tip again and that’s a fact

The most horrible customer service!!! There is noone to take to. The answers are generic and if you have a issue, there is nobody there to help you! I haven't resolved even one issue I had with a delivery. Whatever, there is nothing you can do, but it's frustrating that they don't want to help you if there is something wrong
