“I ordered the shirt 19 days (nearly 3 weeks) before it was required for a stag do. The normal turnaround time is 2 weeks and the busy period turnaround is 28 days. I don't believe it to be a busy period at the moment (Euros are over and the new season is yet to start) so I believe my order was late. When I highlighted the urgency of my order to the customer service team, no priority was given, at least 2 emails were not responded to and I was generally left not knowing what was going on. A really disappointing service and still haven’t had a response to my last email.”

“Got my order 6 weeks later than supposed to. Wrote a review on another page that the company had the nerve to flag as fake. They should put more effort into the service they get paid for rather than invest time into shutting down reviewers.”

“Am a bit worried now after reading these reviews as we paid for a shirt in June and paid for next day delivery - it still hasn't arrived and can't get through on telephone and no reply to email :(”

“Do not use. Website is misleading. Paid £8.30 for next delivery for a special match. 2 days later item still not arrived. Ruined my evening. Tried phoning, no answer as their mailbox was full. Email response was it’s not next delivery. It’s next day delivery from despatch? So you could be waiting for ever. Worse online company I have ever dealt with. Will never use then again. Complaint raised,”

“Misleading lead times. Advised to pay extra for delivery to guarantee getting the order in time after asking before placing order. Paid more and still didn’t get it in time. Asked them to cancel the order having not received it and that I had to buy an alternative but was ignored. Dishonest and misleading”

“The shirt was returned as it was incorrectly sized. It was returned around 2 weeks ago. They still have not refunded the money I am owed and no one picks up the phone. Beyond disappointing. Please do waste your money and spending it here.”

“NEVER EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP. I ORDERED A SHIRT. THEN THEY EMAILED ME SAYING THEY COULDNT SEND IT. THEN THEY DIDNT REFUND ME THEN WHEN I DISPUTED THE CLAIM THEY CLAIMED THEY SENT THE SHIRT AND HAD THE DISPUTE REJECTED ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE COMPANY DO NOT USE!”

“This is the worst company ever to do business with. We purchased a personalised jersey and set on the 2nd of December 2020 so we could receive foe Christmas. This arrived early January 2021 with the wrong characters on the personalised jersey. This then after finally getting an unsympathetic response we had to have this returned back the item they have made an error on in order to fix this. For context we live in Australia. We then sent this back the following week, and a month later after following up around 6 times they finally resent the item. We finally received this item after non stop reaching out to them for updates on February 15th. They then still to this date have not provided a refund on the return shipping as they promised after numerous attempts to get an answer. Stay away people!”

“Worst customer service i ever encountered. Bought a Lego truck. They sent me a bus that i already had, that was cheaper. No explanation, no refund. Atrocious customer service. I would certainly recommend anyone who is going to buy from this company to seriously think twice about doing so. Dreadful company, dreadful customer service. Don’t buy from the uksoccershop, ever.”

“Utterly rubbish customer service. Sent to the wrong place and then charged me again to get it to the right address. Took over a MONTH to get this sorted. Don't bother with this pathetic company.”

“I ordered a standard football shirt on 30th Nov 2020 and, nine weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. Press articles have been written about how bad this company is (https://www.footyheadlines.com/2020/12/attention-dont-fall-for-this-fake.html) and there is even a Facebook group for customers who have been swindled by this company. Do NOT use it.”
