“The Water Flosser I bought from Spotlight Oral Care is not very comfortable to use: the product's weight is not well balanced. This makes it difficult to hold it at the required angle and point the nozzle in the right direction for cleaning beween the teeth.
Also, the water jet produced by this Water Flosser is not as strong as I expected (i.e. it is weaker than the wired / counter-top Waterprik model I used in the past).
I don't want this product, but since I have opened the product, I cannot return it back to Spotlight Oral Care - that's very unfortunate! How am I supposed to try the product and see if it's suitable without opening it?”

“This is my 2nd purchase of the teeth whitening powder. I like how gentle it is on my teeth and I can use it with my regular toothpaste. There's no after taste which is good. “Very pleased with my Water Flosser with UV steriliser. I've had a lot of trouble with traditional floss and would always cut into my gums using it. With this tool, although my gums did bleed for the first couple of days, it quickly subsided. My teeth, gums and mouth feel so fresh after using this and I really like the tongue cleaner attachment too. The UV steriliser is reassuring. It does take a bit of getting used to and is inevtably quite messy, but the benefits far outweigh these slight challenges. Delivery was prompt, communication good and packaging excellent. Reccommended!”
