“Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a personalised football shirt as a going away present for someone. The order was delayed to start with and they didn't phone to let me know. I had an email from them sat in my junk file asking me to confirm whether I actually wanted it personalised before they sent it. No, I just asked for it to be personalised for fun. The question wasn't an issue but they should have phoned so as not to delay sending it for several days. When I eventually saw the email and chased them, I asked them to change the delivery address to the intended recipient's house so it could be delivered directly before he went away. After another 10 days, it still wasn't there and turns out it was delivered to a shop near MY address. BY this point, the chap it was bought for had already left the country so I'm left with a crappy West Ham shirt I don't want. '3-5 working days' = '14 days, sent to the wrong address, and no phone contact to explain what was going on'. I would shop anywhere else but here again.”

“Please avoid this company! I ordered from them and got sent completely the wrong items and one item has never turned up, this is from an order placed 5 years ago! Customer service is truly awful and now they are writing fake positive reviews on here! This company is a disgrace. My advice is AVOID, you will only get disappointed and angry dealing with these people.”

“No issues, would recommend to anyone Surprised to see the bad reviews about this excellent store in net, buying from this store for the last two years and never had a problem, this is my first review as I thought I should do this, in most cases only the unsatisfied customers will put the reviews which will not reflect the true picture of the store, me and my friends received excellent service from this store and would recommend to anyone, happy customer from Australia”

“15/01/15 - I've sent 7 e-mails in 7 days, and all my requests for help have been ignored. My son is a mascot at Premiership football match this weekend, so having a replacement shirt which arrived with a blemish on it was critical. The service response from UK Soccer shop is disgraceful, I cannot believe they have let us down like this for such an important occasion. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this company based on the service or complete lack of it I have received. Also rang and no one answered.”

“I have had very poor service form UK Soccer Shop. They are miss leading with the descriptions of goods, & have failed to send my full order. Once I contacted them regarding my issues. I was met with a very abrupt series of emails, with which I had a continued correspondence. When I asked for a refund for my missing goods, and for a shirt I didn't order, I have been sent a generic response in the same conversation! Which show this company doesn't value their customers & gain money under false pretence. I would advise everyone to avoid dealing with this company!!!”

“As bad as it can get, no product and no refund. Placed an order, didn't receive any package or updates for months. I inquired, and was told that package was sent but there was no record of that or tracking number. I kept inquiring and they told me they would refund the purchase, I just had to submit a request on Paypal. I did that, and they never accepted it and have been ignoring my emails since.”

“I am a football collector from France, I have over 200 shirt in my collection. Recently, I found uk soccer shop website and I wanted to buy a shirt of Napoli. They delivered to me in France within 4 days. Shirt is beautiful. I am happy with this web and I will buy from again.”

“Ordered and paid for a full Messi childs kit for my son. The size was out of stock, but a customer representative called me to offer alternative and after their help on sizing it turned out I was ordering the wrong size anyway so it worked out well! Ordered received exactly as expected in just 2 days. Good service.”

“In Spain it is very difficult to find jerseys of international teams like BVB and Napoli. I buy my jerseys from different UK and Germany websites. I tried this shop to buy a shirt of Costa Rica national team. Delivery was fast and quality of jersey was perfect ! I will buy from this shop again.”

“Bait and switch. No apology. No attempt to fix. No integrity or customer service from what I can tell. Read on... I ordered a soccer jersey for my son, and I needed it by a certain day. When I ordered, it said the item was in stock, and would take 2-3 days to arrive if I paid extra for expedited delivery. I did that, but I was extremely chagrined to find that 3 days later, the status of my order was marked as "printing." Realizing that I would not get the shirt in time, I emailed a high priority request to cancel the order. I received a confirmation it was received, but no response. Concerned, I emailed again 2 days later. No response. 2 days later I get an email that says it was already shipped and mailed. I emailed back that this was unacceptable - I don't want it and don't feel I should have to pay for it. (I already had to buy my son a jersey elsewhere.) They didn't apologize or give me any options to return. I said that I would contact my credit card for resolution (I know they stand by me), and the person who responded said that would be fraud. Can you believe it?”

“no delivery and no refund after 1 year bought £182 of good that have never been delivered. Money take on the very date of confirmation.They answer to one single e-mail of the more than 10 sent telling me to wait some time. After almost one year (from 10th July 2013) I am utterly disappointed and frustrated. This site turned out to be a rip off.”
