“Love the product but sadly found the returns policy disappointing. The blush & rose gold brush heads are very similar and unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones which do not fit my toothbrush. I had only opened the plastic seal on one head before realising my mistake but I was unable to return any of the heads for hygiene purposes. I have therefore had to order 3 more heads and throw the original 3 away as they are no good to me. As a gesture of goodwill I was refunded £6 on my second order which I appreciate but not sure I will continue to use this product, would rather buy local.”

“Bought the basic model but that was £66 so not cheap. Got three settings but the on off front button is very sensitive and easy to change settings or switch off mid brush which lets this product down. Otherwise hapoy with product.”

“First purchased in 2021 reordered Spotlight’s toothpaste & brush heads several times. Also have their water flosser & whitening strips. However, noticed the toothbrush was underperforming and lacking in power, so have had to replace. Love the product but not sure if 3ish years of use before replacing is considered as reasonable?”
“My toothbrush head doesn’t go completely in, but leaves a little gap, plus the toothbrush stops for a second every once in a while. First I thought because I’m cleaning too hard but the circle has never turned red, so that might not be it.”
“it took a bit of getting used too being sonic as I was only used to an electric which I had had for several years. But as time has gone on I am so far really pleased with my new sonic bush, my teeth feel a lot cleaner with that feeling lasting all day. My dental check up later this week will tell me how things are going. Very pleased with customer service and general handling of my order and everything connected with it right up to delivery.
