“Package was delivered crushed. Toothbrush boxes dented (not a big deal) but the box that the toothbrush replacement heads were in had burst open and the replacement heads rolling free inside the plastic envelope they came in. A bit more care could be taken to pack stuff considering I spent 40+ quid on 2 toothpastes and some replacement brush heads.”

“The sonic pro toothbrush is excellent and helps with my tendency to over brush, causing receding gums. However, the replacement heads are very expensive and Amazon did not take care of the box which arrived in poor condition. Thankfully the brushes were ok.”
“This is my first time with a sonic tooth brush and so far so good. It has three settings, sensitive, white and clean. I have more than a few sensitive teeth but using it on the full clean setting doesn't cause any problems. It looks stylish, sits nicely in the hand and my teeth feel clean after brushing. Too soon to tell if it slows plaque build up which is the main reason I bought it. The only slight downside is that on full power it's like brushing your teeth with an angry bee in your mouth.”
“A really gentle mouthwash and was pleasantly surprised at the refreshing aftertaste. I will keep using this as have also just had my teeth whitened and I think this will really help keep them fresh looking along with the very brilliant toothbrush!!”
“Have been disappointed with the my last 2 purchases of the whitening accelerator gel , while I find the results are good I found the product container not good as it was hard to get gel out of second last purchase as container seemed faulty and with this last purchase after only few days it was like it was empty so need to keep it upside now to get gel out . Disappointing as I do find the gel itself works very well

“I needed a replacement brush for my flosser. I had to buy an entire selection of heads to get the brosh. The others will be dumped, along with the others I have dumped. Such a waste. Please can you look into this.”
