“ordered the item on saturday 30th january 2021 the estimated delivery date was 3-5 working days i then recieved the tracking number on sunday the 31st january 2021 to which i proceeded to try the tracking number out i then recieved the error message “Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference ************* . Please try again tomorrow.” so i tried the tracking number everyday since and still the same message so i emailed them on friday 5th of january 2021 to which i still have no reply to this day”

“I ordered a phone charger ,2 weeks later no charger and they never replied to my 6 emails I sent them. Took my money and never delivered my charger . Never order from them again. Lost my £15 .Better use Amazon?”

“Fake online site. Stop scamming people It’s unbelievable to email your customers service several times and complete call back form as well and not getting an answer. 3 weeks since I paid for my item and still didn’t arrive. You gave me a fake tracking number. I got my bank to get my money back from you. It’s just a joke of an online shop.”

“I ordered 2 separate items and they just did not turn up tried to contact for updates but no answer on emails I have sent I understand sometimes things may take longer than stated so I am hoping the items come soon but been few weeks now ..not filled with confidence on this site not sure if I would order again”

“I placed my order on 30th January 2021, order confirmed with track and trace included. Track and trace number was not recognised by Royal Mail so I contacted UK mobile store who replied very quickly, informing me that track and trace will let me know its delivered when I receive the item?? Not sure if I misunderstood but that did not make sense to me. Surely you can track the package and see where it is in its journey to you? I was informed that the order had been dispatched on 1st February, a week passed by, nothing, I emailed to ask for an update, no reply, another week passed, still no sign of package, after multiple attempts to email UK mobile store, still no reply. I have since ordered the item I was after elsewhere on Friday evening, the item arrived the very next day from another supplier. Safe to say that it appears that uk mobile store are criminal. Taking customers money and not sending the goods. Its strange that once you have placed an order, you then see the negative comments from people that have experienced exactly the same thing. How these companies are allowed to freely trade and take peoples money with no intention of supplying the goods is beyond me. More should be done to protect the consumer from these fraudulent companies.”

“Very disappointed to say the least. Have not received order yet. Have tried to track via royal mail and MobileStore site unsuccessfully several times. Have emailed store 3 times and have had no reply. Absolutely shocking lack of customer service. I am in the process of getting refund from credit card company. Will never use again!”
